Taylor is super great with providing and explaining your options, very personable and friendly. I am car- timid and feel comfortable even with my cars terrible state talking to these guys, there is no judgment coming from them. Highly recommend.

Not great at communication
The guys at the front will tell you something completely different than the techs and they are not professional leaving people on hold for 30 minutes and the not picking up after

First gear is my main shop to get oil and some parts from. They always have what I want and what I need. They can order in pretty much anything you want for your USDM or JDM vehicle (maybe other markets I’m not sure). Their team is great and I would strongly recommend. Keep up the great work!

I’ve been going to First Gear Project for three years. Nick, Lloyd, Thomas, Taylor… ALL their staff are very approachable and friendly. They will make time to talk to you about any prospective work you’d like to have done and keep constant comms with you while your vehicle is being worked on. I’ve been able to buy quality parts here (tires, battery, alternator, etc) at below retail prices and the techs that install the parts are meticulous. They’ve done plenty of custom work on my car and I am very grateful to be rolling around showing off their quality workmanship.

I ordered an R1 titan exhaust for my lexus rcf. I delt with Leo. These guys mean business and are true profofessionals. Through out the process leo answered all my questions and my order came to me perfect I couldn't be happier with my order and I give these guys a ten out of ten.
