Customer service is not good. Staff always being rude and ignore the customers without any reason to make them wait long.

Excellent customer service and fast repairs.
Very friendly staff to guide you through everything.

Getting parts really fast good.getting road side service when your stranded on the side of the road and you're told Thursday and it's only Tuesday afternoon.

I Dropped My Truck for Regular Service & Valve Lash adjustment Brake replacement, when I went to pickup up the truck diesel filters were not replaced, had to wait for 45 mins to get that done, when finally got the truck, I took the truck, as I was already waiting for so long I didn't check the truck at that time, when I reached my yard which is just 4 mins drive away at 6604 51 Ave NW, Edmonton, while grabbing gloves from the toolbox I saw the damage to the truck, went back to report the damage & they said you should have checked it before leaving, had word with service manager next day and he has informed me the same thing that I should have checked before leaving, I requested to have CCTV footage checked and send me at least three screenshots from footage while the truck was being repaired, when I left with the truck or when they were replacing fuel filters on last day before I took my truck, Manager said that he will ask some other guy to have look on that as he will be not working for next two weeks or so,
I emailed again for CCTV footage screenshots and nobody replied,

It's not about Sctraches on my Old truck, it's more about taking responsibility if they did the damage, as I am 100 % sure that damage happened at their facility, & they are denying their mistake. I think after paying around 5000$ for repairs, all I need is a fair investigation into the matter. At least they must have their employees trained and there should be a proper routine in place to avoid such incidents in the future.

After the service, I am wondering what is the benefit of going to a reputated dealership/Paying more $2337.90 in labour only for repairs, as there is no difference in service between street repair, I think other one is better as you can be present while your truck is being repaired.

Excellent service is given by parts manager Don and the ladies at the front desk provides excellent service (nice staff)

People works here are great to talk to they advice you they tell you the truth about your truck’s problem
They really does their job perfectly
No issues at all when i first visit them
Very one was just super nice expect the guy in the sales probably he was having a bad day or something
I asked him about the batteries if they were on any special deals or not he answered me with little attitude otherwise everything else was awesome
Oh I forgot about their coffee machine awesome job for that
All the ladies on the front count for service were pretty cool to deal with

People who works there seems very happy and understanding
I like one more think about them they open till 10 pm and open early that was a plus point you know trucks in this cold wealthy you never know when you need them
I am sure i am always coming back here

Unprofessional people are working here.drop truck for oil change.got call coolant line is leaking.when I denied that they said it will be done under warranty we need to wait for part.we will install older line from other truck which is repaired allready.crazy people.that change my coolant line without any fault.need to wait that new line for almost one month.older line start leaking when out for work get that fix on road spend 3 hours to other guy to get that line fixed. Not recommend.

Best place to go for truck repairs, friendly staff, always smiling faces at front, technicians got full knowledge

Had a DEF problem, and I found out why most folks take their business
And repairs to the U. S.to get them done.
Had to have it towed in as the engine started to de rate of a faulty DEF line.
They said the part would be in Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday when they finally reordered it.
What a supply chain, only update is it is coming from outside the country!
Nothing sophisticated about a DEF pipe, just inefficient
Get it towed somewhere else, this place will make you old
