Always friendly staff. Jennele is excellent at her job in the service dept, and is always able to answer your questions and provide you with the confidence of knowing your vehicle is in good hands.

I dealt with both Andy and Yousef while dealing on a used vehicle. They were patient and genuine, taking time to answer all my questions, and coordinate a couple test drive appointments. In the end, I walked away with a gorgeous Murano. Thank you!

I dropped off my car on Sunday evening for oil change, wheel alignment, and coolant clean up. It was done in the afternoon. Their service is, I would say, very good because, before they start working on my car, they identify and communicated to me the tasks that they are going to do. They ask permission from the owner before they proceed for the task that they identified and was not included in the list. Overall, the services rendered from service department as well as it customer service are very good. Thanks.

He concluded the purchase of my vehicle in less than 24 hours with an excellent deal despite the unfavorable weather conditions. From the receptionist to the service representative to the vehicle courtesy driver, all staff did a fantastic job in providing quality customer service to their Nissan client of 25 years and should be commended! A special kudos to the Service Manager, Paul for the accommodation’s of his customers needs and the amazing Sales Manager, Tirtha who always goes above and beyond in the personal handling of his longtime clients. Tirtha exemplifies professionalism, honesty and care - he truly is an individual who delivers exceptional customer excellence! Nissan is fortunate to have these people in their organization!

I have the pleasure dealing with Amanda today and she was amazing! She inquired about winter tires and since I said I was going to stay with my all season she asked if I wanted to get my tires rotated as it was due along with my oil and filter appt. I agreed as this will help me to maintain the life in my tires. She looked up to see if it was in my service agreement to see if it was covered which I have never had a service place look into they would just charge me. While looking the tire rotation service she mentioned that if I was to get winter tires that it would be covered under my service agreement to buy rims only and that they would swap my tires to the winter rims at no cost to me! Again she went out of her way to make sure I knew the best way to take advantage of my service plan. Oh and I forgot to say that they washed my car so it was nice and clean when the service was complete. Thank you Amanda and Fish creek Nissan.

I called to make an appointment to get my winter tires put on and was very pleased that I got one the next day! Driving home to Calgary from Okotoks during the season's first snow after freezing rain made getting the tires on imperative.

I had the tires changed today and the service was second to none. I highly recommend Fish Creek Nissan!

Derek the service tech that was assigned to the car was pathetic. Tried to over charge for a battery replacement. Then when the fob didn't work he changed the battery in fob.still not working. Wanted to charge 190 to diagnose. Wife brings car home we open the fob and see the battery installation upside down.what a joke this dealership is.

I bought a used vehicle from fish creek over a year ago and continue to find things they were not honest about. They refused to wash the vehicle before I bought it - after I signed I noticed it had rust. They sold me two sets of tires that both needed to be replaced when I had my winters swapped 2 months later. They also said the breaks had just been redone and now a year later another (much better) Nissan dealership is telling me the rear breaks were not done and are coming due. They’re the typical greasy used car sales people. I’ll never deal with fish creek again. I’m surprised with the high rating because anytime I mention fish creek, this poor reputation seems to be known. Go to south trail instead

Staff are friendly and professional. Got my service schedule the next day and fixed right. Steve provided an estimate which is pretty close to the final bill. Great dealership experience.

Please note.l needed the air filter replaced and was quoted $53+ to do so. I declined Fish Creeks offer. I picked up the same filter on the way home for $12.58 and replaced in 5 minutes! WHY THE $54 QUOTE FROM FISH CREEK NISSAN?

Fish Creek Nissan provided me with great service. They inspected and found critical maintenance issues with my Rogue and promptly messaged me before ordering the necessary parts. They gave me a shuttle back home for the day and picked me up when my vehicle was ready. It was ready way before schedule, fully checked out and returned to me after a complimentary car wash! I highly recommend Fish Creek Nissan!
