I had an excellent experience with the Fitness Experience service department. I required a treadmill disassembled on very short notice. Janice went above and beyond to arrange schedules to accommodate this. Janice was responsive, customer focused, professional and friendly. The technician, Dustin, was careful with the parts, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would highly recommend this team if you need service for your fitness equipment.

Worst company, Worst customer service ever, Employees do not care about customers and what they want.

I went to shop to buy some home gym equipments in calgary location and i was told that i can not place an order because company is bought by some other company and my information is given to Winnipeg store (which i don't understand that how can they sell) and i was told that they will contact me. After waited for 4 days, i called Winnipeg store and was told to call back. I called back next day, but they still were not interested to talk to me. I called like 20+ times for entire one week and was told everytime that they will call me back and never got any call back.

I called other winnipeg location and they were trying to sell me Inspire fitness products in calgary which they are not authorized to sell and the guy has no idea about it.

I went out to Fitness depot location and got everything in one shot and best customer service. So avoid shopping from this place, you will probably waste your time and spoil your mood.

Nate is extremely helpful and quick to respond to my inquiries. Competitive pricing. Excellent equipment selection. Pick-up is always super easy and the onfloor staff have been courteous and friendly.

Started with exercise mat, ended up at home with the best Functional Trainer machine (thanks for the care & patiently showing me the differences!). Staff are sincerely interested in fitness and my success with the right equipment for me. Many months later, I'm still using it hard! Best investment ever.

I Purchased an exercise bike from fitness west in Kelowna. I had left it at the store, pending setup and delivery. Meanwhile, the store went under new ownership. A staff member from fitness west took my bike from the new store and took it to his home. I was not consulted about him removing it from the store. I was called by one of the owners from fitness west and asked them to have my bike returned to the store. He refused and to me they were "the competition" I asked for my money back again he turned that down as well. He told me I would get my bike returned to the store if I emailed him. The whole reason I wanted to keep it at the store, temporarily, is because my house in undergoing some renovations. The bike was paid for in full. I also paid for set up, delivery & the removal of my old bike. Fitness West returned my bike to the new store, but will not deliver it or remove my old bike (part of the original sale) I work in customer service, and would never treat some one like that. Terrible place to purchase equipment. Thats for sure!

Make sure you make this your one and only stop for all your fitness needs. A couple months back my family decided we wanted to try our hands at getting back into shape. We came in and met Tausif who asked what we were looking for and how he could help. Not going to lie we probably drove the guy crazy, but he spent his time with us and made sure we were comfortable. He also took a hour of his time out of his day to call after he was done work where he asked if it was okay if both of us could go through some websites where we could do some comparisons to the rowers we were thinking about. I don’t think their was any other way for Tausif to show what real customer service should look like. Thank you for all your help with our purchase, thank you for giving us that kick in he butt that we needed to get up and be healthy! Your help made every dollar worth that purchase! And you going ABOVE above and beyond just shows why Fitness West is hard to beat!

I was in your store a few days ago and wanted to let you know about how great my service was. I was helped by Tausif (Tee) with my purchase. Tee was a true professional and was very helpful. I truly appreciated his honestly and respect for my budget. I have NEVER had service like that and want you to know that you have gained a customer for life. I wish I had a employee like Tee when I was a manager I would have been a Billionaire. Tee thank you so much for your help and I wish you A LOT of success. They say that word of mouth is the biggest tool for promotion and besides me you have all my friends business too now.

I don't know where to start. I am writing on behalf of my friend who is blind. A few weeks ago my friend had called in explaining that he was looking for handles for a home gym because his had broken after many uses. He got a call from "T" saying that you had some in stock. "T' had given all the info to my friend and after finding out that my friend was blind and he had no ride "T' said something that shocked us all. HE SAID DONT WORRY AT ALL I WILL BUY THEM AND COME DROP THEM TO YOU! The next day "T" had called and given my friend a time and as promised, was there and asked if it was okay if he saw the gym and stayed until my friend tested them out. If that is how your all the employees at Fitness West are then kudos to this business! "T" went above and beyond the call of service and dropped the handles off and even stayed and explained the different uses. My friend was so excited that he called and told all of his friends. I am writing today because I totally forgot to write in to you earlier but we got a follow up call from T today asking how the handles were and it reminded me that this was definitely something that should be shared.
