We came to buy a treadmill and Thomas was happy to help! He answered all of our many questions and was patient with us through many deliberations. We didn’t feel pressured at all which made the experience great, and we left feeling confident in the treadmill we chose! Thanks, Thomas!

Recently purchased a recumbent bike from "Bo". Great salesman to work with. "Chris" and "Will" from Nord Fitness delivered it and set it up for us. Again two great knowledgeable people. Would definitely go back in the future.

I just got my functional trainer from fitness factory! Absolutely Love it! The team was amazing to deal with. Delivery and set up was so quick and easy. Top notch service all the way around! 5 stars all the way! You guys Rock!

Purchasing the product was easy over the phone. Set up by Nord Fitness (Chris and Will Raymond) was exceptional. Quick set up, explanation of maintanence, how to adjust belt, etc.was on point.

After having purchased the IRONAX XCL Compact Leg Sled in Calgary, I was super excited looking forward to leg day. Immediately after the machine was put together, the sled latch continuously rubbed against the main frame that the sled roles on, generating a lot of metal on metal friction, and taking the factory painted finish off of the main frame. When this issue was brought up with the company, they promptly replaced the machine. Upon having the replacement machine put together, the same issue arose with the replacement machine. When talking with the company, they said that the current production run where the machine is produced must have a flaw. The owner of The Fitness Factory/Treadmill Factory was brought in on the discussion as well. It was agreed upon that when a new production run has delivered new IRONAX XCL Compact Leg Sleds to the Calgary location, that I would be contacted for an exchange. After a lengthy wait, I received no call. On the weekend, I physically went to the Calgary location to inquire about such lengthy delays. When I entered the Calgary location, I saw an IRONAX XCL Compact Leg Sled on the floor. This one had no such glitch with design. When inquiring further, the sales people there attempted to make me feel like an idiot by simply saying that the spring mechanism in my model was put in backwards. It definitely was not. I was basically brushed off by these employees. I want my faulty designed IRONAX XCL Compact Leg Sled to be replaced with a newer production model. The Owner needs to be brought back into the fold on this.
UPDATE AUG 10/23 I went to the Calgary location and provided photographic evidence that the part the company claimed was put in wrong on my machine was indeed put in correctly. A guy who's top of his head is covered in tattoos tells me to bring my machine in so their technician can look at it. When I informed this employee that I have a car and can't transport it, he said to bring it in anyway I can. It never occurred to this employee that the technician should be sent out to where the machine is. Once again, extremely horrible customer service.

Fitness Factory will sell you fitness equipment that is displayed at their store. But their involvement and support stops there. They have no stock so you will start waiting. Then it will be past the promised delivery date. Then it will be confirmed when you call back looking for your equipment that shipping/setup is by a 3rd party and not in their control. Later if you have any issues with your equipment you will be informed that they again take no responsibility and you will be directed to the manufacturer. There is nothing strictly wrong with this business model. But I personally go to brick and mortar stores so I have somewhere physically I can go back to for help. I would just go directly to Amazon next time. The store adds no value to the purchase of fitness machines.
Post Addition: Your comment that the noise from my machine might be my feet dragging while I’m running is hilarious. I’m still trying to picture what it would look like when I make this running ‘user error’. Also your invite to come in so you can show me how to run on a treadmill without making dragging noises is also highly comical. Thanks for the laugh.

I had a great experience at Fitness Factory thanks to Beaux. He was super friendly and knowledgeable, which made it easy for me to decide which equipment suited my needs. Would highly recommend Beaux if you need anything!

Shopping for a good quality treadmill and Thomas was very helpful in explaining the critical elements that a good treadmill should have. Being a marathon runner I will run 2.5 hrs on a treadmill in the winter to train so I need a good quality one. Very happy with the service and purchased the treadmill. Thanks

If they tell you 2-3weeks to get a order.it may take more and they will never call you. Just wait. I don't trust this company for any other purchases.

Bough a lat pull down addon for my FIT505 power rack. The ballstop broke withing the first 3 months and the cable snapped after 1 year. Kept the weight limit way within the recommended range.
Called the Calgary Location, they sent me a link to fill outa warranty form. Did that, waited 6-7 months and nothing. Filled out the form again and waited another 3 months. Nothing! I had to rejoin a gym, my wife printed the forms and went down to the branch and spoke with the owner. They saw the work order in the system and said they would reach out and help or at least keep us updated. 4 months has gone by and nothing!
Rack is great, bench we bough is solid, weights and Olympic bar are very well built. I would never purchase anything with moving parts from them ever again as this location will do nothing to help, it could be different for other locations. You can't break a 45 pound weight so you pretty safe with most of their products.

Customer service was great and the representative that helped us was very knowledgeable and easy to talk too and ask questions of. Felt like I had made a very informed decision when buying from The Fitness Factory

Thomas was quick to help us when we came in. Her we informative and available to answer questions. There were no high pressure sales or pushing us to buy something we did not want

Fitness Factory Calgary had the Assault air runner in stock that nobody else seemed to have. Thomas was very helpful and the whole process was seamless. Will certainly be back for any future fitness product purchases.

Thomas was an amazing salesperson - he spent time explaining every elliptical's features and functions without being pushy or trying to upsell me. I had originally planned to go to another fitness store but I am certainly glad I ended up at this one instead!

I would highly recommend purchasing fitness equipment from here. The service was excellent. Thomas was super patient and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and made great recommendations on what equipment would serve me best. I am thrilled about my new home gym. The quality of equipment is commercial gym grade and I was pleasantly surprised by the great prices. I don’t feel like I’m just ‘working out in a low grade basement’ but in a high quality gym. I will be back to keep adding to my gym as I go.

Condescending staff member, that laughs behind people’s back for wanting to buy fitness equipment! Took my business elsewhere.
