Five Guys

As usual our burgers were spot on, juicy and tasty. Our fries while cooked to perfection seemed to have skipped the seasoning stage altogether.

Went for lunch New year's day for take out as we had our dog with us so we could not dine in. Asked for a bag so we could take some peanuts and was told that the peanuts are for dine in only. I mentioned that other locations accommodate us and the person at cash discussed this with the manager/supervisor. The cashier then turned to me and repeated that the peanuts were for dine in only and turned the peanut box towards me and pointed out the phrase on box, that was facing away from customers, that read peanuts are not to be removed. Happy New years to you all. You just lost our business for a handful of nuts.

Five guys sitting in a car turns into a lightsaber battle then one of them breaks there lightsaber he dies. Then there are 4 one of them starts suffocating from kissing to long then dies. Then there are 3 guys one guys opens up someone’s buns to hard and splits them in half. Then there are 2 guys they send white stuff at each-other and one chokes on it. There is only one guy left no men to kiss or snuggle he is lonely and wishes he had another guy to comfort him so he drives off a bridge. That is the story of 5 guys hope this was helpful

Right as you enter, you are greeted by a friendly face and voice. Her name was Jophelle.
I appreciate the friendliness, great atmosphere, you have a place to sit and eat or wait.
We didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes which is better than any place.
Food is delicious.

It’s a lovely atmosphere and they do have a sitting arrangement outside the restaurant. All the toppings are free to add with the burger no extra charge next to the order counter there is a free peanuts and it’s taste better. After placing the order then have to wait for them to call out the receipt number and once your number has been call out then go to the pick up section and grab the food then enjoy. Food taste really good also tried fries as well and it also did not disappoint me. Overall happy tummy.

Grabbed some large Cajun fries. Was pleased with the freshness and overall taste, my only negative feedback would be the portion size seemed much smaller than the usual.

I love Five Guys! Food is delicious and that is everything for me. As people review before, employees are ALWAYS friendly. Clean environment with glorious burgers. Honestly I've never had a bad experience here other than once I ordered delivery through SkipTheDishes and the driver ran away with my order (Probably couldn't resist the amazing smell in the car).

Very good burgers at an ok price considering the quality. Far superior to the overrated and overpriced Peter's Drive Thru (go to Burger Baron instead of that place).

What happened to 5 guys? Reduced portions, longer wait times with more staff than customers, a large fry dumped with no topper, no straws accessible, no lids accessible, no salt, no pepper, or any condiments accessible.food was still great, but oh my God, what happened? Not the same value for your dollar anymore.

Food was great. The service was even better. The person on the till was named Jabez and he was really nice and enthusiastic!

IMAGINE THIS. It's yo birthday and for birthday dinner you go to glorious five guys. Upon entering, one of the employees greets you with a smile. That smile continued to be on his face for the entire sitting. He genuinely never stopped smiling throughout the whole 20-30 minutes we sat down to eat and order. Five Guys must be treating their employees right cause fr this guy must have been smiling his entire shift. Straight up unbelievable, good for him.

I always pick up from Windermere location; however, last time I placed an online order I mistakenly placed it for south common. Upon arriving to Windermere location not aware of my mistake, I gave them my name and they gave me some food. When I got home I realized I got the wrong order and the mistake in locations. I called Windermere and explained the situation. I drove to south common to pick up the correct order and upon arriving the lady at the front had already been informed of the confusion and said she would make it for me again because it had been to long since I placed the order. Great service and communication!

I’ve never had a bad burger from this location (sometimes missing toppings/wrong toppings, but always delicious and mistakes happen). But honestly 5 stars for the staff here. They’re always so kind and upbeat. I’ve never met better staff, ANYWHERE! Haven’t met one rude employee here. Well done on the hiring for this location!

Consistently good burgers, fries and milk shakes. This location will do special prep for allergy requests (I have celiac so gluten free handling is important, not just a lack of bun with my burger). I'm happy the peanuts are back! Stupid covid. The staff working are always pleasant and they tend to do a good job of having wiped tables and swept floors even while busy!

The burgers are super juicy! The fries are huge and yummy. They serve you unlimited salted peanuts!

Not a ton of seating but we appreciate the massive portions of burger and fries. We often just like going for the free peanuts though lol. Overall, great service and good people.

Ordered my food and two skip the dishes went out while my burger sat on the counter and they skipped and when they called 4 orders passed mine I said where the bleep is mine omg still on the counter thanks for the cold food never here again would have been 0 stars

Great food and friendly service. It's my pick for the best fast-food burger and fries.

My order came up quickly. Was there last week. Burgers were good. Fries tasted nice. My friend was also happy as his food was good too.
Had a good experience and would likely come back when I am in town again.
