Would be a good burger if they would actually give you what you want. That's the lettuce they gave me. And why do they squash the burger with their hand after making. Take out
WAY over priced for the quality of food and dine-in experience. All the flavors on the fountain machine needed the syrup bags replaced. Will never eat here ever again. I should have gone to A&W instead.
Really good gourmet style burgers for a fast food style restaurant where you can pick your toppings, fries are a must but you will only need a single order as they fill the bag!
Came to store with 20 mins to spare on a Saturday night before close and got told they will only do milkshakes and fries at that time because heaven forbid they would have to wipe down the grill again and actually do their job. Won't be back anytime soon. Maybe should put second sign up that says kitchen closes at 9 and dining room is open till ten. Or hire staff that actually wants to be there and work.
First time trying Five guys. I'm very disappointed in with the taste and very small thin beef pattie. The fries is nothing special. Over priced and over rated, won't be going back anytime soon.
Great service. Great food. Prices are mostly reasonable but as there is no "meal deal", having to pay just over $3 for a regular softdrink is pretty ridiculous.
Ordered a regular fries, baby cheese burger and a drink. The burger was extremely good (but a little smaller?) not greasy, nice big pieces of lettuce and tomato. But I was surprised and disappointed with the fries. I distinctly remember getting more in a baby servings than I did this regular serving and the amount of salt was inedible. A regular fountain drink for $3 seemed a bit excessive. Restaurant was clean, bathrooms we're clean and stocked and the staff was Pleasant. Noticed the price of Milkshakes are nearly $6, I realize they have overhead but these aren't Gourmet in quality or that significant in size. 2 baby cheeseburgers, one regular fry and a regular fountain drink came to $28. Doesn't really seem right. I could have got two full combos at Wendy's for $20 with very minimal difference of burger quality. Don't think I'll be back for a while.
For what I ordered was way over priced and the burgers were not very good service has fallen bad in this place same with food quality for the price they ask for their food
Used to be very good burgers and fries but since they changed location and with that they changed all our their staff and since then they reheat/refry the fries and they come out saturated in oil and the patties have shrunk about 30% and they put 1 strip of bacon on a burger. THIS IS A CONTINUOUS THING. QUALITY HAS GONE DOWN BIG TIME!
Food is great but the staff are quite rude, guy who took my order gave me the wrong part of the ticket, then when I tried to show him it wasn't the right one, he just spoke to me in a snarky tone, treating me like a child. Never did get the right part of the ticket with my order number.
Had our grandsons in for supper today, the are celiac so the had hotdogs in a bowel with toppings on the side, they were grilled, split and juicy, both boys loved it a lot, I was impressed with the attention to care they had in even changing their gloves before handing their food because of their gluten allergy, myself and my wife had bacon cheese burgers and they were extremely fresh and tasty not to mention very filling and last but not least, the fries, perfectly cooked and perfectly salted, I just wish I had ordered a milkshake, well there's always a next time and there sure will be a next time, keep up the good work young ladies and gents, you give great service.
They took a long time to make the food and it turned out subpar at best. I could see them making other orders while my order sat there instead of being handed to me. The meat was incredibly thin to the point that I couldn't taste it on my burger. They also forgot to put all of the toppings on my burger that I requested. Last time I ordered here the meat wasnt properly cooked. In addition to that watching the employee clean was irritating because he wouldn't move any chairs to mop. Last time I'll eat at the Lethbridge location. All Five Guys are great but this one.
Food is ok. Service is horrible. Can't understand them, saw the one girl taking a woman's order turn around and roll her eyes to another employee because the women could not uderstand her over her accent loud radio, and masks. Horrible service
The food is way too expensive for what you get. I didn't think that it was worth it. The staff seemed alright, but the food wasn't as good as you would assume after seeing the cost of it.
Good food but they took over half an hour to make a shake. They didn’t take time before skip orders to prep for their pickup, and there was a complete lack of initiative in the kitchen. Staff is in desperate need of someone actually running the kitchen and had absolutely zero organization. I wish I could say otherwise. Do better.
Five guys five stars. The food is what I dream of when my life is already perfect. The only thing that will make a person happy 100% of the time are their fries. Of course the staff can make you happy with their friendly attitude, great smiles, and great drive too!
Great burgers but after seeing employees using the bathroom and not washing there hands on multiple occasions ill never go back there again. Especially with whats going on in todays world.
My experience is way under impressed.after 16 mins of waiting, I got the “perfect” burger, except that it was still missing the beef patty and cheese.everything other than the beef patty was cold, yes I’m talking about the buns and bacons.now I have tried the “infamous “ five guys and would not return anymore.
Suggestion to five guys: if your burgers are so under performed, don’t build the expectation so high anymore, the higher the expection, the bigger appointment It is.take all your old “best of blah blah blah” paper off the wall, it’s just ironic to see those praises and eat a burger that’s worse than Macdonald”s
If I can't have my own homeade burgers they are the next best thing! Fresh and local ingredients. Great selection of shakes. There is literally something on the menu for everyone. So affordable. Make sure to come hungry their serving sizes are gigantic! 1 fry will feed a family of four easily and the regular burger is a two patty! Definitely want to eat in as the atmosphere is very welcoming! Staff is always giving five star service with a smile! My favourite burger place by far!
Friend and I took a short break from Boxing day shopping and decided to go take some lunch. I knew from back in the time while I lived there that they have Five guys and I wanted to go there. I wasn't dissapointed and everything was great. Highly recommended.
Not sure what has changed.the meat.tasted like a frozen puck burger.the buns were dried out and crunchy on the edges. Messed up the order of the person in front of us.our order and the order behind us
Five Guys make some of the best burgers around. The burgers are juicy and delicious. Their french fries are also excellent. The peanut oil makes them so much better than other fries. Very friendly staff.
Great burgers -Deliscious burgers! However, especially considering what they charge for fries, their portions are inconsistent. Someday you get alot, others you get ripped off. Otherwise, you run a great little restaurant
I went there for the food delivery pickup. One of the team members was really rude. When I asked him how long its going to take. He was very rude and using such bad words for me in front of his friends
Again just beside myself and pressed was the burger itself plus the good quality toppings you can put on. Coincidentally here is where I like the fries with vinegar and ketchup! So SOO Good
The food is fantastic. The service is spot on. The portions are huge especially the fries. All the extras are free like the toppings. You definitely get what you pay for and more. I highly recommend this place, and their modified veggie sandwich is out of this world. Their milkshakes are to die for.
As most know, absolutely delicious. Lots of burger toppings, but what blew my mind the most as I hadn't tried them before was the milkshake customization. I had bacon and caramel, and it was actual real bacon crumbled in to it. Also cool is the malt vinegar available beside the ketchup. The service was excellent, the cashier answered all of our questions.
The BURGERS! IF U HAVE NEVER BEEN HERE BEFORE U GOT TO GET THERE! For the same price as a typical fast food chain u get an awesome DEAL.and the fries! Just order 1 and share trust me ull have lots.
Fries are really good! Homemade with no coating so great for gluten free diets and so are the hamburgers that can be ordered in a lettuce wrap. Refillable drinks too! Yum!
The service is very good. The coffee milk shake was fantastic, the fries are also very good. The burger was just so so. The way they construct the thing it ends up being very soggy on the bottom bun. Not very appealing.
I always like treating myself with good greasy burgers. When I meant by greasy, I meant the GOOD greasy burgers. Makes you want to take a good ol' nap after.
Great food, gives more than enough fries, well customizable burger. Feels good that they put exactly where they get there fries on a daily, so you know where your food is coming from, long wait time, but that's understandable since they're busy quite often.
My father in law spoke highly about this place so I gave it a shot. Worst burger I ever had in my life. Ordered the Suisse mushroom burger, waited over 30 mins and by the time they gave it to me the bottom bun was completely soaked and the burger was uneatable. I will never go there again.
Love the burgers- all beef patties. Gluten free options are available. Regular fries are enough for 2 or 3. The Cajun fries are delicious. I never leave hungry. Coke and Pepsi products are available for the fountain pop.
Five guys is absolutely phenomenal. The only way I can think to describe it is that it tastes exactly like what you imagine a burger and fries should taste like, and the quality of the food is very consistent! This location js well maintained and the staff is very friendly, I always enjoy my visit whether its dine in or to go.
Five Guys describes itself as "an American fast casual restaurant chain focused on hamburgers, hot dogs, and French fries". The burger menu is broken into different size burgers with cheese, bacon, or cheese and bacon options. There are a number of free toppings that can be added to the burger option chosen, at no extra charge. I ordered a cheeseburger, with a number of toppings. It was delicious EXCEPT, they use processed cheese slices which I think turns a premium burger into an ordinary burger. (e.g. A&W uses real Canadian cheddar on their burgers). I wouldn't pay the upcharge for processed cheese. It would be a plus if they added real cheese options (cheddar.mozza,) for their cheeseburgers.
The fries are fresh-cut and very tasty, and I had a sip of my friends milkshake which was delicious.
Friendly staff, quick service and pretty good food. All-in-all, a good experience.
Burgers and fries are consistently good, but my beef is with the seating area. While ample and well spaced, the tables are basic and the chairs even more so. The staff does a good job keeping things clean, I would just prefer a comfy booth (which they don't have) over a hard chair.
Five guys.but I only saw two. While the burger it self is more expensive then my entire meal at McDonald's you get what you pay for. It's fresh, meaty and I love my fresh jalapenos.
