Five Star Tailors & Dry Cleaning Sherwood Park

She altered my bridesmaid dress on really short notice and did a phenomenal job. Couldn’t even tell it had been altered.

Ive taken numerous items into be altered, always perfect job done. Last week I took my comforter in to be dry cleaned. I put it back on today to find it has shrunk at least 5 inches and no longer fits my bed, I'm upset because it took me forever to find a comforter to fit my extra large pillow top bed. I thought dry cleaning didn't cause shrinking. Very upset.

I brought a pair of mens pants in to be repaired as my husband had a tear in one knee from moving furniture. The repair is well done and unless you know where to look, you would not notice the repair at all. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We look forward to doing more business with them

My husband and I have brought a few different items here to be altered. We have been pleased with all of their work! Hemming, fixing/replacing a zipper on a coat, alterations.sometimes the prices are a little high but the workmanship is worth it. Also they have the best bowl of candies for customers.

I have been coming to 5 Star Tailors for about a year for alterations. I am very pleased with full ball gown alterations, tailoring of sleeves for a men's sport coat, numerous adjustments to dress pants etc. Their prices are very reasonable and their service is friendly, good quality and always work within a reasonable time frame.

Brought a scrub zip up top and some jeans to be repaired because both zippers broke. They put new zippers on and they were stronger and better than the old ones! The shirt and jeans look better than ever! So happy with the quick work.

This is a great place with excellent customer service. I will be returning with my clothes for all my alterations and dry cleaning needs.

Took my dress in to have the beadwork fixed and it looks terrible. I'm gonna have to take it somewhere else and hopefully they can fix it before my brother's wedding

Took my husbands winter work jacket in to fix a broken zipper. Service was great, fixed quick and the price was very reasonable. I'm very happy I found this place, and we'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I've gone to Five Star Tailors in Sherwood Park for multiple suit alterations, jean hemming, dry cleaning and laundering. Super friendly staff, amazing customer service, quick turnaround and high quality work. Would highly recommend to everyone!

Do not trust with items that hold significance or value. Im sure they could hem a mean parent leg, but to repair a jacket one way, that was discussed specifically NOT TO DO, and told money isn't an object "please fix it properly and i will pay anything you ask", is extremely disheartening. Would have taken it somewhere else in the first place if i would have known it was going to end up like this. Does anybody know a good tailor in leduc or Sherwood park? Like, a good one?

Service is speedy and great quality. Got my blazer altered and it was perfect. There are shops closer to me but this place is worth the drive.

Took 2 work jackets in to get a new zipper on each jacket, requested a metal zipper but they kept on insisting on a plastic zipper because it's that much cheaper.in the end they finally said "ok, we put metal zipper in" so that was kind of annoying.
The jackets have only been worn 2-3 times and the zippers have already started ripping at the seams on both jackets.not happy as I spent a few dollars on this.

Got my wedding and groomsmen suits altered here. Not my first time coming here either. Very professional and got the work done promptly and exactly how I wanted! Would definitely come back!

Just got my clothes dry cleaned last weekend! Service was excellent and clothes feel brand new again! Would definitely comeback!

Brought in a $180 strapless jumpsuit to get the chest area taken in. Paid $30. Picked up and now it’s all puckered and looks like a $25 jumpsuit. My grade nine daughter could have done better in her fashions class in junior high! When I picked up it was handed to me in a ball instead of on the hanger!
Really people? Doesn’t look like the alterations can be fixed. Waaay overpriced for quality of work. Even with the dry leaning I brought in as well.

Excellent service and great prices for tailoring. I have tried five other shops in Sherwood Park and none compare with Five Star's work!

ITS ALL IN THE NAME.

I brought in a 2 long sleeve shirts for sleeve alterations and a pea coat for shoulders, sleeves & body alterations. This was on a Saturday. It’s definitely the most appealing tailor/dry cleaner I’ve walked into. I like the easy location too. The owner was very friendly, she sized me for all 3 items quite quickly and gave me a quote.

She quoted me all 3 items for less than other places had quoted me just to bring in the shoulders on my coat! I requested at least coat be done for upcoming Saturday. She said she’d have all items ready by Thursday.

She had it all ready on said day. The peacoat turned out awesome, she had sized and fit it all perfectly for my body. The alterations made on the 2 shirts were exactly what I wanted. The stitching and work was all very straight, clean and even.

Overall, completely satisfied! Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality work at a good price.

NOTE: I DO NOT agree with previous reviewer stating over priced work. Five Star is definitely the best priced in Sherwood Park that I’ve seen so far.
