DO YOURSELF AND YOUR HEALTH A FAVOUR AND AVOID THIS "CLINIC"!

Horrible, terrible, rude, insensitive, front end receptionist and based on her response, the doctor is the same and clearly tolerates it. I arrived with a deep gash that required stitches only to be told Lin a fake sincere voice, "Sorry, the doctor is tired and won't see you". To which I replied, "I'm cut and in need of medical attention". The receptionist smiled and said, "Soooorrrry, not today", sarcastically.

This would be my second bad experience. The first was when I WALKED IN TO THE WALK IN CLINIC, only to be told I needed an appointment. I questioned why they state they were a walk in clinic, to which the same receptionist smiled and said, "Sorry", again in a fake voice"

I guess the Danielle Smith restructuring if our health care system is working great. Self diagnosis and self treatment works best (SARCASM.in case it was not clear).

Definetly not recommended. They should be open for walkin until 7: 00 pm I came at 5: 30 and not many people were waiting but they didn’t accept me!
I tried to call around 10 times before I came with no response and when I arrived the reciptionist was doing nothing. When I asked why they don’t pick up the phone to say that they are stopped accepring walkin patients. She said she’s too busy to answer the phone!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible clinic. Doctor was horrible. Front staff are absolutely horrid. If you don’t like your job. Then find a new one.

Clinic should not be accepting walk ins if it delays their scheduled patients. What’s the point in making an appointment if you have to wait over 45 minutes to see a doctor because walk ins are being let in first. Take one or the other. Terrible time management and a waste of patients time.

5 stars for Dr. Amy Adilih, she is so kind and attentive to my concerns. I always leave feeling heard and cared for. However certain front desk staff are not kind and quite rude.

WAS MADE TO FEEL STIPID FOR ASKING QUESTIONS

I recently applied for a job here and I was told they needed someone to start ASAP, I had to pay 1200 dollars for childcare care for this month because my son was scheduled to start full time daycare next month only to be told they had no shifts for me this month, I was pissed I went numb, why make someone go through the trouble of getting someone to watch their kid and spend so much money only to be told you don’t have shifts for them, I think it was a very selfish act.

Had a great experience with Dr. Adilih when we did our meet & greet as her as our family doctor. She was understanding & thorough, we are happy to work with her. Staff was very nice, inside the clinic is actually pretty good and looked clean and organized. Hopefully we will keep having good experience here

Three chances final straw was today. I was referred to this Dr. For migraines. Botox. Covered by Alberta health care. Each time I went I had to pay today I said I couldn’t afford any extra. First of all answer the phones, patients are trying to call you don’t leave them on hold for ever. Read the other reviews this is a MAJOR ISSUE! Second if the Dr wants to talk negative about the patients while we are there close the door. I have never in my life felt so belittled. I left I will not return, I came to this clinic to feel better not worse. Shameful. I feel like this is about making money clinic not treating patients.

I am so happy that I chose Dr. Odunze for my family doctor. She is very nice, professional and great diagnostic. Thank you, doctor!

Went to Dr. Urooj for a hydro facial treatment and it was amazing! She was the best, answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything to me. I definitely noticed an instant improvement after the facial and after using the products recommended to me. 10/10 service, would recommend to anyone needing cleansing and skin rejuvenation!

What a GREAT first experience! I got there at 6: 45 pm.they close at 6 pm. Asked by Dr. Odunze standing at reception what issue was. She agreed to take me in. She asked pharmacist (attached next door) to wait so he could fill my prescription (which he did). Was FANTASTIC customer service! Thanks people!

I made an appointment for a Physical with Dr Odunze for May 10th just a day before and my kids were really sick and they got me sick overnight and I wasnt able to get out of my bed due to fever. I called the office at 10am and their voicemail said they are open Mon to Fri from 10am to 6pm so I called every 5 mins because they were supposed to be open at 10am then I go on their website around 11am and it said they are open at 12 on wednesday. My appointment was at 12.40pm so I called at 12pm trying to cancel and the lady on the phone put me on hold twice and by the time my call got picked up it was 12.25pm. Then she said I have to pay $100 bill for not cancelling within 24 hours. Well I would have if they had a voicemail system or something. How can I reach them when they dont open till 12pm?
The lady was so rude when I told her they need to change their voicemail and she said its not her job to do that. I love Dr Chika, she has been my family Doc for a long time but this kind of service is really not fair. I would rather go to another walkin then to take an appointment. Is it my fault that I got sick? At the end the receptionist said I said what I had to now its on you. Like what kind of service is this? They should be paying us for the times they have made us wait in yhe clinic even if you have appointments and also for the time they put us on hold. Never going there again. I will be changing my clinic because of the rude receptionist.

Wish I could Rate 0 stars. Awful place to get help from, first thing receptionist says is that You have a 50$ No show fee even though you haven't been there and refuse to see you if you don't pay. Unprofessional doctor asking me to take off my Top to give me breast exam without warning or explanation. Unprofessional DO NOT GO HERE

I woke up this morning and pulled a muscle in my neck. Completely unable to drive and in a tremendous amount of pain, I waited until the office opened to reschedule. I was told that there would be a $50 no show fee for me and my two kids who were also supposed to be coming in. In hopes they could be understanding as I was in so much pain, I tried to plead my case, that I can’t help that I have to reschedule, I was adamantly told that the fee will be charged. I was flustered and justifiably disappointed. Nearing the end of the call, I hung up. Was that a bit rude? Yes, but I never raised my voice, called names, and I was not in any way belligerent.
I then got a call from Dr. Odunze and she was very bent out of sorts that I was “so rude” to her staff. She said her staff was quite upset.
When I explained that I was not being abusive in any way, she acknowledged that I have reason to be upset but should not have treated her staff like that. Really? You would have thought I was horrible or something. I have heard that she is rude her staff, so she’s one to talk!
In a sarcastic tone she told me that I should go emergency, if I’m in so much pain. I reiterated that “I cannot drive” and I don’t think it’s necessary to go to the ER for a pulled muscle. She lacked any kind of empathy, considering she’s a doctor and I’m in pain. She kept reminding me about the time I waisted by not showing up. Well, next time I decide to pull a muscle, I’ll make sure to plan it better.

The way this doctor runs her clinic is atrocious. No wonder the staff has such a high turn around. I’d quit too if the doctor was yelling at me in front of patients every 5 minutes. Treat your staff better Dr Oduze. You need them more than they need you.

Dr Odunze appreciates her opportunity to serve in Canada and she shows this by her passionate care for her patients. She even does telephone appointments when its an emergency!

Would help if you guys would answer the phone I've been calling to book an appointment for 2 days now. No one answers the phones. I have two little kids so I can't just come sit in the office for 3 to 4 hours for a walk in.

Update ended up finding a new Dr because I tried calling in for over a week with no answer or to be put on hold for no one to answer after 30+ minutes.
