I am beyond happy with using this company for my insurance claim. Ricky goes above and beyond for his clients. When I picked my vehicle up not only was the repair done, my vehicle was almost unrecognizable as it looked brand new. They detailed my vehicle inside and out! The paint job matched my original factory paint job perfectly. Not a single hassle with this company. Nothing but the honest to goodness truth throughout the whole process.

Very friendly, keeps the people updated earlier than the insurance. Only downdraft is they are ao busy its a long waiting time.

I would give Ricky & his team a 10-star rating if that were possible. At such short notice, Ricky assessed the damage to my car, took the time to help me understand the problem and outlined a couple of repair options-detailing the pros & cons of each. The most personable & courteous service ever, these guys know their stuff!

i had too much stress after i got into car accident but ricky made it easy and smooth for me.even for the car rental he helped me to hook up with the best company rental here in brooks (discount car rental). Hes even calling me every now and then to update the progress of my suv (mitsubishi eclipse cross). You will feel that your vehicle is in good hands and nothing to worry about.and lastly they did an awesome job, hands down to that.

Ricky was awesome! My car was fixed quicker than the estimated time and looks brand new! Any costs that were more than the initial estimate Micky contacted my insurance himself, making it much easier on me. Everyone was friendly and very easy to contact.

Super impressed with the team at Fix Auto in Brooks. My vehicle was in an accident and required a lot of work to get it up and back on the road. They got my car in right away, were very friendly, called me weekly with updates and had my car finished and like new back to me in 13 days! A full week sooner than I was expecting even with the additional damages that were found when the panels were removed. The customer service and quality of work were impressive. Best customer service I have ever experienced, I was rear ended in my 2 month old car and I went to fix auto, Ricky is so amazing and friendly, he was very helpful and took good care of me and my car. When I dropped my car off to get fixed he had a rental there waiting for me. Got my car back earlier then I figured and it look absolutely amazing. Looks brand new. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Ricky and his team you guys rock!

Ricky and his team went above and beyond with every category of this experience. I asked how long the repair would take, he estimated perfectly, it was done on the day he said. He even had a rental ready at the shop the day I took the truck in. The alignment and paint were of craftsmanship quality. Can't say enough.
