This guys are fraud and scammers, they will charge your insurance company for original parts but they will install cheap aftermarket parts also almost every person is rude and violent behaviour, stay away from this shope, they will also steal your good parts and replace with cheap aftermarket

Mike is rude and unprofessional. He desperatly needs classroom training on customer handling skills. I am getting my vehicle repaired from other bodyshop now. Don't waste ur time and money here. Team of unprofessionals

Lady at the front desk was very nice. (I think Christina) very knowledgeable and took the time to listen. Clean waiting room. I haven't had work done yet but it looks promising

Had a dent repair done here (a lot of other shops said it was dented beyond repair) and it was very affordable. Not only did they do an amazing job on fixing the dent, it seems they also pumped my tires, washed the exterior, and detailed the interior as a bonus. Amazing service and highly recommend this shop.

Receptionist Lisa is very friendly. Staff made getting my repairs done stress free. I was kept updated daily with an email letting me know the progress of my repairs being done. The even cleaned out my Van. Highly recommened

The staffs really professional and they know there job that how to deal with customers. Customer service is excellent. They done my couple vehicles and that was on time and excellent job they done. I highly recommended this shop.

This was the absolute best experience I have had when dealing with anything related to vehicles. My girlfriends car was scratched really bad on the side by the wheel. We previously got quoted for $1000 to fix the scratch and small dent from the hit and run. We went to Fix Auto for a second quote before we decided to do anything through insurance. The manager (forget his name) came out and took a look, went back inside and came out with a cloth and some sort of solution. He then proceeded to wipe our scratches away! Aaron in the back then buffed out the rest, applied a small line of paint and we were good to go! The dent wasn't fixed but it is so small we didn't care. This whole experience showed us that the people at Fix Auto are honest, kind and caring. We will take any of our future incidents to the shop as well as recommend them to anyone who needs help.

Just came back from this place. No troubles with any other staff, all professional, however, Gill is the guy who unfortunately picked up my phone, the very first time I called to get an estimate.

Turns out this guy booked my appointment for a week ahead after taking the prepayment.
Fortunately I called today for my appointment confirmation for tomorrow as I prefer to organize my day.

If I hadn't called, I wouldn't even know that they're closed. So more than a week is wasted because of him (I could've booked somewhere else) which he might not understand since TIME I believe is not important for him. He didn't even accept to his colleagues that he booked my appointment. Straight lie on the face without shame.

And Gill, if you read this and plan to respond, just don't lie about anything, as other staff were sincerely apologizing on your behalf while giving me the refund, where you were enjoying a wedding as I was told.

Quick, easy and amazing work! I phoned to check on my car often and spoke to Melanie (who is absolutely AMAZING) and she always knew the status of my car. George explained everything that need to be repaired on my car. I have never been happier with service! Highly recommend!

Very poor customer service. The person name george who gave estimates are very rude. He gave estimate and when i went there to pick up my car he charged me 350 extra for hidden damage. They not call me about this. He said ur car is ready in 2 days but they took 2 weaks. During this i call 7 times. Every time theu told me when its ready they call me. I notice one thing wrong when i went there to pick up car. George came to look and start arguing with me. They said he already gave free parts of $500. I said no i pay ur whole money which is mentioned on estimate and u did not call me before doing extra so its not my fault. They treat very bad. I explain to his owner and he said nothing to george. So i not recomend anyone to go other there because they dont know how to deal with customer
