Stay away! They just hired Nick de groot as a general manager.he destroyed my life at boyd auto body and was fired for messing everything up for so many people! He's cost me $6000 out of pocket because he refused to do his job.he's rude, un professional and lacks communication skills. He has no compassion or empathy. A mother of two getting a $6000 rental bill days before Christmas over a insurance claim that should of taken days to fix.he also tried to send me home in a unsafe vehicle a few times because he didnt want to fix it.he had my car for 5 months, screwed up 4 estimates.it wasn't until boyd fired him I started seeing progress in my ca. All he does is lie lie lie! This is all your fault nick! I hope fix auto fires you too before you cost them thousands of dollars too for not doing your job. You shouldn't manage a convient store. If you need proof let me know I have all the emails and photos.or just look at body auto body crowfoot reviews they all mention him!

We've dealt with Fix Auto twice now and – because of their great service, integrity, and quality of work – I would definitely come back, even for work not being paid for by insurance. The service is always friendly and welcoming, they take the time to go through everything very thoroughly to ensure you understand the work being done and your options, and you come away feeling comfortable that you're not being taken advantage of in any way. And of course, the work they do on the actual car has been perfect. From an insurance standpoint, they are obviously well-versed in dealing with all the different insurance companies (not easy since they all seem to operate very differently!), and they know how to get the most out of your adjuster. Highly recommend Fix Auto for any of your autobody needs!

We recently brought our vehicle in to have some pretty aggressive rock chips repaired on the hood of our vehicle. The work done was exceptional! Greg (one of the owners) went above and beyond to ensure the standard of work completed met the expectations he would have for his own family vehicle. It looks like new! We are so happy with the finished product!

All of the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job of keeping us posted as to the progression of the work done.

I would definitely recommend bringing your vehicle to Fix Auto Cochrane for any type of repair, big or small!

5 stars isn't enough for the level of service I received here! I went in to have a bumper fixed and they gave me more than one option of how they could go about it. Their communication was top notch, cheery, and when I went to pick up my vehicle (to my surprise) they had cleaned the entire vehicle inside and out. That gesture (whether standard or not) took such a load off my plate, and I truly appreciated the extra step they took. Supporting local shops is sure easy when they're as top notch as this!

My suv was towed in after a deer hit and everyone I dealt with there was very nice, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I can't say enough about the service. They communicated with me often and returned my suv to me clean and new! I would highly recommend this business.

Needed to pay for damage to another owners car personally.

A month and a half after paying the quote, I've now been asked for the difference in the price that the part went up because the owner of the car didn't come in close enough to when I paid for the work and parts, that the parts went up in price.

More communication after paying $3500 for a service would have been much appreciated. There should also be a time frame where this is acceptable, and where the customer is no longer required to pay the difference if there is a discrepancy in time lines of work paid for and work completed. Wish I could have gone with my local guys at Knibbe Auto.

The repair quality as fine overall. It just all took a quite a bit longer than originally quoted and the communications were not always clear and timely.

Debbie and Rick treated me like I was family. They did an excellent job, and truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend.
