FIX AUTO EDMONTON SOUTH

I had an appointment to have some work done here.the manager decided he doesn't work on salvage vehicles.when I explained I had been to other locations and had services done and asked if that was a personal choice, he said yes. I believe he was profiling me and denying me services based on how I looked.

I'm not sure how a chain of auto Collision repair shops can just decide they do not want to do collision repairs.

Don't support this bigot manager.

Professional and efficient. Have brought my 2022 Atlas here twice and have been taken care of very well both times. Excellent communication, excellent service from Dylan and Kelly.

Dylan is great to work with and he is very punctual in his work and communicative. He does not let things go unnoticed and has a great enthusiasm for cars that makes him very passionate in the work he does.

Do not go here if you want to keep your car. I had my car here for an estimate due to a rear end accident and said told them to make it in such a way that the car is not a total loss. They started marking areas where there was no damage at all but a had little imperfections which I did not mind and said do not worry about that. I just wanted the rear end to be fixed. They started making areas where there was little to no damage and starting marking body lines they did not even need repairing. All they wanted was to get as much money of the insurance as they could and told me “we tried to save it”. Insurance then totalled the car.

So far Fix Auto has been absolutely phenomenal. Dylan has treated me as a valued customer and I could not be more thankful during this time as the accident was not my fault. Highly recommend this location and the people. Thank you!

Well I have to say this is my first time going to a body and I have to say amazing customer service Dalton was amazing he really help me

I was very impressed by the quality of the repair done on my vehicle and their honesty and professionalism. Their customer service is exceptional and they have great attention to details which I noticed the first time I stepped into their office. Vladimir has thoroughly assessed the damage on my SUV and explained it to me and what need to be done. He even took care of calling my insurance company for me. I actually got multiple quotes from different body shops but I went with Fix Auto because they seem to be very knowledgeable and they gained my trust with their professionalism and attention to details. A huge thanks as well to Dylan who also assisted me and the technician (Adam) who repaired my vehicle.

I was referred to Fix Auto by my insurance company and they did a fantastic job on repairing my back bumper. Dylan was thorough in explaining the process, the parts needed for the repair, cost, and was very communicative during the short repair period. He also notified me about a door dent that the technician found and when I went in to pick up my vehicle, Dylan had told me they had repaired the door dent at no extra cost. Fix Auto went above and beyond my expectations and I am happy to have been a customer of theirs!

They probably do a good job but there are cheaper places to fix autos. Cars are so expensive to fix.

This was my first experience dealing with any auto-body shop. Dylan is so knowledgeable and friendly. He made the whole experience dealing with insurance and rental car so easy and kept me up to date as to the timeline for the repairs. The work done (front end collision) is perfect as well. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

After a long debacle getting insurance information, it was a relief to find that Fix Auto South works quickly and efficiently. Dylan was great to work with, professional, knowledgeable, and got everything done in a timely manner.

Once I dropped my car off, the work was finished within a week. They had even cleaned my headlights and told me of problems tied to my specific car model to look out for.

All in all, dealing with Fix Auto was just like Dylan said they would aim for it to be like: take the bite out of a very stressful situation by giving exceptional services and work quality. Hopefully I won't be needing the services any time soon, but if push comes to shove, I know where I will be going to get my car fixed.

Great shop, very helpful staff. This was my second time here. Last year I got an accident and this shop is on the insurance list. Their reviews are good and the shop is close. I decided to go with them. Pasha is very knowledgeable. They did very good job. This time I didn't have any hesitate to get the car towed to Fix auto Edmonton south.

Fabulous staff and very prompt service. They actually care and make it as convenient as they can for their customers. Highly recommend!

You'll never have to worry about your car here. You are leaving it in good hand. I have a yellow 1/100 cars and someone took a rock to the side. Fix auto colour match the whole car so well! I'm very happy with this place. Dylan took care of me.

I visited there for first assessment of 2014 Nissan Pathfinder after a collision and front desk refused to take me in due to busy schedule and referred me to other location then valadmire approached me and adjusted me in the schedule on same day. And since then all staff in perticular valadamir was highly responsive and cooperative at each step. Gave us confidence and professionally provide us high quality work. Put all OEM genuine parts and willing to take responsibility of their work in future if something goes wrong. I highly recommend this location and especially valadumir service and attitude

Dylan and Pasha were amazing to deal when I brought my civic in to replace my suspension. They had it fixed within a day as soon as the parts were in! They were both so careful and honestly any time I have problems in the future they will be my first call! I tell everyone I know to go here before they go anywhere else! They get you in as soon as they can, and on top of everything else, they really know their stuff! I love knowing they have certified people in the shop AND out front taking care of my vechicle. The manager, Dylan, is a certified journeyman, and answered all my questions when I looked like a doe in headlights not knowing what the heck a end-link cuff is, turns out, you need one! This whole shop is truly top notch! I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!
