Lew, Ben and Bennett helped me fix my car for the body damage. They are the most efficient people in this industry, and It was the best decision. They attention to detail on my car was impressive even got new set of wheels (winter tires) from them. Before I asked the price, I did inspect the quality and by far those are the best tires at that cost. I couldn’t be more satisfied with this Bodyshop.

Fix Auto Edmonton Strathcona explained everything clearly and fixed my car in a timely manner. I would never be able to tell they replaced anything, it was seamless. They also cleaned the exterior and interior of my car which was surprising! They did great work. Would highly recommend.

Most importantly the body work they did on the vehicle looks excellent and it's warrantied. Additionally they were realistic with and stuck to their timeline. The customer service was excellent by being informative and understanding. And the icing on the cake and the reason I will be a returning customer, was that they went above and beyond in the work they did and making this accident less of a pain in the butt.

My insurance company recommended Fix Auto Strathcona after my truck was hit and the team got the estimate to me super quick and communicated the repair costs to me right away. They gave continuous updates during the repair and the initial quote was spot on. Even though my truck was in for body work, they went above and beyond to detail the interior of my truck and washed my mats and everything (which was awesome in the middle of winter)! The work was quality and service was exceptional, would definitely recommend.

So bad experience, they scratch the box, fender and tail light on my truck during inspection. Was so bad, I change repair place and I almost had to call the cops.would not recommend nor return to that location for sure.

I had my car repaired for paintless dent removal from hail damages. They did a really good job and they even finished it earlier than planned.

Greatly appreciated the work and professionalism! The first time I went into Fix Auto Strathcona, the owner, Lew, himself helped with a crack I had just gotten in a new windshield. It was a difficult one to fix, but he did it and you can barely tell where it is now. Then, we took our old car in to have some "parkade rash" fixed and painted, and you can't even tell where the "rash" was. They are great to deal with, the car was done when they said it would be done, and we are very happy with the work. And if you are not happy with anything, they will fix it, they will address it. Not that we had anything we were unhappy with, but that is just how they are. So very pleased!

I was referred to Fix Auto by my insurance after being rear ended, which cracked my bumper. I'm a relatively new car owner so this was my first experience dealing with a situation like this, and Fix Auto made it incredibly simple and convenient for me. The staff always went the extra mile - they weren't able to attain a new bumper due to my car's package being a limited run, so they completely rebuilt the existing bumper and it looks better than ever. When they needed to hold onto my car for a few extra days due to this, I made one phone call to them and they had a rental car delivered to their location for me within two hours. I truly cannot thank them enough for removing all of my stress from an unpleasant situation. Highly recommend and will be using them again if there's ever a need.

I went to get quote to fix dent and scratch. I told someone hit my car, Mr Lew didn't believe me and it seem I lied to him. He said I hit someone's car. Finally I have to show a note who left on my windshield. It was very uncomfortable to talk with him.

Excellent service from the strathcona location and less than 5 days to complete. They even cleaned the interior of my dirty car. Couldn’t ask for better service from an auto body shop.

Very helpful, had a bumper issue. 1500.00 in damages needed to be looked at, but were able very accommodating in a temporary serviceable repair. Ty for your service gentlemen

Recently had my windshield replaced here. Scheduling, drop off and pickup was seamless and the service was completed in a timely manner. I really appreciate the customer service provided and felt Lew went out of his way to ensure the experience was positive!

I am giving them a five star because they have everything organized and the staffs are really well-behaved. I went there because I was rear ended and my back bumper was ruined. They immediately set me up with a rental and took my car for inspection. Took them 7days to fix it all. Everything was good, except for one thing. I was covered by insurance. If you are going to fix your car by them yourself, make sure you are rich! They charged 3900 to insurance but I think there will be places that would be able to do the same job for half the price.

I'm from out of the province and when I got a rock through my window and had to have it replaced I called them. Lew got my window ordered immediately and delt with all the paperwork for my window coverage. Super thankful to have great people handle a stressful situation and customer service was amazing Got my car back in less then a few hours from when it went in. I would highly recommend them for any car claims with or without insurance. Thanks again guys really appreciate all the help.

My vehicle was broken into and vandalized. The insurance company recommended that I take it to this location, and I did. The people working there are extremely rude, and they asked me why I was asking so many questions about the repair that was being done on my vehicle. Their communication made me not trust them to complete the work so I took my vehicle to herbers autonomy on the southside (which I’ve had a great experience with). The only reason I have 2 stars instead of 1 is because their tow truck driver was a very nice guy.

Just got my tuck back and I am very pleased and satisfied, it had a lot of work done very professional work and these guys are all very customer oriented, they went above and beyond to cater to my needs and made sure I was happy, they gained a new customer for life, I would highly recommend to anybody needing any work done to their vehicle

I just went to there for a windshield replacement. They make it done in a few hours and even washed my car. What a nice shop!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Went in late on a Friday afternoon for a quote on some minor damage, on my son's car. The friendly staff looked at the car and give us a rough estimate but then he got out a cloth and some solution and started to treat the damage on the spot.the treatment made the damage nearly invisible. He could have charged us but he didn't, in fact.he sent us on our way without charge. A nice relief for a new driver. Fix Auto came to us highly recommended and now I know why.

Ben and Lew have been the most personable, proficient, and understanding to work with. I am 70 years old and they have treated me like gold and my car looks amazing! I know it is fix properly. It is nice to come to a shop that is owned by a local person and is a Canadian company.

5/5 experience. We got into a minor accident where another car had backed into us and it damaged our driver side mirror. This was an older car and we just wanted it fixed and get it back on the road. Fix Auto Edmonton Strathcona did an outstanding job of ordering the part and replacing our mirror within 2 days. It was fast, easy and smooth. They even went above and beyond and painted it to match our car colour and also washed our car. Thank you! We would highly recommend this place.

Had a little mishap with my new car. These guys were great! Not only did I get a professional repair for a great price, my car was cleaner than when I first drove it off the lot! Highly recommend!

I was never told of the damage quote or emailed the estimate but it was fixed seemingly without my consent. They also missed damage on two places on my car that Ben said was from rock chips however when asked by another that was not the case. The addition mag damage i had to eat because i wasn't going to embarrass my insurance company. Additionally, I had to walk 18 blocks to pick up my car because getting me all of 10 mins there and back would have interrupted their lunch, after giving them 5K in business. Not impressed to say the least. I would never use this place again. They were all willing and ready to help but when it was paid, I didn't matter anymore nor did my life.

What an experience! Brought the truck in for a replacement bumper and paint blend job. The whole process with Rob and Aeric was professional and thoughtful. I was updated via email through each phase of the job. At pick up, when i asked Rob about what to do about the aging headlights he proceeded to do a 3 step polish to show me how new they can still look.
This was my first time at Fix Auto, and i would definitely recommend this location. Needless to say i will be coming back for some other touch up jobs on the ol' truck.

I have been a client here since 2015. Everytime, I have left this shop completely happy and satisfied. The staff is super helping and very informative. The advice they provide itself is worth 5 stars. They are the only auto repair shop in the city, I can say, considers the saying "Customer is King".

Worst customer service, They should learn how to welcome customer and ask "how we can help you". I just visited today for an estimate but the way front office staff treated me, I don't think anyone should go there.
I went to Doug's place which is just in front of them, I was surprised to see the way they treat with customers, these guys should go there and learn how to welcome customer and talk to them. First contact is very important for any business. I had bad experience at my first visit to Fix Auto. I hope you guys improve your customer service.

I have dealt with a number of body shops over the past 30 years, and this one clearly has the worst customer service. They have basically discounted me and have not followed up on any warranty work or other requests, period. I have sent in a number of complaints to which none have been addressed. The staff has basically blown me off, both face to face and in conversations via phone. I would not recommend this place to anyone, in fact I tell all to stay away!
