FIX AUTO EDMONTON WEST

Worst experience ever. They are charging me extra $200 when i told them your calculations are wrong they said we can’t do anything if your mathematics is weak. Later on they agreed that there calculation is wrong even after that no one apologized. Very rude staff. Secondly i have two claims they put same part charges in both claim even some part are already replaced by 1st insurance claim. At last want to say that please avoid these scammers.

They fix my Dodge Ram Dually there, stuff missing from my truck I called and talk with maneger to check their end see if someone take it he doesn't want to even look at the cameras think one more time before you take your car there.

I booked an appointment booked 5 days in advance, An hour before the scheduled appointment they called to notify me that they cannot proceed with my vehicle estimate since my car is right hand drive. If they are not skilled enough to work on commonly imported vehicles, than they should inform you when you book your appointment.

Staff are so polite, accommodating and very knowledgeable. They’re not going to waste any of your time as they know that it’s important to you. Thank you for the job well done in replacing my catalytic converter that was stolen.

My experience with this shop has been top notch. The staff have gone out of their way to assist me with the repairs that needed to be made to my vehicle. Andre helped with getting me a vehicle when I was not able to get one due to there being a shortage of rental cars at Enterprise. After I got my vehicle back I had an issue with my car battery, which turned out that the battery was dead. I called the shop to see if any of the work they had done on my vehicle would have directly affected my battery or my vehicle's inability to start. I was told that they did not work on anything near my battery. I spoke with Andre about this and he sent one of the staff members out to assist me with getting a boost to my car. Brandon arrived on the scene and boosted my car for me to get it going. He also mentioned that he thought my battery was dead and that I should go get a new battery. Since I could not get off work before the shop closed, Brandon offered to come to my work to replace the battery for me. Even though they had no obligation to me for the problems with my battery the staff far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing work done to their vehicle. Great work by Andre, Brandon and the entire team at Fix Auto West Edmonton!

Walk in. Even before I was allowed to finish my sentence, the gentlemen interrupted “we don’t do any rust here. ”
Fair enough.
I was just looking for an estimate on the paint that chipped off a little on the surface and looking for an easy respray.
He knows best though!

Really friendly service, came in on may 12th because of an accident where my hood wouldn’t latch fully anymore and they took 30 minutes and tried a lot of ways to fix it while they let us watch.when we asked how much they said don’t worry about it! We went to the reception with a tip but she said they were happy to help in times like this! 10/10 experience would definitely go here again!

Was so blown away they detailed the entire interior when I brought it in for some small door & wheel well damage. So nice, feel bad it was a horrible mess when I dropped it.

Dropped buy for a estimate and the estimater said looks superficial so he took the car into the shop and removed the light damage with cleaner and cleaned up really well I would bring my car here for body work great front desk gal and estimater

Took my car in because of a bad hail storm. Had a great experience, the lady who did my quote for repair, explained things and made sure I understood. Friendly and knowledgeable.

Very poor customer service at front desk. Was told a week for repairs, a week passed with no call, had to call after giving a couple of days of ‘grace’ time, told it would be another week. Had to extend rental. Finally was told to pick up one day at 4, when I showed up with the rental return at 4: ’25 I was told “ it’s not ready. Did you get a call saying it was ready? ” I said no one has ever called me but I was told 4pm. Had to sit and wait and wait. No “sorry for any inconvenience” or “thank you”. Not recommended.
Please don’t reply with the stock “thank you and please contact us” I got tired calling you. Be better, take an interest in your clients when they are in your building.

Pricy as F. Got 4 different quotes.fix came in most expensive by over 200.00. Not what the commercials make it out to be.

Have concerns over the repair of my vehicle. I have a feeling that my car was sitting outside in the rain with no hood, or the windows and possibly the roof when it was being repaired. I can tell because the engine bay has water residue and the car is full of dust. Our check engine light came on and check oil pressure shortly after receiving back the vehicle.

Noticed my garage door opener was tampered with. Will assume if my garage gets broken into. It’s from fix auto west Edmonton.

Not satisfied with fix auto. Seems like fix auto doesn’t care about other people’s belongings. It’s just a payday for them.

A fantastic shop to deal with. From the start of my insurance claim to the end, their customer service was exceptional. My repairs were done quickly, and my interior was impeccable when the car was delivered. I highly recommend this shop for all your auto needs. Thank you very very much.

Repair estimated to be around 1-2 weeks and every time I'd call to ask they'd tell me it would be done in the next couple days. That went on for the following 2 months. When I finally got my car back multiple high value items were missing from it. Avoid this place as much as possible!

Quality work, The radio stopped working while the car was being repaired at fix auto. I pointed it out and we were able to make a deal to sort it out. Excellent customer service, thanks!

These guys are great and saved me a lot of money! Terry and the Crew went over and beyond on my 2018 Lexus IS350. They have Pride in there work. Very Clean and Knowledgeable staff! They even delivered my car to my office, service with a smile from start to finish. You guys deserve a 10 Star Rating!

I had a good experience with Fix Auto. I got rear ended about a month ago, my car looks better than it did when I got it and I no longer have a dealership sticker!

Really great experience from the estimate all the way to getting my car back. Good customer service, really nice people. They told me it would take 6 business days and they finished it in 4! So happy, got it back before Christmas. They did an amazing job washing my car and they vacuumed inside my car and washed my mats. Definitely recommend them.

I was in a car accident end of February on my way home one night, I was able to file a police report the same night because the vehicle was still driveable. I drove over to Fix Auto right at 8 AM because I had to be at work by 9 am that day I couldn’t be late. Front reception was able to get someone to make an immediate estimate right away to look at my vehicle, due to my time constraint. She was able to get the Manager to come out and do the estimate because the other 2 estimators were dealing with other vehicles at the time. I believe the time it took from me filling the paperwork to the estimate being completed took me less than 30 minutes. The manager was very helpful, sympathetic and was able to answer the many questions I had since this was my first time ever being in an accident.

I called my insurance company they were pleased to know I already had an estimate done before I called them. I got approved to use Fix Auto right away, dropped it off the next day to be repaired. Turn around time from when I showed up for an estimate (didn’t make a call for an appointment), to drop off, to pick up was about 5 business days.

A few days had gone by I noticed a minor issue, drove back right at 8 am. The Manager at the office took the vehicle in right away, had one of her techs look at the issue. In the end, the D ring that the trunk latches on too just needed a minor adjustment. Which what was causing the cabin light to randomly turn on. Since then I haven't had any issues with the repair, no issues the paint job couldn’t even tell that I had to get the whole back repainted or any issues with the replacement parts that they had to replace. I will for sure be bringing back any vehicle I need work done back to Fix Auto.

TLDR: Got into a car accident, the manager stepped up when the place was busy to help out. Had an issue with a repair that was done. The manager stepped up right away and made sure it got fixed by a tech immediately. Place was clean, bathroom was clean and Managerstaff was always available to assist.

Fix Auto does excellent work!
They were able to get my mom's new car in quickly to repair the front fender after she accidentally grazed a post in a parking lot. As there was only minor damage she did not go through insurance. Their prices were reasonable and the quality of work was super. It looked brand new after!
They also fixed my hubby's vehicle when he was rear ended in an accident. We went through insurance and the damage to the rear end was pretty bad. Fix Auto helped arrange a rental vehicle through Enterprise, they worked seamlessly with our insurance company, and answered any questions or concerns we had regarding the repairs. After we got the vehicle back we noticed a small problem. We called and spoke to the manager. She was able to get us in and fix it right away, no problem at all! The manager was just great and really knows her stuff!
Highly recommended!
