FIX AUTO OKOTOKS

I’m not happy with the work they did at repairing my truck, it looks like it has an angled bumper and every time I see another ford F150 I can see the difference between their front bumper. I cry inside every time I see the front of my truck, other people may not see the problem but I can.

This fix auto location did work on my vehicle in 2018 and there was nothing but issues. They said they would have my car for approximately 3 days, and they just couldn’t be bothered to communicate with me that they needed more time. As this went through insurance I had to keep them updated for my use of a rental car. Not to mention when I called for updates when they continuously didn’t communicate past the 3 days I was met with attitude like somehow expecting my car back, or at least communication was just too much to ask of them. 5 years down the road it looks like more work will need to be done on the parts they did. Because it was done with them the work is suppose to be under warranty, but yet again they couldn’t be bothered to return my attempts of contact. It wasn’t until threatening further action that they could be bothered to get back to me. Avoid this business.

If your looking to pay 3 times as much then what the jobs worth then this is the place to go! Don’t ever get stranded and go there. 600$ for a battery for a Jeep Cherokee. Included labour, lucky me! Bought one at Canadian tire for $122.

Fixed my dent but now my tail lights don't work properly and they claimed it was like that when they got it which is not true also very bad at communicating i told them I didn't want a sticker for the side twice and I seen my truck out of the shop and it looked done I went in and they said we are just waiting on the sticker. The dent was fixed great besides that very disappointed in them!

The 2 is for the poor customer service. I recieved. Worked lots with them in the past but this specific location was not the easiest to speak with. They do great work, but the customer service I experienced was below par

Had my car repaired here as I was in an accident. Was expecting just a quick repair, but they got it done in a couple hours, as well as did a great detailing job on the inside (even though I hadn't moved stuff because I didn't know this was being done) and gave it a nice carwash! The staff were also very helpful and knowledgable and they gave me a call as soon as it was done. Thank you guys!

Towed my vehicle to Fix Auto after a Collision, under the direction of my insurance company. Couldn't be happier with the service I received right from the beginning of the process. Joel and his staff were so accommodating to my needs as I couldn't make it to their shop inside regular business hours so they did everything they could to work around my schedule including staying late for me to pick it up once completed. The car looks amazing, can't even tell it was in an accident, and it was as clean as it looked the day I picked it up new. Would highly recommend Fix Auto and will return should I require anything related to my vehicles
