Want to see how a business and a single employee can lose many thousands of dollars in income within a few seconds? Well then behold here it is. My insurance company made me an appointment here at 1130am to have my vehicle looked at after striking a deer. An appointment normally means a reserved time slot right well not here.

I was in a meeting from 730 am until 1100 in which I left in a hurry to make it from penhold.

When I got here I walked in and said i have an 1130, the reply nope you didn't call us so you will have to wait until 100pm.ok well there's the level of competence right there. Made it pretty easy to see that this is not a great place to get your vehicle fixed. If you can't keep a simple appointment then what else is in store for the customer. Errors direct from the get go. Would not recommend based on that and the front desk girls attitude. Remember how your paycheck is generated next time. That's how you stay in business with your customer service.

I used Fix Auto Red Deer North Side to repair the rear end of my 2022 GMC Terrain Denali as was rear ended on May 9,2023. Fix Auto did an excellent job and returned the car to me looking brand new and was sparkling clean inside and out! Thank you!

I won a gift card from Fix Auto from the Harley Davidson golf tournament last year and it was for a 200$ detail and i talked to Kara and asked if it would be ok if i got them to work on my exhaust i had a tear from the mount on the back tail pipe she said sure no problem i brought my truck in and saw Blake i told him i would like to buy a new muffler also and have it installed at the same time he said sure they would cover the labor if i bought the parts.so i bought a flow master 40 and brought in my truck at 9 am and it was done before Noon! My truck was ready to go. Thank you very much Fix auto and your great team Joy, Kara, Blake and to the rest of your staff i would bring my truck back to your shop 100%.

These guys rock. From the start to finish. Truck looks brand new. Even noticed they detailed in and out. Would recommend to anyone. I've even heard good things from lots of other people I've been talking with when my truck was there. Even my old lady likes them and she hates everyone.

This place was amazing. I had a big hole in the front of my car. They replaced the bumper, left fender and headlamp and it looked amazing. When I got there to pick it up I gasped when I saw it. It looked brand new. They even detailed the inside. Drop off and pick up were quick and easy and there was never any confusions about anything. My car looks and smells brand new inside and out. 10/10 would recommend.

FIX Auto is the best body shop in all of Red Deer, and with two locations convenience is also one of their fortes.

Fix auto staff were pleasant and easy to deal with after we were rear ended. Our truck was cleaned inside and out which was also an extra bonus. Our truck looks good as new!

I got rear ended and was worried that my car was done for, but they reassured me that everything would be fine.
When I received my vehicle yesterday it was as good as new! They fixed everything to a degree that I didn't expect.
In the end to sum up, I am very happy with the service and results!
