The work was good. It took a very long time, but that was due to part availability, not their fault. However, they did a poor job keeping my appraised of the status and progress. I never knew how long it might be, how far along it was or when it might be done. They didn't tell me it was done until I called and asked.

I recently had my car repaired at Fix Auto Sherwood Park, and I couldn't be happier. They made my car look brand new, inside and out. The unexpected interior detailing was a fantastic surprise. This is an amazing company. I am from out of town and had a front bumper issue and was not able to get home. They had my car repaired and me back on the road in minutes. I was offered a coffee and by the time I made my coffee and had 2 sips my car was repaired. Repairs were done with no charges. I give Fix Auto in Sherwood Park 10,000 thumbs up. I love this business.

FIX AUTO did a great job with my vehicle.
They replaced the windshield, repaired a dent on the roof which and a massive dent on the box of the truck. All these repairs were done in a timely matter as well.
The end result is great

Easy to deal with. FIX Auto kept me updated with progress and pictures of my vehicle. Vehicle damage fixed and looks like new again. Highly recommend FIX Auto.

After being rear ended, I used Fix Auto for my insurance claim. It was no hassle and they did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle. They matched the paint perfectly and the vehicle was ready when promised.

The shop did a fantastic job with fixing my car but they took 3 months to fix the vehicle and when I got it back the interior lights were not fixed even though they checked it off on the to do list. Staff was very understanding every time I called for an update about the vehicle. They even got my lights fixed in less than a day. But I do appreciate the work they did put into my car and the patience they had when I would get frustrated.

Forgot to post from last year. Exceptional service, professional & polite, quality work. Had a dent on my spoiler & scratch on the Right side of my Toyota 4runner. The repair work was very well-done, though pricey. Its worth the money to keep my car in good condition though. Thank you to fix auto, love sherwood park for awesome services available.

Thankfully I have not needed to use Fix for any major work, but these guys are magicians with the small stuff. Have had them do a couple smaller touch up paint jobs for me, and they have made the issues completely disappear.

Sure. I could buy an OEM paint pen and blob it in there myself. But letting the pros do it, I know it is done well and I’ll never see it again!

Fix is fast, friendly, and stands by their work. A joy to work with and I highly recommend.

Wow! A thousand thank yous to Holden who took great care of my mother and buffed out scratches on her car! He was quick, cost effective and treated her so well! It's great when people look out for one another!

Absolutely great service. I went in to get a estimate for my Chev Volt front bumper that my daughter scratched up and pushed the bumper back. Holden took in the car right away and had to take apart bumper to assess the damage. A Hour later I came back and the team had buffed out the paint scratches and fixed the bumper.and get this no charge! This is the 2nd vehicle fix they have done for me and great service everytime. I will use them again!:)

I had a minor accident In March it took fix until May to get my car back. I kept repeatedly have to call Craig and the vehicle timeline kept getting pushed back. I understand things happen and by the start of May my vehicle was almost ready. I was told they were fixing the right front wheel and it was getting repaired. The wheel was very rushed for me as I needed my vehicle back that weekend.

Fast forward until June had another small accident Scott called me and told me that they couldn't do the alignment. My right front had bent suspension and the same wheel that was damaged in the March accident. At the time Scott did not realize that is where the March accident was on the vehicle. The response I got from Scott was we got a clean alignment from the tire shop, and to contact them. I called the tire shop and was quoted over $2000 for something that should have been fixed in the first accident.

My next step was to reach out to insurance who did everything they could to stall the process. I next had to try and continue to work with Fix Auto in the meantime. The owner of the tire shop would not return any of my calls and basically would not take any accountability for doing an improper alignment. Insurance finally agreed to take another look at it but typical insurance denied it because of the faulty alignment report. Fountain tires head office ensured me that I would not have to pay for anything as this was not my fault. That was a lie and turned out to be not the case.

Fix eventually put the repairs back onto the March accident estimate and sent them over to insurance however due to the faulty alignment report I was told I would have to create a new accident claim. I finally gave up dealing with the runaround and wearing down my tired and agreed to take the vehicle back to the tire shop and pay a discounted rate for repairs missed in the March accident. I'm assuming by giving me a discounted rate it's their was of taking some of the blame. Between both accident claims Fix Auto billed my insurance company 15000.00 and basically refused to do anything for me. They took no accountability even though pcitures show the damaged rim along with it being the exact same spot as the initial accident. Fix even billed to my insurance company ''Repair Right Front Wheel"that clearly did not get fully repaired. Now I am stuck to try and recoup this money from my insurnace company appeals process.

I have spent hours upon hours dealing with this accident. From the initial delays to me having to rely on an unsafe vehicle that should have been fixed by the middle of April according to what I was told. I really thought after giving Fix/BM auto body years of business they would go to bat for me. I realize now this company only cares about the bottom line and has zero regard for their customers. I feel like time and money were taken from me. This was an honest mistake that could have been solved by simply repairing the vehicle but they chose to make me have to fight with the insurance company. My advice to anyone would be to check the work that's been completed done before leaving Fix or else they will refuse to help you. If honesty and Integrity our important traits to you don't recommend Fix Auto

Cory adjusted my door in the parking lot and polished some scratches out for me. Amazing service and kind people.

I made an appointment for them to look at the bumper on my Rav4 that seemed to be coming detached on the corner. The appraiser (I forgot his name) came out to take a look at the issue, then went back into get the opinion of one of their mechanics. She came out and in 10 minutes fixed it in the parking lot, I asked the appraiser how much I owed them and he said "don't worry about it". I even tried to give him cash for their time, but he wouldn't take it. Very few places like this around anymore. They seem like a great crew. I will be back if I need their services in the future.

Scott was amazing! He got my car in within a couple days and had the repair done in 48 hours. It was a small dent but the guys at Fix Auto had it completed quickly and everything looks as good as new! Bring your accidents here - you will be so glad you did!

The service here is top notch. Repairs were spotless and very detailed. However due to the pandemic, ordering a new windshield was too long of a wait and took a couple of months than the expected 7 days

I took my car there after an accident. Their team was very helpful in not only getting my car fixed in a timely manner but also walking me through the process with my insurance. They also have this near feature that keeps you up to date on what's happening with you car during the repair process, via email. So you're always in the know!

They are always so good, if you ever get into an accident, Fix Auto makes it look like you never got into an accident. I got some detail work done recently and it looks amazing. They even cleaned out my car and washed it which was super nice. I really appreciate these guys.

I have to say that Fix Auto was easily one of, if not, the best places I have gone to with bodywork. I was rear-ended in a Tim Hortons drive-thru (yeah ridiculous I know) and Fix Auto did an AMAZING JOB at repairing and making my vehicle like new again. Job well done Excellent! I had my front bumper and underneath engine cover replaced. It was not car accident related, i just want my 2011 Toyota Sienna XLE look beautiful as new. When i picked up my car last Thursday August 26,2021 i was happy and satisfied with the service. Even the color it was perfectly matched to the whole body. It was worth the price i paid for. The staff, Kerri and Criselda were nice and friendly, good customer service either in person or by phone. I will never hesitate to recommend Fix Auto Sherwood Park, AB to my friends, family and relatives. And by the way, the office looks nice, clean and classy compared to 12 years ago. I was once a customer way back August 2009 when i had my car accident. The name (Braodmoor Auto Body Shop) had changed but the ownership still the same.

I was extremely impressed with Fix It Auto. My Tiguan was in a fender bender in November and they fixed it in two days and man the vehicle looks as good as brand new. Someone hit my fender during the huge snowfall about three weeks ago. Once my fender was damaged I knew exactly where I wanted to go. Fix auto helped me fix my car in 16 and now 20! I took my car to Fix Auto for a warranty claim for paint and I asked them to fix a couple door dings while it was in the shop. They repainted about 80% of my car; it looks as good as new, and you can't tell where they stopped painting. Their service was very friendly, helpful and they kept me informed.
Before returning my car, they even cleaned the interior, including the windshield, which is above and beyond the service I have ever recieved from a body shop in the past.

This is an excellent shop for car services. I had an excellent experience with the body work on my vehicle. I highly recommend their services.

I’ve dealt with fix auto (Scott) a couple of times and both times service and quality have been right on par. Quick and efficient estimates, staff are kind, friendly and on top of things and go above and beyond. I love that they wash and clean my car! What a wonderful service for a busy mom. I’ve referred friends and family to fix auto also with great response from them as well.

This would be the second time getting my vehicle fixed through a insurance claim. Dealt with Kerri, who is super helpful and understanding. They go beyond expectation and made sure my vehicle was like new agian. They also have great prices for extra work that is outside of insurance coverage aswell (installing additional body parts). Would recommend!

I was in a car accident. It was the first one I have experienced in many years. My insurance company highly recommended Fix Auto in Sherwood Park. I followed their advice and took my car there. The same night I dropped my car off, I found out my brother when he had a car accident was sent to the same place by his insurance company. He had heard they are the best place in the area. I can't thank them enough for all the help they gave me and the excellent job they did fixing my car. They took care of everything and ensured everything was done correctly. They helped me understand the whole process and they answered every question I had. The service was excellent and best of all my car looks so much better than it did before the accident. Without any hesitation, I would recommend them highly. Others have told me they agree and loved the service they got from Fix Auto.

I have used this body shop multiple times for paint touch-ups, self inflicted dents, plastic bumper cover replacements, and rust repairs on my “dime”. I return because I trust their work with quality products, their after service support, and competitive pricing.
This spring I had an attempted theft of my pick-up, where the damage was significant. I had them quote the job and I sent it in to my insurance company on-line. The insurance adjuster came back at a substantially lower allowable cost. I contacted Scott and he personally worked with the adjuster to provide the insurance company a more comprehensive report on what it was going to repair the damage to pre-incident condition. The insurance company agreed with his quote and the repair was done with their usual care. I will always recommend FIX-AUTO Sherwood Park when asked.
