FIX AUTO SPRUCE GROVE

Worst outfit going…. They sell jobs they are clearly not qualified to do…. Have issues with there paint job and no warranty work will be done…. I’d ovoid this shop at all cost…. They are in the market of taking money and hoping people don’t complain

We hit a deer and required some major work to the front end of our vehicle (10k+). After looking around at body shop's we decided to go with Fix it as it is close by to Zender Ford, gas stations. Renee (and April I think forgive me) ; their customer service is exceptional. Very thorough, I didn't have to wait for updates. Sadly they had to guide us more than our insurance company, which helped keep everything on track. Things happen with vehicles and it's important to understand that; after we picked up our vehicle with our questions or concerns; they stuck by their guarantee and made sure everything top notch. I appreciated the extra service from Jason with my questions. Thank you for that. Our car was even detailed (this was a farm car) upon pick up. That was a nice surprise. I would highly recommend. Renee deserves a raise btw.

We had a great experience, very helpful and understanding, they did a great job repairing our vehicle and offered great advice with our old wrap that had to come off and the left over adhesive. They even cleaned the interior of our car! Thank you Fix Auto!

They fixed my truck a number of years ago after someone backed into it. They only fixed the issue and even discussed the process to blend the paint on body lines to ensure a smooth, unseen transition. Workmanship was superb, and customer service was phenomenal.

Unfortunately my experience with fix it auto hasn’t been pleasant. They had a $21,000 insurance fix that has poor workmanship. When I finally had to have my windshield replaced again, the windshield guy noticed fix it auto had missed a bolt in my front side fender. Which was only noticeable if the truck was apart, not something visible by a simple look. The managers response was “it’s just one bolt” No matter if it’s one bolt or ten (which at this point who knows) the pride should still stand in the work.

Staff was attentive and friendly. Work was done quickly. They explained everything they did.

I was in an accident 2 weeks ago and they brought my car here as it’s the preferred place for my insurance company. Unfortunately my car couldn’t be fixed but the customer service and the care that came from this business was top notch. Thank you all again for helping me through this. I would recommend and go here myself if needed 1000%

They did a pretty good job fixing my truck, and they gave me a ride back to work after I dropped it off. They also allow for later pickups if you opt to pick it up at zender Ford next door. I'd recommend them.

I had fantastic service when I took my truck into get a new mirror, Jason was fantastic to deal with from start to finish so friendly and he got the job done in the time frame he had said. Much appreciated since I am a busy mom! Lady’s at the front desk were super friendly and fast at getting the paper work done! I will recommend this company for sure! Thank you guys!
