Rebecca is an excellent physiotherapist who treats the whole person. She is very dedicated to solving complex problems, is technically excellent and encouraging. Would highly recommend her expertise!

Wonderful practitioners here. I'm new to the clinic but I believe I'll be here long-term. The practitioners are friendly, passionate and professional, and the range of services offered by such a small place is impressive.

Christina is amazing at listening and trying to figure out what you need and dealing with it.

I had a wonderful experience with Simon today re: a massage for injury. He showed me exercises I can do and I felt great when I left.

This is a very nice place to go. Anna is unstanding, warm and quick to arrange every thing.
I met Rebecca Margel today for the first time for my Achilles rupture rehab, and she is really an amazing physio! She was so knowledgable that I didn't need to explain too much before she got hold of my situation. She checked out with me all the exercises I should take and those to delay, then patiently taught me how to do them right. With that, I have never been so confident in my movement since my injury.
Rebecca also gave me a lot of helpful info to access AHS benefit, including the Prescription to Get Active program and some free physio service. I am so appreciative.
I have felt lucky to have been to Fix Physio. I really have.

BreAnne is amazing. Her level of knowledge and expertise are unmatched. She quickly identifies what’s actually going on and custom tailors solutions for the best recovery.

She knows multiple ways of fixing the same problems and so if one routine or exercise isn’t a good fit for you she brings other options to the table.

She takes the time to explain what is the goal and why the exercises help.

She is kind and pleasant and quick. I’ve never had so much physio done in such a short time.

BreAnne and Stephanie are exceptional at Fix Physio. I am an active woman in my 60s who has had many foot surgeries and a hip operation. These 2 ladies have been essential to allow me to recover from the various pain issues I have. They both listen well, address the problems with treatment and provide ongoing advice for at home routines. My pain has been substantially reduced thanks to BreAnne and Stephanie.

Rea is absolutely the most amazing soul inside & out, She has single handedly saved mine & my husbands physical & mental state though acupuncture. If you want to work with someone that knows their stuff inside and out and also knows many other areas of wellness she's the human to work with!

The people here are amazing and I highly recommend! They are patient, very understanding, and are more like family then just a medical office. I have had the chance to work with a few of the physiotherapists and all are amazing. If you work with a person and maybe your personalities clash, they are understanding and will allow you to work with someone else.

From the clean, friendly and inviting environment to the knowledgeable staff members who truly believe in your recovery, Fix Physio is an amazing place to not only recieve physiotherapy but also massage, osteopathy, and a multitude of other services. For me, the massage therapists, Adeline and Simon were thorough providing a relaxing and comforting massage that left me feeling much better.

I had the pleasure of meeting Rebecca Margel, Physiotherapist at the NHSPT on July 28,2022. Rebecca was very knowledgeable and professional. Throughout my assessment Rebecca was able to determine what areas of my hip and leg pain needed attention. Going through several exercises I was given four main exercises to do at home every second day (or 3 times per week). Rebecca’s suggestion of adding a 10 lb weight to the lunges I was already doing has been very helpful and I have noticed quite a difference. My follow-up one week later, August 4th, 2022 was good and being able to get out of bed and stand/walk on my left leg was pretty remarkable. Rebecca provided a further 3 exercises to add to my exercise regimen at my August 4th appointment. I have a little ways to go, but I will get there. Being able to access my exercise program on the physiapp is wonderful; it helps keep the patient in check. Again, thank you Rebecca for your knowledge, kindness and carrying professional manner in which you took care of me. I would for certain recommend you. I've seen BreAnne, Chelsea and Rebecca for physio treatments. They are all amazing physios! They listen to your concerns and involve you in the decision making process. I was treated with respect and kindness. I found the treatments to be very effective to improve my pain and limitations. The clinic is super nice too and the rest of the staff is also great. I highly recommend going here for treatment

I would like to take a moment to thank you all at Fix Physio. My daughter badly dislocated her shoulder at wrestling practice. The staff at the clinic really went above and beyond helping us.
They took us in on a moments notice multiple times when the shoulder subsequently popped back out, sometimes staying after their shift times to accommodate us.
They are knowledgable, kind and always followed up with us. We really are grateful to have you in the neighbourhood!

My family was in a car accident, and we have multiple issues including concussions, whiplash, TMJ, and ocular issues. Rebecca is fantastic at working with all of us on all of our issues. Thank you Rebecca for helping to put back together again Humpty Dumpty!

Rebecca did an amazing job of getting me started on the road to better physical health, better posture and reduced joint and muscle pain. With her guidance, at 52 years young I experienced relief from both an old hip injury and a shoulder I previously dislocated. That got me ready for a subsequent stage of treatment. The treatment is average, competent but nothing special. I would like to caution anyone going to Fix not to reveal any personal information about yourself in general conversations with the employees. One evening I was the only one in the clinic receiving treatment and two of the therapists absolutely trash talked one of their clients. I was amazed that their gossip had such a cruel edge to it.

Chelsey is an amazing physiotherapist. I literally moved clinics to continue treatments with her. She is very thorough, knowledgeable, listens to her patients and provides the best care. The clinic is also beautiful and I enjoy going there for my appointments.

Rebecca provided a thorough assessment and helped me better understand my knee pain. She explained what she was doing and checking for as she went along and I felt very comfortable with her and confident in her skills based on her knowledge. She helped relieve tension in my quads using IMS which immediately improved my mobility. The exercises provided were well explained and demonstrated and I love the app that is used to help me carry out the exercises. I feel like it'll encourage my accountability to do the exercises and there are videos and explanations for each exercise. I would highly recommend Rebecca as a physiotherapist and look forward to continuing to strengthen my knee with her guidance and support.

My body is aging and I refuse to accept that as an excuse for being immobile and unhealthy. THANKFULLY I have found Fix Physio, where their culture is aligned with the same life values as mine AND they are skilled at facilitating my own revitalization. BreAnne is more than just interested in facilitating this, she is committed. She and others on the Team, go above and beyond to first understand my unique 'issues', then establish and facilitate a plan/program. AND are keen to do follow up. They use the internet as a tool to provide information and videos that I can look at as needed which means I don't have to wonder "how was I supposed to do that rehab exercise"?
When Covid knocked us all on our butt, they didn't shrink into a cocoon - they kept in touch virtually and stayed In Service to clients.
I also learned that as capable as they are now, they consistently engage in broadening their skills and knowledge.

BreAnne is half my age so I find it profound that she has inspired me and cared about my well being in a way that propels my own actions for living my best life, with my best possible body. I drive clear across the city to their clinic because it's worth it!
I have been very happy with a Physio Professional who I've called upon as needed for the past 20 plus years. He was excellent - she is better.

This place is great from the administration staff to the physiotherapist. They have been very helpful, competent and above expectations with assisting me in my recovery and filing through my WCB claim. Easy five star rating and I highly recommend Fix Physio!

I can’t say enough good things about Rebecca Margel who you’ll find at Fix Physio. I saw her for a couple of physio sessions regarding some lower back pain I’d been dealing with for more than a year. The pain became so bad that it was preventing me from doing some of the physical activities I love, cycling in particular, for the last few months. Rebecca spent a lot of time in that first session making sure that she understood as much as detail as she could about the situation. She really listened to me. With the exercises she gave me in that session and with the ones she added in the next session, within less than a month my pain was gone and I was back cycling again everyday, pain free. Particularly if you are an athletic person in need of physio, I would recommend Rebecca Margel.

Communicates really well, understands what my issue is and always has a plan that she explains to me. BreAnne even dumbs it down for me so that I can understand.

Went in today for my first physio assessment and treatment with BreAnne. BreAnne takes the time to investigate the cause of the problem, treats the problem area and gives you a at home treatment plan. She is fantastic. The space is beautiful and new. Highly recommend!
