We had a fantastic experience buying our first major piece of fitness equipment from Flaman. Roman was incredibly helpful and kind, answering all our questions and listening to what we needed in a treadmill. We found it so refreshing that he didn’t try to upsell us a model that was out of our price range or had more bells and whistles than we wanted/needed. I also highly recommend their equipment delivery and set-up service. The crew of Eric and Viktor were super friendly and fast—in and out in less than 45 mins! They navigated our awkward entryway and main floor very carefully. And the quick tutorial was a really nice touch.

Thanks to everyone from Flaman, making the purchase was easy. Had the bowflex bike delivered to my basement. Two men were professional, timely and left our place clean.

He even suggested a display model option for a reduced price and with his technical expertise as a technician of said gear said the maintenance plans were redundant to the more money budget minded, such as myself. Successively he also ensured that any item I wanted was to be available and transfered to the closest store if need be. He also made sure to reserve items for myself since they were the last ones available. In short Jamie at Flaman Fitness went above and beyond and was accommodating at every turn. Eric and Viktor delivered and set up my recumbent bike. They called beforehand, arrived early (better for me) and were extremely polite/respectful. I highly recommend Chams for treadmill repairs. He showed up early and did a great job replacing a belt and deck. He also thoroughly tested the treadmill to show me that it worked before he left.
