I am so very, very happy with the whole experience that I had buying my Spirit recumbent bike from Flaman Fitness (west end location) on Saturday, April 29,2023. Spencer’s knowledge and interest in what I was looking for was so fabulous. He was so helpful and truly interested in helping me find the best fit for me and my needs. My purchase was delivered and set up at my house and it went so smoothly…they also showed me how to use and set up the bike for myself. Jeff & Spencer at Flaman Fitness West have been amazing to deal with for everything from my concept 2 ski erg to kettlebells and dumbbells and even paddleboards they have everything you need and if they don't they can and are willing to get it for you. Literally best experience in retail that I've ever had, they really care about your experience and it shows. I will not buy fitness gear from anywhere else.

The store manager Jeff was a consummate professional from the moment he first picked up the phone to the end; He is definitely not one of those people that arbitrarily gets handed a “manager” title like you see nowadays! My wife and i were in the 169th st location earlier this afternoon and the guy there was great. Took the time to go through options, explain and answered all our questions and made some great recommendations that helped with not only our purchase but our future plans. Would definitely go back.

Went to the store looking for a workout bench. I specifically asked if the bench I was looking at went to a 90degree. I was told that it did. Got it home took all the pieces out of the box and realized that it doesn't. Now we can't return it because we don't have the box. So frustrated when I specifically asked as I need a 90 for my program.

Visited the West Edmonton store and was helped by the store manager, Jeff. Not only was he courteous and extremely knowledgeable but he also went above and beyond to understand our needs and ensure the unit was the right one for us.
On top of that, we arranged for delivery and then our plans changed and we were able to pick up. He obligingly changed the order with no complaints. I highly recommend Jeff and the West Edmonton store.

Great Customer Service! We purchased a pair of SUPs and were disappointed when we opened them up at home and found defects on both boards. The sales team took a genuine interest in our concerns and quickly exchanged the boards. We felt well taken care of and would recommend Flaman based on their customer service and genuine interest in customer satisfaction.

I purchased a few items (mat, kettlebell) from this location and would definitely return. Jeff provided me with great assistance and answered my questions about the equipment. He also offered to carry my items to my car, which was helpful.

Waste of time. The staff is so lazy and rude. Can't be bothered to look up pricing, availability, respond to a call or email or even order something. Huge waste of time. Home delivery was also a bust as the guys busted our screen door bringing the equipment in.

Jeff was a great person to buy some gym equipment from. He had been with the company for many years and was able to answer all questions plus was very professional and courteous. Great experience and we will be back!

Absolutely fabulous customer service provided by the store manager, Jeff. He was friendly, professional and fast with the entire process. We purchased a smith machine, dumbbells, plates and some accessories and Jeff was extremely knowledgeable about every item. Been trying to buy a bunch of items since November 27th, 3 emails unreturned, voicemail unreturned. Called today and the sales person wouldnt help me, only that he'd pass my message, no call all day. Guess I'll have to find another retailer.

I realize the pandemic has impacted delivery times. After 4 weeks I am still waiting for my treadmill to be delivered. I was verbally given the impression that I could expect a phone call regarding a time to be set up for it to be delivered, etc! My training is being impacted as a result.unfortunately there’s been poor communication.

Rebeca out of the West Edmonton Mall store recently assisted me with a quote and order for a new squat rack, weights, bar, etc, and right off the bat was extremely nice, polite, and an absolute pleasure to talk with. She wrote up a quote for me, and even stayed in constant communication through email with me throughout my incessant questions.

A couple weeks later, I purchased everything, but due to some shipping problems, she asked if I was willing to go to the warehouse on Yellowhead to pick everything up, which was no problem. However when I arrived, there were 2 different sizes of weights as well as locking clamps that were on "back order", and the 15lb bumper plates turned out to be extremely dirty and not stored properly. I brought this back to Rebeca, and she IMMEDIATELY solved all my problems and was able to procure everything I needed from a store close to my home in Red Deer, and put in all the heavy lifting (no pun intended) to make sure I got everything right away.

Rebeca has been absolutely incredible helping me with everything, and this woman seriously deserves a big raise. She went above and beyond for me every step of the way, and I would not have purchased anything from you guys if it wasn't for her.

I'd called about a piece of equipment and we had a great pre-sales conversation where he listened and answered all my questions without any pressure. When I came into pick it up, Jeff went above and beyond to help load and fit everything into my vehicle.
