First of all what can I say about Chris, right from the get go the most friendly, approachable and knowledgeable guy out there. Purchased Bowflex BXT22 treadmill for $3,300 and after a couple years (barely used) the electronics stopped working. The treadmill screen went blank and belt literally stopped mid run. Warranty for electronics is only 1 year and there’s obviously a reason for that. Part to replace it was going to cost $2,400! What a waste of money and huge disappointment. I wanted a heavy duty treadmill so it would last for a long time. I wouldn’t waste your money buying a treadmill from Flaman. Customer service couldn’t help. They offered a discount but still extremely expensive to replace the part. You’ll regret buying fitness equipment from here.

I have been buying trailer and workout equipment from Flaman for many years now however, the service I get is probably one of the best I have seen. If there is anything you need when it comes to great price and service talk you Kevin Tung, he will make sure you are satisfied.

Called Flaman at 8910 yellowhead trail. I got through to them right away and booked a trailer for rent. They set me up with a pick up time that worked for me. When I arrived Chris greeted me at the counter with the friendliest of greetings, took me outside to see if the trailer that was set up for me would work. He then brought the trailer out and connected it up and ran me through the paperwork. I used the trailer and was able to bring it back on a Sunday. The fellow inside the store was friendly once again. He took all information to pass onto the rentals department. I highly recommend Flaman for rentals, and definately will be using them for a trailer in the future.

Had a trailer rental set up. Arrived first thing in the morning. The children behind the counter were behaving strangely and giggling and said they couldn't accept my card and as I was pulling out another card, one of them sees the US dollar bills in my clip and blurts out "we can't accept that either". The other employee tries to tell him to stop and we both look at him with disbelief and I ask him to calm down because that money isn't for them. Sensing further problems from these two kids (who seem to only be useful to keep the stools warm), I shook my head and told them they could no longer help me, then left, utterly flabbergasted and confused by their behaviour.

I went to a different trailer rental business located between Fort and Gretzky and I kid you not, was hooked up to a trailer and on my way in under five minutes.

This experience has taught me that Flaman is not a solutions oriented business. Not only will I never set foot in here again, I tell everyone I can to steer clear.

Ridiculously expensive and the trailer divider took a hammer to undo as well as the tack room door wouldn't open until we were driving down the highway
