Dealt with a guy named John on Monday, needless to say he is very scatterbrained barely can keep his paperwork together and can be quite rude, not the best look for you guys.

This place WAS the best place to get suspension work done!
The last THREE trucks i have taken there came back in bad shape, electrical lines behind suspension plates, u-bolts loose.worst work ever do not recommend this place anymore!

Dropped my truck off here couple of days ago for body work and they did very good job. Very fast service.

They keep sending me invoices and i have never done business with them now i guess i need to get the cops involved.nothing but fraudsters stay away dont give them your email or phone number they are scammers

This is one hell of a professionsl team! I had approached a few autobody places to get quotes for my RV damage, but Peter was the only one who was proactive by not just visiting me & being thorough with the process, but also giving me useful tips on protecting my rig while waiting on the work to begin. Subsequently, the boss Doug was always in touch with me in coordinating pick up, delivery & addtressing every specific need that I had including parking the vehicle. Would recommend this company to anyone, in a heartbeat! Thank you, Peter & Doug!

I left one of my unit with them in Aug 2019 and it's still sitting there. I have to deal with their attitude every time I call in to get an update or they just don't reply back. They answered my call about 4 times and every time I was told truck will be ready next week. I went to their shop today and Mr. Dave was giving me so much attitude as if I'm getting work done from them for FREE! He wasn't welcoming at all. He definitely need some customer service training! I would never take any of my units back to this place.

I would highly recommend this shop to anyone I know. The staff are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They take the time to listen to your concerns and make your experience with them appreciated. I really appreciate kevin, logan, and Aman I had wonderful experience with them.

I cannot say enough about Fleet Works Collision and Frame! My husband and I brought in a truck for an out of province inspection - AMAZING customer service. The kept in touch with us and were incredible to deal with. We would HIGHLY recommend them and look forward to dealing with them again. A special mention to Doug who went above and beyond. Keep up the great work!:)

I would say if you want your job done right this is the place, so knowledgeable work crew and absolutely no rip off.would definitely recommend fleet works.and by the way Aman is doing a great job.

Aman did a great job keeping me updated with the progress of my truck. To be honest the customer service was exceptional and some of the best I have seen in my 20 years of Trucking! Not to mention how fast and well done the work on my truck was. Steve did a great job with aligning and guaging the strength and durability of my frame as well as explaining what all the reports meant. Not to mention how they're open on weekdays and weekends!

THIS PLACE HAS NO INSURANCE! Do not bring anything here! Be warned.they take to long to fix things they lie and when they wreck your stuff they they won't give you your money back because they are broke! They can't even keep there worker's BE WARNED!

Awesome service.dropped my truck 3 times at kal tire for alignment nothing was done but fleet works they are the perfect

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Horrible customer service. Dropped the truck off to get some work done and they said it would take 1 day, but boy that was an understatement. They took 5 god damn days, and would essentially make up excuses when I called and asked them how long it would take. I wouldn't reccomend this to anyone even if Fleet Works, was the last shop in the world. I went to these guys cause they said they'd get my truck done in a day. And I understand an estimate is an estimate and the price may go up or even down by a bit, the actual price of the service was 1000 dollars more than the estimate. A high school mechanic student probably could've delivered on this company's promises, unlike these guys. I could've gone to another shop for how much I paid here, get better customer service, and have my truck serviced and be ready on the day that we agreed to. It's like Fleet Works doesn't care about their customers at all, and they don't deliver on their promises. Save your money, and don't do business with these guys!
