Have been coming here for a few months now and Dr. Luv is great. He is extremely knowledgeable and unlike other practitioners, a 45min treatment is actually a 45min treatment! Highly recommend!

Luv is an expectational practitioner with a blend of Osteopathy and Kinesiology, that can target many areas of injury recovery and wellness. As a physiotherapist, I take a diverse hands on approach to assess and treat the body as a whole moving part versus an isolated injury, and thus appreciate that his approach can take an even deeper dive in assessing the body as a whole; linking organs, nutrition, the musculoskeletal system, among other components together. He is very knowledgeable and I recommend his approach to help with injury recovery and wellness.

Flexology had a very hands on and tailored approach to help recondition my injury. Their techniques are based in research and not only got me back to my previous functionality, but I actually achieved a higher level of strength. I had chronic pain for about five years in my neck and shoulder area. There was extreme stiffness to the point that it was affecting my day-to-day functions. Before my treatment, I could not imagine NOT having pain all the time. Worst was that I had accepted the pain and convinced myself that there was no cure. Two sessions with Luv, and everything changed! It felt like something has been unlocked and I could move freely without feeling this stiffness and weight around my upper body.

I’m really impressed with Luv’s visceral therapy. I’ve suffered from stomach pain for more than 6 yrs. My heating pad was my best friend. Not fun. During the pandemic I was repeatedly getting emergency room type pain in one area. Luv told me immediately that the valve in that area needed to be opened to stop the back flow that was causing my stomach distress. It’s been a month since my treatment and that feeling that I was being punched in the stomach all the time WENT AWAY Completely. Wow! Am I ever grateful. That’s why I am writing this. This was my first ever experience with an osteopath. I am a diversified chiropractor by profession and like most people I have talked to, I did not know all the things osteopaths do.
I am a person who does not have a lot of pain, but there is definitely functional issues I needed work on. I weight bare more on my right side, I overuse my right shoulder.
I'm an average Joe that tries to be active but struggles with discipline in exercise.
LUV KULAR assessed and treated me on our first visit. Our appointment time was 1.5 hours and more than reasonable in price for the detail provided that day.
I followed up for 3 more appointments, 2 of which I got treated and got to refine my exercises given. The last visit I was put to work and progressed on my exercises.
YOU GET WHAT YOU PUT IN. If you didn't do your home care, LUV would adapt to the best he can to help you progress.

To put some things into context:
-LUV creates a "neural map" on the first visit and then gives your body "a software upgrade". He works on muscle imbalances!
-LUV "massaged" and stretched me to help release my muscles. He also helped me activate muscle I don't activate enough.
-LUV did a visceral flush to help promote gut motility. This felt like a spa treatment and helped with going to the bathroom.
-LUV will make you move and even sweat if needed.
-LUV gave me advise on nutrition.

Only good things to say about Luv. I was in a pretty serious motor vehicle accident 2 years ago and after a year of physio, with minimal change, I started coming to flexology and now every week there is noticable improvement. He will not only help alleviate your pain but also teach you the techniques to keep your body healthy.

I've been having trouble with some TMJ pain for a number of years. Not only did Luv help me with the pain and the clicking, he taught me how to treat myself with exercises and movements to mitigate my TMJ when it flares up.

They also helped me when, during the Christmas holidays and not many clinics were open, I fell on ice and gave myself whiplash. I was in extreme pain with very little movement in my neck. They mobilized and got me in to see their team right away. Needless to say, they gave me relief from the pain and returned my ability to move again.

I have a difficult to treat lower back pain for which I have seen many types of specialists for years with no success. Dr Parhar listened carefully to everything I had to say about my history and asked many questions to try and understand my condition. He was focused and attentive for an exhaustive physical exam. I felt as though he was determined to be the one to help me. After my examination he suspected some specific disorders and gave me 2 requisitions for diagnostic work and encouraged me to speak with my family doctor about it. He had correctly diagnosed a minor scoliosis which had eluded the numerous specialist whom had examined me before.
Also worth mentioning. He called me a couple weeks later to inquire about my test results. I feel as though he is genuinely interested in my outcomes.
Dr Parhar is a dedicated and enthusiastic practitioner and has earned my honest endorsement.
