Absolutely amazing experience.
The float was so cool and mesmerizing. Massage was fantastic and finished with a sauna.
The staff were very helpful and amazing. We will be back!

Went for a float at 8 months pregnant expecting a body temperature experience. Needed to get out of the tank within 15 minutes as the water was too hot. Told the front desk, and they said they increased the temperature- this should be informed to guests prior to entering the tanks. Especially while pregnant and worrying about not raising body temperature too much.
Essentially paid for an expensive shower to wash the salt water off.
Highly disappointed.

I very rarely post reviews, but I had to share the great experience I had at Float Canmore on Feb 14th. Firstly, they are not usually open on Tuesday's but when they realized it was valentine's day they opened their doors. I did the float, massage & sauna and I felt amazing afterwards. The fellow running it was very professional and helpful. I will definitely be back!

We went on a girls weekend, 2 of us did the float and one did a massage and then we did a sauna after. The whole experience was great from start to finish. I can’t wait to go float again, it was such a relaxing way to spend an hour. The customer service was also top notch!

Lovely infrared sauna, and reasonably priced. The facility provides everything you might need. A great activity after a long day outdoors.

We really enjoyed our float, a massage and the infrared sauna. It was a full day of relaxation. We live on Vancouver Island but have visited Canmore a few times now and always work a float into our vacation and will make it a Canmore tradition for future visits. Staff is friendly, helpful and professional. We would definitely recommend a visit.

My husband and I visit Canmore every year and we are always looking for a new service to try. We had heard of float therapy prior to our visit but had not had the chance to try it. We booked the float and then a couples massage, both services were incredible. The anti gravity sensation in the float pod was amazing. I often have a sore lower back and my husband has bad hips, the float released tightness for both of us which was incredible. The ladies that did the massages were great as they listened to us and worked on the spots that needed to be loosened. The atmosphere was so relaxing and all of the staff members were friendly. We will definitely be back!:)

The infrared sauna is wonderful! Booking online is fast and easy, and you can make simple requests when booking. Marine at reception provides excellent customer service in-person, too.

This was not my first time floating, but my first time floating in a pod. My boyfriend and I did the ultimate date night experience at the end of our trip and I would highly recommend it. I enjoy floating so I had no problems relaxing and unwinding. The massage after really helped to release the tensions in my legs from the hiking and biking we did earlier in the week, and then finishing it off with the IR sauna was the icing on the cake. All three together relaxed me to the point where once my head hit the pillow at night, I was out for 8 hours straight. I highly recommend this after all your physical activities to help you relax and rejuvenate.

Although the receptionist did try to get another massage therapist in, she wasn’t able to and we couldn’t have a back to back appointment either, so we weren’t able to have our couples massage this evening. We were very disappointed and was told that it was an input error.

Fantastic! Clean. Professional. Modern. Canmore’s hidden health service! To float it took me 2 times to find my groove. After that I have been back many times. It’s nice to get the pressure off my back and hips. Float Canmore you rock! Mini side note (noticed the guys wearing socks with sandals.awesome touch to make dads feel welcome) I can appreciate that. This floating facility is clean and very pleasant. You get your own private room where you can shower before and after the float. And the floating is just pure nirvana.
Highly recommend.

Unfortunately I don't recommend doing business with this company. We had been in contact with the owner Wade to purchase one of their saunas and had arranged a day to come pick it up after letting him know that we would take it and offering a deposit. We drove from Calgary to Canmore on Thanksgiving Monday with our 5 year old and once we got there, he told us he has to check for bookings for the coming week (?). This in itself was frustrating but we still wanted it so we agreed that he would deliver it the following week. We left several blankets for him to use during his travels so that nothing got damaged. After a week with no response from Wade he finally let me know he is no longer going to sell it to us. We missed out on other opportunities during that time, wasted our Thanksgiving day driving in the snow AND we haven't gotten our blankets back. I would be cautious when doing business with them. We value our time and feel extremely disrespected, not to mention that one of the blankets was very sentimental to our family and it looks like we won't be getting it back. I suppose that is our own fault for putting trust in a stranger, but we like to hope that other small business owners act with integrity.

They have a Groupon deal that they said was supposed to be expired, which is not my problem. Why is it still up on Groupon for sale? The man who answered the phone was not polite and could care less.

Unbelievable experience. The owner is a straight forward great person, accommodating and professional.

The equipment and facility is new, clean and VERY effective.

We are extremely proud to have Float Canmore as part of our local community of businesses. This is a very relaxing and enjoyable experience that can be enjoyed time and time again!

I highly recommend Floating. This place is pretty awesome and has a chill atmosphere. I loved that owner brings his dog to work. Would definitely go again next time I’m in town.

First time trying something like this and the pods where an amazing experience. It was the perfect thing to do after a decent hike. Will definitely visit again.

Absolutely loved my afternoon at Float! It was one seamless experience starting with a great float, a soothing massage by Echo and a very hot sauna with intermittent cold showers to finish up. Definitely helped clear my mind for the week ahead just when I needed it. Thanks
