Hardboard cutting machine out of order and the customer service staff wouldn’t even make a phone call to find another. What are they there for?

You can find everything you need, but the staff does not know much and cannot help (on the other hand, you can understand them, because they are paid a minimum)

Incompetent staff. Made me wait 40 minutes for the lawnmower to be brought out. In the end was a used and abused model they tried to sell.

Didn't have what I was looking for but it's home depot location was more for garden and home than small appliances

Was helped by a very nice knowledgable lady, that I never fail to go to for a number of jobs she is polite has great ideas and has a sense of humor, give this lady a raise, she deserves it!

We had a gentleman with a great sense of humor help us find exactly what we were looking for. It was on sale, right before Christmas, and other stores were terrible busy and out of stock. We'll look here first next time.

Wonderfull, associates are knowledgeable and helpful specially Pro desk staff particularly Shafat Khan. He is one one of the best, listened carefully my problem and suggested 2-3 option include pros and cons. Very impressive.

Front service return desk person is not welcoming, not polite and lacks mannerism. Not friendly at all. Not a Hello, and when I said Thank you, no reply whatsoever.

Rushing a customer is never good when they want to spend for improvement. Went with competition instead where customer service wasn't an issue

Got my trim and screws, in and out in 15min. Normally don't look around, end up buying stuff that I don't need

The staff member assisting me was absolutely useless, couldn't be bothered to ACTUALLY look for an item, was told the last item in stock was probably stolen or lost. Told me to check a different location. Very disappointing.

I like shopping here but I just get so annoyed when every employee asks me if I need help with anything. Sometimes I like to just look around and buy random stuff I see and I will have the same staff member ask me twice if I need help with anything...

Associates were very helpful in taking the time to find my item up high tucked away behind a few other boxes.

It's our favorite Home Depot because, although it's almost always busy, they seem to have the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff as any other stores. It's worth the extra few minutes drive to get there.

Decent selection, but let down by sometimes unenthusiastic staff who seem to sometimes actively avoid customers looking for assistance.
