Not a good experience with this company (and still on going). The were chosen to install my floor on an insurance job. Its possibly the worst flooring install I have ever seen (they have admitted as much on home security video) - that said, getting them to actually do anything about it is another thing. They are blaming site prep, and the Mfg of the product. Very dishonest company - would certainly not recommend. I am now forced down a legal path, on something that cold have easily been handled by a reputable company.

We have used Floorscapes several times over the last 10 years. Once for a total flooring renovation, once for replacing carpeting on stairs and just this week for re-sanding and refinishing hardwood floors. Bryce will work with you to ensure you get the flooring you want. Their crews are on time, very professional in their work and ensure you are happy with the end product. I would highly recommend Floorscapes.

Very expensive compared to the competitors in the area. I’d take that into consideration. Attitude from one of the sales guys too. They don’t seem professional.

Very helpful sales manager, walked me through each step, answered questions and didn't pressure me at all. We drew up the floor plan of where the tile would go, signed that drawing and then they did something completely different. They were a sub contractor on an insurance job. The insurance had agreed to replace the floor. After we had signed off on the work to be completed the contractor called them and changed the details. I was not consulted or notified about the change in plan. No opportunity to clarify with the insurance company that the contractor was over stepping. No opportunity to negotiate for what was already agreed to and signed off on. The explanation from Floorscapes was that the signed floor plan is not an actual representation of the work it's just a visual guide. If that were in any way true they would not have you sign off on it. They did not conduct themselves well on this job.
