When I wanted peonies and none had come in due to issues with weather in BC - Sarah picked flowers *from her Own Garden* and added them to my bouquet! Cannot express how excellent the customer service is and the selection of flowers is impeccable! Great for all occasions and Especially weddings (no price mark up!) <3

I have ordered twice from Flowers by Merle. I am from another city. Both times I have been impressed by what they have sent. The first time everyone asked where bouquet was from. They really made me look good. They are my only choice for my florist in Edmonton.

Not happy at all. Will never order from them again. If they have trouble with the order they never called me to inform me nor do they care. All I get is that’s our policy. They actually do not care to provide any quality services but will charge over $100.00 $17.50 to deliver flowers that we had to pick up and deliver. Honestly there are a lot of Florists that would love our business.

There was an initial mixup on my delivery which was missing a box of chocolates, but they were very apologetic for the mixup and made it right the next day.
