Dirty bathrooms, terrible food (when it exists) and poorly trained staff. Most of the parking slots in the back for the trucks are taken up by junk trucks old rv's and equipment. It looks like a wrecking yard in there. Fuel pumps and Def pumps rarely work either. Flying j should be ashamed of itself. If you're houred out do yourself a favor and go find the husky truck stop or the petro pass in Acheson.

Only 3 truck pumps working other one they don’t repair from last 4 months, those are working very slow it take 45 minutes for both truck tanks, also DEF not available all the time, in the winter they don’t clean smow

Shower is working. Hot water is there. Toilet seat is clean. Dk why so many here complain. It’s a truck stop not a 5 star luxury hotel on Maldives. Btw they have a nice parking, so far I’ve always been able to park my rig out here. Thank you!

Worst Pump ever, pumps never work, staff is always busy on their phone, never have squeezes to clean windshield, DEF is not working at pumps from decades!

Unfortunately like most Truck stops is invaded by local drivers using the customer's parking lot as Yard

I think I felt dirtier leaving then when I went in. If my hair wasn't in desperate need of a wash I would have waited until something else opened. First shower had little black curlys on the toilet seat. 2nd key had wash cloth left on the counter and was visibly used. 3rd (and final) key was the cleanest of them all but still had trash (some food and qtips) in the can and counter and shower had soap scum.
Actual shower, the water pressure wasn't bad but the head sprayed all over the place, even onto the bench! Luckily I moved my clothes just in time. Temp changed from scalding hot to cold throughout my shower.
Not sure if all truck stops are like this. When I worked at flying J 15 years ago we had to make sure the showers were spotless. The cashiers seemed like they didn't really care and who can blame them really. But still, if you're paying for something you should get what you're paying for. Ok rant over. Maybe it's just luck of the draw but I definitely won't be back. And I decided to fuel up somewhere else.

Some pumps buttons not working, no app cade supports expect 1 pump. Windshield water empty from days

Garbage age all over the place. One old windshield groom for 5 trucks. No water fir windshield cleaning. Terrible place, terrible, lazy service.

Well this place will have your junk food needs plus fuel needs. It’s a big truck stop but vehicle friendly also. There’s wash bays for big and small bathrooms and a gift part hot food hot drinks and cold food and drinks. Staff are friendly. There’s a restaurant attached to it. Enjoy or deploy

There custom care is zero, the lady's who works behind the counter are very rude and disrespectful, basically its one of worse flying J i have ever been,

The night staff lady is really ignorant and discrimnitive towards homeless people and there needs as well. The morning and afternoon staff are great and a lot easier to deal with, that lady should take in mind that it's mostly homeless who use these facilities.

Today i taken shower at flying j around 11.00 am store number 850 when i go to counter for shower key lady working totally unprofessional, not wearing store uniforms, so rough look like not happy with there work at store, she told me she need deposit for shower key because that's store rules.
Everyone is else working in store also not wearing company provider uniform. Restroom and shower are not cleaned and maintained.
So rough and don't know to deal.
If possible i am not give a single star

This was a disappointment as far as Flying J’s go. It’s always dirty there with junk piled up out back. Almost every island had some kind of issue. I avoid this location at all costs.

Good gas station lots to choose from and very convenient. Post office inside of the store and even has a liquor store attached

Sorry for one star, it s just for today and it goes to Denny's. Morning manager, a she, seems to be picking her favorite client as per a beauty contest. In the bussines world we treat people equally. There is a restaurant not a wedding agency. If she doesn't like me she should not be manager at all. I always been polite.if she thinks that that place it s her own yard she is wrong.better try to treat everyone the same to make a good job.

Heavy duty truck stop as well as gas station and convenient store and washroom available here.

One of the worst fueling station to fuel up semi truck. There pumps are always slow and leaking.

Items in the store expensive.
Many people in the store not practicing social distancing.
Clientel have no regard for others standing in line to pay for their purchases. They have no clue of how to use the spots where to stand

I love Flying J because he could go shower from a long what you call the drive from wherever you're coming in from yeah

No def at this place for at least a month management doesn't care all they want is the money I won't be back hope that they realize lots of truckers feel the same and go elsewhere

It is very old and very cluttered. Staff have unusual rules for showers and the shower area wasnt as clean as others I have been to.

Good as some things get. No issues with cleanliness, dispensers, water temperature or otherwise

Great gas station they sell all kinds of gadgets at this place the prices are high but it's cool stuff like radar detector for your vehicle plus there is a hotel here too

Worst place ever. They can’t keep anything clean nor supply windshield washer fluids. Health and safety needs to look at this disgusting facility.

Always enough truck parking, service good-to-average. Best stocked "trucker hardware" for hundreds of miles.
Many attached services including tire repair.

I found it to be hard to understand the clerk and we started to become frustrated. Over all the effort to try assist pleasantly was in fact there. It was a communication breakdown.

Location trucking needs Definitely not the worst and not the best but worth checking it out! I give it 4

Actually it is the Denny's restaurant that I frequent here. I find all the staff very pleasant and easy to get along with. I even find the managers great at this location. The food is cooked to order and a wide variety to choose from. I especially recommend the new chicken burrito. It's a little pricey but we'll worth it.

Nice amount of truck parking and easily accessed.
Denny's for some reason is quite expensive.
Cost twice as much as usual for breakfast!? !
Same food, atmosphere, staff and decor but.

So today we go in to shower.
Not sure if we were in the Arctic or the Sahara. Could not get the water to stay constant temperature. It would fluctuate from COLD to steaming HOT in under a minute. Frustrating!
And no water pressure at all.
I have long hair.
Pressure is needed to remove shampoo

You can only park 8 hour free
If you want to park more than 8 hours you have to pay the parking fees or you can park any other truck stop

No parking due to local trucks uses parking for personal parking and very very very dirty and dumpy. Gilles Faucher
