I don’t know what’s the problem, but showers and washrooms are not working. Don’t wait in the truck while the app is showing the lineup for the shower. Go inside and check first! It’s been a while as far as heard! None is working on that problem. The only thing the tired driver is dreaming about
is a nice hot shower but not here….

Another great day for Pilotflyingj just before 8 AM the 2 cashiers are visiting with each other, and the coffee pot is empty.you would think at that time in the morning they would keep on top of it

On November 27 I sent Ace manifest to print out, the guy in the counter ask me to come back after 15 minutes. I said I will come back after 2,3 hours he said ok that will work. When I Came back after 3 hours again he said can you come back after 15 minutes, that was so ridiculous, very poor customer service. I regularly buy stuff fuel and get paper printed here. That guy in the counter need to learn how to do customer service.

We usually park our tractor trailer here, purchase $2500.00 of fuel, buy products, and eat here. We live in the truck, as most drivers do. We have been delayed to load for Nova Scotia. The bald manager Harry, is constantly asking us, are you still here? Then, as movers, we were transferring a shipment onto our trailer, Harry complained about a pickup parked by us. That was our labour assisting us. We needed that space for an hour or so. Harry threatened to have the pickup towed and called my 62 year old boyfriend a delinquent! That is the last time we will give any business to that location. We will share the information with the other drivers that we have known for so many years.
Harry seemed to have picked us out and ignored all the other vehicles parked throughout the parking lot.
On one occasion, Harry approached us while we were trying to have a Thanksgiving dinner at our trailer. I explained that if anything was in the way we would move if anybody needed the space. The young fellow standing next to him that works there also, started speaking and stating, if you kill someone, Harry stopped him. I would like to understand what sort of customer service this is. Harry is driving away the business rather than taking care of it and finding a different way to approach situations like this. This man should not be managing a place when he has absolutely no people skills. He is rude and accusatory.

I am a class 1 commercial driver, I haul new rv trailers with my 3/4 ton quad cab diesel pick up truck and I have been parking here overnight since July of 2022 and now i am told by Harry the manager that I can not park here overnight. Yet it's okay that I come here and spend my money on food and fuel and equipment and redeem my rewards points for showers or pay for them when needed!
But now I am told I can't park and sleep here in my truck overnight! This is the reward I get from pilot flying j for being a commercial driver in a 3/4 ton quad cab diesel pick up truck! Cause I am not a semi truck I am not considered commercial.
Don't come here, there prices are higher than anywhere else for fuel and your not valued as a customer and this proves it.

The commercial 2 if not 3 pumps been down since last December and that’s a nightmare on the peak times and the ones that do work something always messes up costing time and hassle I fill up there twice a week every getting over 1800 worth of fuel and def each stop every costing me time that = to miles = pay I have no choice but get flying j fuel but I can chose where and I will not be back till you fix the place up

I unfortunately had to pass through here with my mother. The manager was extraordinarily rude and racist towards us. We walked in very tired and asking for showers and to get something to eat and drink. Wouldn’t allow us showers, told us we weren’t welcome and the manager was smirking the entire time. It was bizarre and a slap in the face. How does a grown woman act like such a child? Then I come to learn they have been racist to other native and black people as well. Don’t bother stopping here; consider this entire business a sundown town. Flying J? More like Flying L.

Very Racist. Not recommend. To anyone. People that do go here will be known as racist. So enjoy

Slept here in the semi with my hubby and for it being a busy truck stop be still found a spot at almost midnight! It was super quiet and we both slept super well here! I went inside the next morning and the store smelled clean, looked clean, wasn't busy and wasn't overwhelming like some truck stops can be inside! I got my morning tea and I forgot my wallet but they still let me take my drink without having to pay! VERY friendly staff and we definetly want to sleep here again!

I want to personally thank the kind ladies and thoughtful gentlemen in the front end for being 10/10. Amazing service every time.

Staff at this location are all excellent, the facilities are clean, and the products are good enough. I'm leaving a horrible review because this location is currently price gauging diesel. Last week I filled up my truck at 1.75/L for diesel and this location was 1.93! Absurd, and crooked.

I just want to say Doug and Harry are in helping clean showers and talking with customers really they are awesome guys

One if my favorite truck stop. More than 10 showers are there. CAT scale is available. Food is also good and the staff is very friendly.

Pump are sooo slow took 10 mins for 60$ diesel.and card reader doesn't work at the pump.wasn't 3 years ago.they do not invest in anything. Only collect cash

Worst. Wifi. Ever. I spend a lot of time in Calgary and this is basically the only only J with wifi but the wifi rarely ever works. When I'm sitting for a 36 I'd love to be able to actually watch my TV and use the wifi that I pay for.

It’s a convenience store, expect it to be expensive. Other than that, their business model is one that will help you be on the road.

Ample parking. Provided your there before 5 p.m. The store is usually well stocked and clean and the staff are quite friendly.

I booked a trip from one city to another. When I arrived to the addressed described on the ticket, the place was empty and there was no sign indicating that the spot was a bus stop for Flying J. We crossed the street to the station and travel center where we weren't properly explained how to take the bus and ended up driving around the are looking for a sign of the company. Needless to say, we couldn't catch the bus.

I called several different offices to get a refund and many of them didn't even know that Flying J offers transportation services. I understand that customer service representatives can't know everything, but at least they should know where to find the relevant information. Many of the were just clueless about everything involving their company. They kept bouncing me from office to office only to tell me that a refund isn't possible.the

To all the transportation companies out there: if your bus stops in a spot outside the company's office or station, LEAVE A SIGN SO PASSENGERS KNOW WHERE THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO BOARD.

IT is a good truck stop has all you need and convenient location. Only problem is that so many local drivers park there trucks and go home leaving not much parking for the customer to park

Usual truck stop for most other things. No running water at their sani-dump for non-potable or potable. Basically you're going to dump a bunch of grey and black and then have a dirty hose when you leave. Issue has existed for well over a year and not been repaired. Pretty sad if you ask me!

Place is starting to show its age but that happens when you have flip flop wearing truck drivers turning these places in the slums

The food will give you the runs, it's practically impossible to get anyone to go fill propane. But the gas is usually cheap.

They actually told me on a slightly cloudy day, they couldn't fill propane because of the risk of lightning. There was no thunder and it wasn't even raining. When I asked to see the manager, they finally sent someone out. It was the same guy who said no because of lightning. Bunch of lazy §€$&%.

Typical truck stop. Usually busy, they have a Denny's inside. Pizza they sell is awesome! Just had the meatball one, omg so good. There are cheaper places to go but if you are in a rush and need gas and something to eat it's a good option! Sadly they stopped the jalapeno corn dogs. Gas prices seem on par with everyone else.

Great service. Open 24 hours.cold shot bus line serving Alberta. Lounge access. Showers. Coined laundry machines. Big bathrooms. Lots of parking.

Priced high for some of the items but otherwise clean and conveniant location. Staff was friendly enough and service was fast enough.

Highest gas and diesel prices in the south. They have a trailer dump but have had no water for a number of years now. No sign of them having it repaired.

Was looking for a paid shower.
Came to this place it's was $12.50 for a shower which is not bad tbh
Shower was really clean and nice, kinda felt like a hotel bathroom

My experience was ok but i watched as a customer politely questioned a price. The lady working got very upset with him and didnt handle it well.

This is a great place to pick up gas, get supplies, or as a Trucker await new delivery pickup instructions, grab a bite to eat, meet up with others.

Clean good food but the service guy was so rude. I asked if hotdogs were ready because a sign said they weren't.he called someone who was working in another part of the stores to check for me even though he was standing beside me. The girl took a look at the meter and said good to eat. I said if it was that easy I would have checked myself without bothering her. The guy "Rut started yelling at me.he went behind the counter to serve someone who just came in and started yelling at him also. I told the customer he did the same to me a few minutes ago. Then from across the store he yelled at me to shut up and mind my own business.he kept going on yelling at me until I left.he did tell me to leave at the end when I was leaving.worst ever
