I would leave no stars if I could,
I have picked up here for multiple companies and they are brutal, shipment is never ready, never have paperwork ready or done, Use anyone else or be prepared to waste your day.

FMI has always delivered reliable, solid service for me for many years now. Jane, Jess & Tyrone are experienced in their fields, something that is essential in the freight world.

Extremely professional and detail oriented, from the first interaction with Sharon, right through to the team. Highly recommend.

Extremely slow! Been waiting over an hour for one pallet!
Shipper is rude and not helpful. I would not bring my business here!

Owner needs to talk to charles (Shipper).
He doesn’t seem to like his work.
Don’t take their loads for 50 st location. Shipper is so rude and full of attitude. They won’t load you early or even on time for your appt. Because they won’t have any work after that.
I am here at 2: 30pm for my 3: 00pm appt.and it’s almost 3: 30. My dock light hasn’t even turned to red. Shipper says we will load you on your appt.and 3: 30 isn’t close to my appt time?
Just to add on, they have no other trucks to load/unload. People are coming and going, and i am being ditched on the side.

Excellent experience getting unloaded. Less than 1 hour between arriving and leaving for a full load.

They are very slow. Plz hwy drivers avoid this place only good for city drivers. I am waiting here last 2.30 hours for unloading.

Very disappointed customer service, I received a wrong order and I have to ship it back to receive my original order.

By far one of the worst employer, no ethical value, no integrity, no leadership and just a horrible experience.

I've recently taken over the shipper position in my father's company and my experiences have been very positive with FMI. We have used other carriers in the past and since we've started using FMI our shipments have flowed a lot smoother, arrives on time and hold-ups at the border are far more rare.
I'd love to mention that I feel very welcomed by our account manager. In a short time we have established a friendly and professional relationship where we are able to joke around with each other.
