Foot Locker

Went to footlocker market mall on Saturday Dec 30 at 4: 30. Me and my girlfriend stood waiting for service to try on shoes and buys shoes for 30 mins. Not a single employee came and helped us or any of the other groups of people on the floor. All 6 of them were busy shaking hands with their friends or talking in a circle with each other laughing. If I could leave no stars I would. In order to buy shoes for a shoe store you have to try them on let alone have them from the back to purchase. This footlocker has to be the absolute worst one in the city. Was hoping to buy some new new balance shoes but will take my service elsewhere. Very disappointed

Terrible service and bad attitudes! The music is so loud that I couldn't talk to my wife comfortably so we left and will never return.

Waited 10 minutes to see any workers on the floor. Found her arguing with someone else in the back. Dismissed my question then turned her back. Suggest bringing in more workers + ones with better customer service skills will help. Especially during the holidays when it’s busy!
