Super helpful staff, they were wonderful!
The store is a good size and well lit. A very good selection of shoes and athletic wear. They have a small selection of hats in the back corner of the store. I would recommend this store if you are looking for this type of clothing.

We always check out Foot Locker when we can. Great products and sometimes can catch a sale.

I usually go there to glanse for a shoes, specially jordan shoes. Staff are helpful. Good always good place to look for shoes you want

Worst customer service employees are not nice and just staring at you when you need help or services

Amazing staff and manger really helped us out and also made us so welcome. Although one really short male (jassy) employee was extremely rude and vile. His actions and words disturbed me and the whole story. T money and the manager was amazing in handling the situation but again the disrespect when speaking on my appearance wad unexpectedly.

Disappointing customer service! They didn't want to sell to my mom and Aunt and EVEN accused them of being resellers because they each wanted to purchase a pair of the new Jordans for their sons. They tried to explain the situation to the assistant manager to no avail and it caused a scene. Incredibly humiliating, especially infront of other customers. Their assistant manager needs more training! This could've been handled much MUCH better. DO better.

The staff are very rude and poorly trained on customer service, reflects on the footlocker management on how they train their sales associates. I wouldn't recommend you to go on this location-Crossiron footlocker.

My mom went shopping her to get me jordan 1's as a surprise, and went she went up to the cashier, she came with her sister who previously bought jordans for her own kid, and the sales manager started saying, only 1 pair per family, but we're in a different family and my cousin came up and they kept saying their different, they have their own card and money to pay, but no they didnt care.what kind of stupid sales manager is that? Like honestly, they arent the same family and they want to buy their own shoes for kids and they called my mom a reseller? She dosent even know what that is and she dosent even look like it.i dont whats up with the sales manager but she needs to fix that attitude problem man.my mom is a very sensitive person and that hurt her man.she was just trying to buy something

Not a lot of sizes or variety, likely due to stock shortages. Couldn't find what we needed. The staff was friendly.

I came in not wanting to purchase anything, but a North Face jacket had caught my eye. Looking through the rack, there was one in my size but it was dirty with stains on it. I approached an associate and he said he would check the back but unfortunately there was nothing in stock. Disappointed I put it back and Muot had approached me asking if we needed any help. I had explained the situation and he assured he would double check, and voila he disappeared into the back and came back within several minutes to bring a brand new jacket in my size. Muot I cannot appreciate you enough for doing this, my guy needs a solid raise with his excellent customer service and going above and beyond to reach my needs. Footlocker, Muot is the guy.

Always lots of shoes to pick from especially with the expanded store. We always get good service here

Location is stocked with most of what you'd expect from a footlocker, with a footlocker kids also being a part of the store. Staff were polite and helpful

The two young girls on the cash were the best. Mozie and Sara are the most friendly and have exceptional customer service. I came in to return a pair of shoes that didn’t fit and the cashier Mozie took her time to ask me about my day and such. I wanted to get the same shoe in a different size and both the cashiers told me about airforces and how they go with everything. They were making jokes with me and just put me in the best mood. I walked out with a new pair of shoes and a smile on face. Best customer service I have ever experienced in a retail store.

I don’t want to be a racist as I’m brown too, yesterday I went there to buy shoes for my son birthday gift I didn’t get any help those black salesman dudes walk around n didn’t come to help, feel Iike they needed to help n teaching how to communicate n customer service however very bad experience.

I shop there this Sunday the girl at the counter was very rude I took my kid to get pair of shoes ask for size 11she said we ran out of size 11 then I ask another associate he bring it to me i ask her why you told me you don’t have it she said last time I check size 11 was not there I said you are working as a cashier how would you know you should ask someone if you don’t know why you telling you don’t have it if I could give I won’t even give 1 star how bad the customer service they have

Friendly and helpful staff. Didn't have my size in store, but I was able to order in from another store and have it shipped within 3 days. Can't complain at all!

Abid waited on us and he really knows the product. My husband told him what type of athlete shoe he was looking for and Abid found the perfect pair that exceeded expectations.

Great service by Abid-Rahim. He is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. A good place as well, to shop.

Teenage girls who work there are snotty and I almost walked out without a purchase, they need some customer service training badly!

REFRESH and EDUCATE your MANAGER on how costumers COMPARE PRODUCT in your store to buy the item that they need and want, and not telling customers to do things like putting product back to it’s shelf. You already have a nice and good service oriented associates. Know how to do that.

My 13 year old son was treated so ignorantly in front of myself (his father) and his younger sibling. He was returning shoes he bought on line with his own money and the female was the most disrespectful, arrogant person I have ever met. Whipping the box with the shoes behind her and literally slamming his money on the counter, then tossing his change down. She then proceeded to walk away from him before he even had a chance to gather his money. Footlocker will never get our business ever again. This lady is a complete embarrassment for their company.

Very helpful employees. Even during the busy (busy!) Boxing day events, they were very calm and cheerful.

They don’t inform customers about broken debit machine even though people was waiting for the line long time.

Finally found a pair of women's basketball shoes here. They are hard to come by this year. Good staff

I stopped by to return 2 timberland*champion I ordered online. The associate let the manager know I was returning, without any greetings the manager asked me what’s wrong with it? I said the size wasn’t right, then she said what do you need? I said I ordered the right size which I kept, these were extra I need to return. Then she said, “next time order in store, don’t order online”, and left me with another associate, without greeting, smiling, even eye contact the whole time.
If the company said I can order online and return in store, please follow it without doubts, it really hurts under circumstances: 1. My husband and I stopped by last week and got the right size for him in store and found they didn’t have my size, and they didn’t offer at that time they can “order In store” so I went home and ordered by myself; 2. Don’t tell me what to do next time, I believe I am grownup enough to know ‘what to do’.

Fantastic service! The girls were all helpful and worked hard to find my kids exactly what they wanted and needed.

Foot Locker is probably one of my favorite stores. I have spent so much money here, and always find something I like. Whenever I walk in here, I'm always greeted, and I always end up walking out with a damn Foot Locker bag haha. Crazy selection of attire and footwear. Too easy to spend money at this store. I recently bought my Adidas Propheres here, cheapest pair I found in the mall, and they carried the color I wanted. All the staff are super friendly and helpful as well, great customer service and all around, a dope store! Highly recommend if you are in search of streetwear and/or gym attire.
