Foothills Aquatic Centre

This place is nice but getting spots is a pain and infact in any arena its the same so can't really so much. Hope more slots are made available in all arenas.

Great pool and lovely staff. Only downside is short opening times. Probably a staff shortage post pandemic.

It's a good pool when I went when I was younger but unfortunately I once had a concerning moment at this pool back in 2014 or so and It was the end of the public swim and i was on a floaty that someone had moved when i went to grab it then I proceeded to struggle to get out of the water because i was disoriented funny thing is that the Lifeguard "on duty" Did absolutely nothing to help me even though i was screaming for my life literally. I really hope that girl doesn't work their anymore cause the fact that she had watch me struggle for a good few minutes and did nothing is concerning and that my sister had to save me even though the person that job it was. Was completely useless and basically almost killed me.and Traumatized me with that moment. Other than that it a nice pool.

Very clean and organized but not sufficient seating for events. Great pool, hot tub and diving pool. Uniquely designed and good prices. Adequate for all ages and people. Nice service and good lifeguards and big place, close to the University of Calgary.

It's a nice community pool to swim in and fairly easy to get to. I went with some friends and we had a good time together even their child had fun. They have a kids pool if they want to go in there but they also provide floating devices and life jackets for safety. This pool has one water slide (nothing fancy though) and it goes into the deepest pool there which also has a low diving board. The water temperature is pleasant to swim in.
