Forest Heights Park

My child loves Coming here. It’s a lovely beautiful fresh new look for the area. We came last weekend and there was even an event going on with the food trucks. Seemed pretty interesting and fun to watch.

Decent entryway into the river valley trails. Couple of softball diamonds and the McNally High running track at the 84 St east side. There's a porta-potti at the 101 Ave side which is your main point into the trails with nearby parking. You can also enter the valley from north of the school. Ultimately it's a park, field and trees. Make your own fun.

Nice park if you want to go for a relaxing walk or stand on the edge to watch the sun rise or set or want to watch fireworks. It's relaxing, not much noise. Great park to go for a run around and then leads down to the river valley if you want to hit the trails.

Visited beer store 10% discount on Tuesday's for Seniors. Great selection of beer, wine and liquors.

Don't stand too close to the edge! This park is slumping into the river valley. Slumps of the past couple years have drastically altered some of the trails. Great times on a mountain bike.

This is a nice nature walk, the lower part is dirt trail in the woods, the upper trailer is multiuse pathway.

A super great park. There are many walking trails, biking trails, and an abundance of shared use trails. Super easy to get to and there is a decent sized parking lot. Parts of the park give you stunning views towards downtown.

Nice peaceful quiet place, just tucked away east of the downtown! With trails, forested area, and river valley near by, make this park a true gem of this city!:) I caught a crazy dust devil here like the size of a tornado at this very park in 2017.

This park is beautiful! It doesn't look like much from the road but the path is lovely and there are lots of little trails off the main path to explore!

My local park. Lots of urban wildlife sightings. Great lookouts. Users are sometimes a pain - eg no bells on bikes, poorly trained dogs, inattentive minders of little kids, folks who refuse to socially distance on trail. But the non people aspects of the park make for a good walking location.

Awesome trails. The views from this park of the Edmonton skyline are some of the best you will find in the city.

We came here to play tennis! There are only four courts but there's a good amount of parking right beside it. Lights come on automatically when it gets to nighttime.

Really great view, and a nice leisurely place. Good for walking (with or without), and cycling, but there tends to be litter sometimes, so that's not great. But the path is non-linear so that adds character. Overall, very pretty in the summer.

This is a serene place to walk. On the one side there's the beautiful view of downtown and the river valley, and on the other are elegant and stately homes. The paved path meanders with graceful curves and my tree friends on either side beacon me to say hello.

Great bike trails, difficult if you are beginner on Mountain biking, have seen expert guys bending rims!

There's a water fountain by the tennis courts and usually an outhouse at the southwest corner of the park, at the top of the hill.

Great place to play soccer, tennis, baseball and many other team sports. The area is clean and safe, with plenty of free parking.

I came across this pretty little place cuz i needed to use the porta potty and i ended up going for a walk down a wooded area with nice trail for biking or walking pets or jogging it dose lead down to the river that has a beautiful view, i love nature and ever since that day i stopped to use the porta potty its been my special nature get away to enjoy the sun and be by myself.

The scenery is quite beautiful but.the walking places are dirty most of the time. My only warning is to watch out for the trash or the puke.

Great green space overlooking the city. Bidding photographers should come here for a great view.

Very nice area. Well looked after. Spectacular views of downtown and river valley. An additional walking path on the east would be great.

Forest Heights Dental "The Poem"

Warm and welcoming when we walked in
Both of my young boys had places to play
The fish tank was cute, aquatic life for the win
Great Life West covered the visit, so no need to pay

The Dentist can be scary, that's the honest truth
Mine weren't scared even though both had a loose tooth.
Dad was occupied, the free WiFi helps with the wait
If I had to sum up our visit, I'd say that this place was great!

Nice park but not family friendly. Love the view of the valley but the park needs some toilets. I had to walk from the school to the tennis court (800m) with a toddler who needed to pee, just to get to a portable toilet. My kid almost couldn't go because was afraid of it.

My favorite place to go for walks. Beautiful view of the river & downtown. Benches and trees. There is beautiful houses too.

Awesome views of river valley and East end of the City. Terrific walking or riding trails. A couple of soccer fields, baseball diamonds and a dirt track. And when tired pick a bench to rest yourself.

Another excellent park within the Edmonton city river valley trail system. Great views of downtown Edmonton.

Beautiful place to walk or run. Lots of benches around where you can stop and enjoy the incredible view of the river valley.

We had just a very different, amazing, relaxing moments here. It is April towards the end, We started walking from Dawson Park, passed the Dawson Bridge, and climbed to the forest height, and this beautiful scene appeared!

This park is great for a walk. The baseball and soccer fields are always on use. Which is nice to see.

One of the most beautiful views of downtown. Also good place for walking and biking. Good vistas from everywhere, but sometimes obstructed by trees.

I was at artwalk there. A wonderful park.it was the 3rd annual walk there I think.the first had 12 people. This one had over 700 artists.
