Staff is very polite and supportive. Very professional and knowledgeable Doctor. I am very well impress by Dr Rahul Chhabra, he is our family doctor and an amazing person.

Claim they take walk in patients, I just went in as a walk in, 2 hours before they close, not a single patient in the waiting room and was informed they are done taking walk in patients for the day. When I asked when they usually stop taking walk ins, reception said "sometimes two, sometimes four". And when I responded with "so just whenever you feel like it? " She nodded yes.

Not a soul in the waiting room. And people wonder why it's so hard to get medical attention. Be better.

They are way over booked. I waited 2 hrs with my Son just to find out the receptionist forgot to put us in the system, Then the Receptionist was quite rude and snappy in the doctors office when asking us questions on why we where here today. Then we waited another 1 hr in the doctors office. The doctor was very nice and helpful. Only reason why I left a 3 star review. I DEFINITELY DON’T RECOMMEND COMING HERE FOR ANY REASON WHAT SO EVER.

I am visiting this clinic from almost 4 Years.

Doctors are ok, but the lobby staff are horrendous, if someone askes about time, they will be automatically put next, this leads to 3+ hour wait times because some people are more rude than others

Clean and nice clinic, with accommodating reception. If I need a same-day appt, they book me with another doctor if mine is booked. Dr. Abdalla is my family doctor and he's nice and understanding. He listens and considers your self diagnosis, even if you're probably wrong. He explains things well, and doesn't just write you a prescription to push you out the door. It's very nice to have a caring doctor again. Thanks.

Worst place to go to for medical attention. The receptionist don't call walkins in the order they have come in. They start taking walk ins at 10am and my friend got here at 9: 50am. Watching people without appointments get helped before my friend that was waiting outside and blatantly ignoring her at the desk. She called ahead of time too because shes very unwell and can barely stand. Worst experience for an office that's suppost to be her family physician office and a walkin clinic. Possibly looking for a new family doctor as well due to lack of care and acknowledgement from receptionist.

Better be there on set appointment, or risk cancelation and pay the penalty. Then there you are at your appointment but had to wait half hour to more than an hour to be attended by the doctor.

Says they do walkins, refuse to do so. Had only 1 other person in the entire waiting room.
Previously had a family doctor here but when he moved they never informed me or gave me the option to change my family doctor. Would not recommend to anyone. Just go across the street for proper care

I see they posted a reply with lies in it. I was referring to my previous family doctor there that has been gone for well over a year now. All you're telling me is that you failed to inform me that the doctor you replaced him with is ALSO gone now and you never offered me to change doctors.
Curious as to why you have such a high turnover on doctors and why half your reviews are 1 stars.

I was a walk in, expecting to wait a ridiculous long time but didn't have to. Dr Abdalla listened to my concerns and helped offer a solution right away. Clinic staff were prompt, courteous & professional. I would gladly go back again.

My family and I have been going here for 2 years. Great staff. Dr Abdalla has always been good to us.

Dr Chhabra is brilliant! He's emphatic and sincere. He doesn't just write a prescription, but ensures that you understand the diagnosis with the aid of pictures and simplified literature. I also like the fact that he'll always offer tips on preventative care. I'm very happy I stumbled upon this clinic in late 2017. I've not gone anywhere else since!

This is not a clinic it a learning ground for students. I kept following up with them about my referral letter. They kept faxing it to the wrong specialist and kept saying that they fixed it already. Almost everything is forgotten or easily missed.

They saw my previous review cuz it they denied me service because I was not happy with their service. I would think that with my comment they would improve but no.

Honestly if I could put zero starts I would. Two times I have come here and waited over two hours just to be seen, then to be interrupted and talked over, then to always be given the wrong prescription. It's a joke of a clinic they do not care at all about their patients.

Watched 4 other walkins go before me even though I had been waiting a hour!
Had asked about wait time as my son would be home from school in about an hour. I ended up having to leave without seeing any doctor.
Normally a great clinic, maybe it was just the staff working that day.
I then called and had a friend call at the same time. My friend waited 4 mins on hold and they answered my call immediately, they then told me they are not accepting walkins after 3pm.

I had to change Drs.and I decided to come here because it's only a block from where I live. I'm glad I came here all the staff are so friendly and my Dr is great! Never waited for anything and pretty much on time all the time!

This clinic is busy all the time. With the wait times I've experienced in this growing city, including how many doctors have turned me away, this clinic has great staff. In the midst of the pandemic you wouldn't think we are in one because the staff are professionals.

I was going there for about 9 months and I noticed that one of the woman who works at the front was always putting others in front of me and they had arrived after me. Even when I had an appointment this happened I even mentioned it the first time I noticed it happen and she said they were seeing another doctor but then I saw my doctor walk out of their examination room. I was willing to let it slide but then the next time I went in she did it again. I was the only one in the waiting room and had been sitting there waiting to go into an examination room then a person walked in and was taken in right away. I then left and found a new doctor where the staff are not so rude.

Waited to get my elderly his flu shot. Waited 2 hours an 45 mins. Just to be told they forgot about my father. Second week in September I called asking for my results for an MRI I had. Only to be told they didn’t have to call me for the results and said they’d get a doctor to get back to me. Then was hung up on me. I’m still waiting on that phone call.
The doctors there are amazing. But front staff all need to be fired. The shortest front staff lady that works there has no manners what so ever.

I will not be back. No doctor is worth waiting for when the front staff are that rude.

Dr. C is always attentive and listens to all my needs to help me feel better as best he can. He never disappoints and pays close attention to my illness. The staff at the front have always been welcoming and smile every time I come in! It’s iffy if you’ll be waiting a long time or not whether you have an appointment or you walk-in, it depends how busy they are but they always try their best to get everyone in in a timely manner. I did wait an hour once when I had an appointment but I walked in and only waited 10 minutes like I said, it depends but it’s like this at every doctors office. Patience is key. Lastly, I recommend this doctors office if you want good care! Thank you Dr. C for your care.

I've seen a couple of different doctors here for my monthly appointments, Dr. Chhabra and Dr. Abdalla. Both were very nice, friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. The front desk ladies were really nice too. I highly recommend this clinic over the ones downtown.

The staff is very polite and professional. I feel I have lucked out finding Dr. Govender as my primary physician. He is always helpful and takes the time to listen.

As for Dr. Masurker. Great doctor. Unfortunately I think sometimes the patients reviews should be up here. It ain't always the doctors fault. He takes time to listen to you and talk. He cares, he listens. I screwed up, not him.

This place is the McDonald's of the medical profession their only care is to put people through the door in and out collect there check from the Alberta Health System this is not a ma and PA type Medical Clinic avoid at all costs just another medi center

Dr. Swapna Masurkar should be recognized for her outstanding patient care.
I moved to Calgary in 2015. I lived in USA for 32 yrs and had the same doctor the entire time. When I moved to Calgary I seen a lot of different doctors and then I found Dr. Swapna Masurkar. I have been with her since 2016 and she has always been caring, reliable, listens, always takes her time, always has the correct diagnosis and is professional but down to earth. Anyone looking for a amazing doctor come see Dr. Masurkar!

Receptionist hung up on me before I finished my sentence. Called back to make an a appointment and a different receptionist yelled at me for giving them a 2 star review and they shared my medical history on here. Not impressed at all.

Not Impressed at all. This is the 2nd appointment I've had where i had to wait. I walked out with out seeing the Dr. 11: 30 appointment walked out at Noon. The last appointment was over 45 minute wait. Looking for a new family dr now.

I love this clinic, the staff is great Dr Chhabra wonderful caring person, only one concern. Should make sure making call backs for tests?

Whats the point of booking an apt when u still have to wait 45 min in the waiting room with a baby and u complain and are told apts are apts.shoulda went to the walkin

The front desk ladies are nice but the staff inside who does the intial check (blood pressure, weight etc.) are very rude and incompetent. I had taken my baby for a check up and the lady weighed him completely wrong and told us he lost weight. We took him to a different doctor and they said he was fine. Also the doctor gave us expired sample of formula milk for our baby. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic at all. Maybe the other doctors are fine but the staff is not good, they need to be properly trained on their work and manners. The lady was really rude.
