Forever Young Laser Skin Rejuvenation

A little on the pricy side. Facility is nice and the staff I dealt with were friendly. I think it’s cute to have a menu of items to choose from while getting a pedicure. Gives you another kind of experience. Chairs are nice looking but unfortunately no massage chair and no jets in the water where you soak your feet.
Not somewhere I would go on a regular basis. More so for a fancier outing/spa date. I will return again at some point.

I recently got my eyeliner tattooed with Natasha. I was a little nervous but Natasha helped throughout the whole appointment. She even gave me a few options to see which design I would like better and walked me through the reasoning on each choice. The healing process was great given the cleanser and balm I was sent home with. I’ve also been to Forever Young for a few pedicures and always had a great overall experience!

It was my first time at Forever Young. I got a gel extension service from Anastasia, and she was amazing! It is the best nails I’ve gotten so far. Service was amazing, and the staff so welcoming. I will surely come back again in the future for more. Thank you!

The esthetician was very professional and was very accommodating due to my time constraints. I would recommend coming as everyone is professional, the spa is clean, it is very relaxing and my nails were done very well.

I recently went in for beauty booster treatment and was amazed by the results. However it was the service and treatment by Tanvir, an aesthetic registered nurse, which really set this procedure apart. She was very accommodating, professional, provided exceptional care and was very thoughtful and considerate in checking in with me pre/post treatment, and providing advice. I would highly recommend booking with Tanvir!

Amy did a pedicure for me which was very relaxing. My heels were quite rough and my feet feel so much better now and toenails are painted and sparkly. I highly recommend Forever Young as staff are great and spa is so modern and pretty.

I've had Natasha (currently on leave) and Callie perform my laser hair removals and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I've had some unwanted dark hairs on my face, neck and lower arms that I wanted gone, yesterday, so I purchased a couple packages for my face and lower arms. Both Natasha and Callie are very professional and definitely know their craft. Face, neck and arms are usually completed within 30 mins. Quick and easy with no downtime. They follow up within days to ensure everything is working as planned. I've had no issues of burning, scarring and my hairs are almost all gone. Not to mention how clean and organized the facility is. With just a few more sessions I'll be dark hair-less and that's the goal. Thank you ladies for your professionalism.

I had the pleasure of receiving a pedicure at Forever Young as part of a bachelorette party. The spa staff made sure that the bride and all of the other party members were well taken care of throughout the entire appointment! Very clean and professional with a large selection of polish to boot!

I saw Nurit for my eyebrow threading tint and she was amazing! Was able to even out my eyebrows since I had a wonky right one. Will definitely be asking for her again!

I received a wonderful Hydrafacial from Rafia the other day! She was knowledgeable and kind, teaching me what I needed to do to keep my skin clear, clean, and healthy. Her massage was also to die for! I would definitely recommend booking with her!

Place is awesome & their quality of service is awesome. Callie did an awesome job on my feet. I had some issues related to my nails & she explained it in depth to me and attended to the issues. Am going to go back soon for facial & head massage with Callie.

Have been having my eyebrows threaded at Forever Young since it opened at original location 10+ years ago. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Excellent service in a beautiful salon.

**UPDATE** I have talked with the manager and she has taken the time to listen to my concerns and working to make the situation better! I appreciate the time and effort she put into talking to me and taking the time to come to a conclusion that works for both of us!

Now I’m not the type of person to do this but my experience with this salon has been absolutely horrible. I had first decided to go here back in January to get my hair trimmed. Now I’m a true red head and my hair is VERY VERY important to me. I had seen Amber and she had convinced me to try dyeing my hair with a semi permanent hair colour. As I was very anxious and reluctant at first; she did a test strip to show me. And it was actually quite nice and I said ok yes let’s try it.

Fast forward to early this month when I had gone back to get another colour done. This is when the worst thing I could imagine happened! I don’t believe Amber had used the same hair dye as before (even though she says she did) and then proceeds to leave the colour on for an extra 25-30mins (it was only 20mins the first time) without discussing any of this with me. I left with not even close to the same colour as I had before. I had contacted them the next day to say I was very unhappy with my experience. They did little to reconcile the situation besides trying to convince me the colour was the same. I was very upset and went back to get the clarifying shampoo done to strip some of the colour; in hopes I would get back to somewhat of my colour I wanted. Not only did they tell me to come 30mins later when my appt was 15 mins away. I then sat out in the reception area for another 20 mins PAST my rescheduled appt time. Amber proceeds to again argue with me that’s it’s the same colour she had done before but bc it was left on longer that is why the colour was different. All I wanted was it to be the way it was done back in Jan.

Again I left not feeling good about the whole situation but also couldn’t stand to sit there any longer being told I was wrong. I haven’t dyed my hair in over 13 years and to go through this experience has made me even more anxious about it.

I tried contacting the company AGAIN in hopes that one of their other stylist could help fix the mistake. I had one person say the other stylist would reach out and I haven’t heard anything since. I cry a lot about my hair and how low my self esteem is bc of how it makes me look. I regret ever going the second time and will never be going back here.

The girls that do the threading are always so sweet! Never rushing and pay attention to details. Always leaving with great looking eyebrows!

Having just moved to town we booked a spa day for a bunch of us - I have returned several times for Amber to do my hair - the experience had been fabtastic

I would highly recommend this spa! I had a manicure and pedicure and the aestheticians were both friendly and detail oriented. It was a very clean, professional environment. Because it was my birthday I also received a complimentary drink which was a nice touch! I will be back:)

I've been going to Angela to get my hair done for the last 8 yrs. I followed her when she moved to Forever Young Laser Clinic & Spa in Windermere. Angela is a very experienced stylist and she always knows how I want to get my hair done. She's friendly and we loved to chat. She'll be my personal stylist till her retirement
