I had a fantastic massage with Chris! He gave me a very deep tissue massage that hurt in the best kind of way. The experience was relaxing and he worked out knots I’ve had in my neck and shoulders for months! Thanks for the great experience!

I started seeing Dr. Fayad a few weeks ago and have had a wonderful experience every appointment! I just had my first massage at form health with the wonderful Charmain. It was the best massage I’ve ever had. She was kind and respectful of my needs and I walked out feeling refreshed and relaxed. I asked for a quiet, relaxing massage and that was exactly what I got! Dr. Mecca Fayad is sooo thorough!

My body has thrown every challenge at her, from sports injuries (knees, ankles, etc) to sneezing injuries (displaced ribs), & most recently hurting my neck from celebrating Hyman's game 4 OT winner. Honestly, I couldn't shoulder check to my right.

The active release technique she uses on my clumsy body helps me heal & she gives me exercises to follow. Just make sure you drink lots of water before and after her sessions. Which, BTW, she has a fridge at Form Health filled with beverages. Nice touch.

I recommended her to many friends & family because when I first went to see Dr. Fayad I had a bad sciatic nerve issue. I was told I would need surgery but after 2-3 sessions I was back to playing sports and reinjuring myself in the most awkward ways.

On a random note - I have never once tooted during a session, but she did tell me it does happen. So don't feel bad if it happens to you. Just don't eat beans the day before.

I have been seeing Dr. Mecca Fayad my Chiropractor for 4 years, she always puts me back together when I hurt myself, and need an adjustment. She also is there when I need a longer term treatment plan because I have developed a more serious injury/health issue.

When she opened her own clinic, I followed her to Form Health. I love the area, the ease of parking without worrying about tickets. I love that it is accessible with no stairs. The space is beautiful and welcoming. Lesley Smail, the Office Manager, handles my insurance, makes sure I am booked, and we chat as I come through the door. She has a warm and wonderful way of making someone smile!

The services they offer are inclusive and they are always looking for ways to make me feel better. For years Dr? Told me, it would be easier for my adjustments if I was less tight. She often suggested that I consider having a massage before I see her. Over the years, other chiropractors had not mentioned that, and I didn’t realize it was important so I disregarded it. This year I finally I listened to her advice when the pain I was experiencing became intolerable from an injury.

Michael Olilia, the RMT, in her clinic began treating me. He is thorough, kind, attentive, and ensures that the pain is worth the gain. After a few treatments, he asked me to come in for a longer session. I booked my appointment structured so I see him first, followed by a treatment and adjustment session by Dr. Fayad. WOW! All of a sudden, the adjustments following the massage became easy, the pain is significantly reduced, and I don’t feel sore to the point where my muscles cause a headache afterwards or I am stiff.

I thought it couldn’t possibly get any better until something amazing happened during a session with Michael. I mentioned I have TMJ issues and have had them since I was 15 years old. Michael suggested he try RAPID which is a technique he is trained in. It was painful I won’t lie, but the pain again was worth it. When I said it was fast, it was RAPID, within 5 minutes I felt relief. I left the clinic feeling brand new, between the massage/treatment to my jaw and face followed by adjustments with Dr. Fayad, I had zero stress, pain and tension.

So thank you to the amazing folks at Form Health, for leaving me feeling in perfect form. I may have more work to do so that I can maintain it. I know if I hurt where I can go and get the professional help needed with a healthy amount of kindness from people who really care about what they do! I wear my Perfect Form toque whenever it is cold and smile knowing I have a place that truly cares about my health! Thank you FORM HEALTH!

I recently had a massage with Michael which was wonderful. The clinic is beautiful too–I loved the thoughtful touches like slippers and complimentary coffee and drinks offered while you wait.

Dr. Mecca is AMAZING! I have scoliosis & have been treated by her before, after & during pregnancy. Always thorough & cares about her patients. I’ve also taken my 1 year old twice to her and she is AMAZING with babies. Her new clinic is so beautiful and the staff is so polite. I love coming here

I've been a consistent client of Dr. Mecca Fayad's for a year and she has fixed a few of my injuries from CrossFit and Olympic Lifting. Form Health is a beautiful and clean clinic with everything you need for recovery. Her staff are so friendly and professional. Yesterday I got my second appointment with Dr Mecca, I'm speechless and I don't know how can I describe this nice, educated, experienced and ultra professional Dr, the only things I can say she has magic in her golden fingers, before I start my treatment I was living in limbo with my chronic pain and during just tow meetings totally she changed my bad situation and I feel I'm another person, to me she deserves not only 5 star but also all the stars on our galexy and she is a real angel and life saver, thx again Dr Mecca

What a lovely experience. The space is so open and welcoming, the staff are so happy to see you, and the Chiro treatment was as professional as ever. Dr Fayad is attentive and cares, she also never pushes to do any treatments you’re uncomfortable with. Looking forward to booking a massage next month as well!

Form is a great place! When I arrived at the office I was given a full tour. Dr. Fayad has thought of everything to make people feel comfortable when in her office. I was there for an initial assessment and Dr. Fayad was very thorough in discussing what brought me in. She also explained everything she was going to do before she did it.
