If I could leave 0 stars I would. To say the staff is rude and unhelpful is a major understatement. There are many other options in the city I’ll be spending my money elsewhere. This branch needs to put their people through a course in customer service.
Staff is helpful not everyone but still staff is good helpful But prize is so high I phone them about a trailer valve they gave me prize $185 I phoned fleet brake and got it for $155 but returned because Abs truck parts right acroos has it for $90 exat same the one was installed on trailer, so i phone titan truck parts on barlow trail they had the valve for $88 so my point is to tell you shop around plz spending 5 10 min can save you good amoint money also the other shops are open 7 days long weekends
One of the staff member was not helpful today i asked him to help me finding a part in the aisle he said he can only answer a quick question if i need help go the front counter and line up
They are not ready to help you unless you realize them that you need help, keep sitting at the counter and staring at you
Always a good experience at this location, parts counter stuff very professional and knowledgeable. Coming to this location for very good on hand supplies for heavy duty truck for over 10 years.place is clean and organized as well.
Only getting four stars because the first time I called and asked for a quote and availability no one ever got back to me. The second time I called, the person I spoke with was very friendly and efficient and was able to have the part I needed brought in within an hour. I would recommend this company.
Your driver on Stoney trail heading east off of chaparral at 7-730 ish Jan 8th cut me off and almost ran me off the road. Saw the FGI logo from a mile away. Thanks!
The service and staff go above and beyond at the Calgary Fort Garry location, Dave at the parts desk and Geordie in the diagnostics department assisted me in ensuring I didn't throw parts at a problem that didn't exist.
A malfunctioning plow can take many hours to diagnose, but with the abilities of FGI and the team, we were able to pinpoint the items of failure - and it wasn't random parts. I ended up needing to make multiple trips to assess the parts as we had FGI & Geordie utilize specialized equipment for testing - this was my fault. Which next time I will bring the truck in - lesson learned.
I am an Fort Garry Industries client for life after the experiences had over the past week, as I have not ever received service and/or assistance as I had from any shop or dealer previously.
I run from Toronto to bc.and this is what I ha e to say about FGI. Great guys better then buying at flying J where no one helps u at least here I bought wrong chains and they helped me get the right one, the cashier said we have to make sure what ur getting and why u getting it, you will have to explain why your getting in short great place very friendly stuff.
