The warehouse is very tidy and organized was very impressed and shared my expression with the Branch Manager Jason Campbell.

Easily the best, friendliest, most knowledgeable, professional business anywhere. Every single employee is friendly and know their products and services inside and out. The work I had done was done well and efficiently. The service manager is sharp and articulate and his team aren’t afraid to work.
If you have a trailer that needs anything these are your one stop shop.

Never felt so unwelcome in my life. I had high hopes for this place being just off the 2. I asked about shocks at 5pm and the employees said they couldn’t help me. Was literally 5pm and they close at 530. I didn’t need the shock that bad so I will get else where and keep this place out of my business

Great people who care and are not just trying to push sales. Very knowledgeable and have a great inventory available right here in Red Deer

Totally unimpressed with this dealer. We had an espar engine heater installed that only worked once.melted the fuel line they fixed that. Then again we froze up as it did not work. When we went they said it was batteries. Replaced those. Again truck froze up turned out to be a bad heater controller. By the time parts came it was spring.

For such a large store, they carry very little of what is advertised in their catalog. Ordered a torque bar because they dont stock them - except in Edmonton, and it was confirmed upon order that the warehouse had 2 in stock and one was supposedly designated for us.
A WEEK later, and no phone call. Went to the store and was told it was on backorder.
We will not be back. Extremely poor service.

Rude, condescending old guy made me decide to go elsewhere for my parts. Probably won't be back.

Excellent service friendly people knowledgable people just an overall enjoying place to go to get parts.

Always have what I need and are pretty average on pricing. But when I walk in I rarely leave without what I need

Great place for parts! Didn't have what I needed, but Jim was super helpful and polite and promptly pointed me in the right direction. My only major concern is the excessive amount of swearing (not to mention their rather innapropriate topics) by the girls at the front. Would have been a great experience otherwise!

Albeit I gave plenty of notice, on a Friday, they took me in in the late afternoon and had me fixed by 5: 30 with some starter issues I was having. This isn’t my first experience with Fort Garry, and definitely won’t be the last thanks guys

After front left tire blew up in our motorhome leaving a major damage to the vehicle we had a FGI staff member pulling up by us when recognizing our trouble, going far and beyond to assist us and to make sure we were safe to get back on our holiday. Polite, courteous staff, honest and fair service. Great experience

This place is a trucker's heaven.staff knows their stuff and are super helpful. Prices are great and they have crazy amounts of stock. It's scary how much you walk out with when you come for a single thing

Fort Garry is accommodating and kind, as usual. Always a pleasant experience as a shopper and now as a driver delivering to the company my opinion remains unchanged

Walked in 4 minutes after closing and the staff was happy to help and not in a rush to get me out the door. Great service that way

Usually have the parts I need, however some parts staff are rather unhelpful and I have had to go back multiple times due to wrong parts being given to me. Often the parts staff spend just as much joking around with each other and other customers as they do trying to find parts. I have also gone up to the counter while a representative was on the phone and he told me where the parts were approximately and told me to go get them myself, which is about the service I'd expect from Canadian Tire. I'm not sure if it's because I'm a younger person that the certain representatives are unhelpful or what but I'll be taking my business elsewhere
