Although i was unable to sit in on the home inspection myself, Bert was very easy to deal with and has a reasonable/transparent home inspection price compared to other companies. I was able to set up a follow up call right after the inspection with Bert to talk through any noted concerns.

We used Bert for our home inspection and don't have one single complaint if you want a very thorough and quality home inspection this is your man! He did drone footage and thermal imagining of the entire home and checked every inch and tested/inspected everything the home had to offer. Very professional and very knowledgeable.
