I went here, because I got a fossil watch. The lady was very nice, friendly and adjusted the size for me.

Very friendly and quick service! I took my husbands’ fossil watch in yesterday to have a few of the links taken out. The woman who greeted me warmly was very kind and quickly was able to help me by removing the links right away! Thank you for the help and being so kind! My husbands granddad is coming out from England for Christmas and we decided to surprise him with a nice watch. The lady took her time going through watches with us and when we found one we loved, it sadly wasn’t going to be big enough for him. She explained we could call customer care and they’d be happy to send us 3 free links for the watch. We were undecided if they would be here in time for Christmas. We bought the watch and we’re going to take our chance. She stopped us when we were leaving and gave us the 3 free links from another watch off the self because she wanted us to have them in time for him. It was the most simple act of kindness that truly made our day. We haven’t stopped talking about how sweet that was. She absolutely did not have to do that but she did. I continue to shop here for this reason the customer service is always amazing. I wish I got her name. Thank you ️

What’s great about Fossil at Cross Iron mall? Aside from the beautiful awesome watches and bags. The staff are wonderful professional experienced people. But I must give a 10 star rating to Sean who is above the norm on customer appreciation and experience. I watched him place batteries and adjust straps for myself and other customers and he was very honest and honorable in his customer etiquette. Thanks to Sean for making my Fossil shopping experience one to remember as a positive memory. I will be telling all my friends at my place of work and personal relations about Fossil and Sean.

Incredible experience. Worked with two incredible staff, one who went into the back to get me a new version of the purse I wanted without asking AND THEN, another senior staff member (Shawn?) followed us out of the store when he realized we needed another 20% my item. Outstanding customer service.

I buy ladies watch for my mom, the tall lady in the counter too much attitude, she don't want to answer any of my questions, she just take the money and gave receipt, just moved from their not even gave box for that, but she says I can choose any color. I was waiting and try to call her she don't wanna respond. Other lady in counter respond me.we can get same watch in any fossil shop. I never come back again.

I went to get my watch battery replaced and when I paid, Jasmyne said (I had guarantee for it) I didn’t reply to what she said, but smiled, and she turned around and said to her coworker “she speaks Spanish and doesn’t understand English, haha “ she made fun. I told her yes I do speak Spanish and English.
She was disrespectful to a customer and made fun. This is unacceptable. Can you imagine how many times she or someone else there has done that to a customer how really doesn’t understand? She was in the afternoon shift Saturday September 10.

We bought sunglasses and I ask the staff if she could tight my old fossil sunglasses and she did. Great customer service and always smiling

Bought some items for engraving here, they were busy and almost closing but the lady still assisted me. The prices were affordable.

The staff there were so helpful! They changed a battery in my watch and the watch would not work after changing the battery. They helped me pick out a new watch at a reduced rate, as my warranty had run out on the watch that no longer worked!

Today August 11/19 I went to Fossil at cross iron mills & the Girl that helped me was extremely busy but, with a kind great enthusiastic smile her name is Jessica. I had just gone in to get a extra link for my Es3590 Fossil & battery replacement. However, not only Jessica notice my links were a bit discoloured but, she went out of her way to give me a form to get extra links. She said to come back in 25 mins. I’ll have it ready for you.to my surprise she went out of her way she exceded my personal experience; as well as, my expectations. Not only she replaced my battery, but she gave me a new, beautiful Fossil watch. I’m just soooo THANKFUL to Jessica & FOSSIL STORE AS PER I BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR 20 + years & me and my Family have Always Left super Satisfied with their customer service. Now days, great customer service like this is very hard to find!

I went to the store on 07/11/2019 and I left with a smile on my face thanks to the great gentleman that replaced my broken watch without hesitation. They just earned a customer for life.

The manager at this location was absolutely amazing. He was so helpful. He made sure I was 100% satisfied before I left the store. He helped us with watches ensured it was fitted, and we knew how it worked before we left. Such a nice guy. Great to deal with. Hope he gets a raise.

Liz and her team of well qualified sales staff exceeded my expectations at a recent store visit. I went to Fossil to use a gift card from family for Father's Day (in advance!). I had a great time picking out a wallet and watch that I would never have purchased out of pocket for myself, but as a gift-why not! When I showed her the damaged face I had on my current Fossil watch, she told me about their WOW Exchange program. When you have damaged goods under warranty (watches, anyway) you can return them to the store and instead of getting it repaired (waiting time, another trip to the store, wasted energy) they will allow you to purchase another watch at 50% of its current price, sale or not. Well, they had some hybrid-smart watches on for $99, so I walked away with a new hybrid smart watch for less than $50! Great job Liz! Money well spent. Love my new hybrid smart watch!

Gutted, what a let down, all I wanted was a leather strap wrist watch band, a decent watch but.no such luck

My husband purchased a 4th gen smartwatch but I wanted a fancy dial. We went their, picked up a different watch and return was done within a few minutes. Amazing customer service.

Best place to shop in my opinion for Fossil products because I LOVE the discounts. Staff is always helpful and there's a large selection of products to choose from for both men and women Always find something I like when I go there.

This Fossil store has good collection of items. We liked their watches and sunglasses. We bought sunglasses and they were on sale. We are satisfied so far with the quality and the price for the product. The environment looks pretty comfy and salespeople were friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend this place.
