I love their watches, I got a lovely watch from them and I'm so happy with it

Highlights: Excellent customer service, non-judgmental, welcoming, and overall very funny and kind staff.

Story: I wanted to buy a watch and I had a terrible time making up my mind. I was at the store 4 times over 2 weeks and they could have easily been exasperated with me but everyone treated me well and was exceedingly helpful. 1 employee was there every time I came in but she was very supportive and helpful. Eventually I chose a men's watch because it had all the features I was looking for, but the watch band wouldn't fit me. They could have just said 'that's too bad, look online' but INSTEAD, she said hold on and went looking in the back and found me a smaller band that would fit the watch and my teeny wrist. Really it was a pleasure shopping there!

Great store and friendly staff. Eevee was particularly knowledgeable and helpful! I want all the Fossil accessories they were wearing.

I was searching for a particular type of bag for almost a year now. Finally found not one, but two! Unfortunately, neither were in stock in store, but were online. Ann (e) was very helpful. She greeted me right away in a friendly, not pushy manner, answered all my questions, made some great suggestions including the vegan leather options. A great help.

I went to Southgate store today and I got help from Tosh, she was a sweetheart to resolve my concerns with my online purchase.

My experience with online shopping with multiple attempts to do a purchase and their website kept giving me an error message. I wanted to take advantage of their online sale with no success, I called Customer Service and did place my order over the phone. That order got canceled an hour later because of information provided was rejected by my credit card - my last name was misspelled by the Agent from Customer Service

Tosh, what she did for me was beyond customer service and she did place another order after seeing my proof of previous rejected order…. Bang! It went through, I was so amazed by what she did for me, solving a problem with no relation to her store.

Just wanted to say thank you to Gloria who helped me over the phone and solving my issues with my watch! I'm very happy in what she did for me! Thank you again Gloria I'll be looking forward to exchanging it very soon!

Had an issue with a watch that I purchased for Christmas for my partner. The lady I spoke to on the phone was incredibly helpful, efficient and informative. I would highly recommend purchasing your watches from this store directly. Excellent customer service.

She was able to find a matching replacement strap in exchange for the broken one. She also helped me find an additional cross body bag, and a matching wallet, both on sale. I received a promotion email from Fossil so I stopped by the store in Southgate Mall. The particular watch is brand new, 2022 spring collection. Thankfully with the help of Eevee and Tosh they were able to order one for me. Excellent service and very grateful for Tosh’s assistance in making the purchase happen plus they gave me an extra 10% discount, fabulous! Love Fossil and Southgate store is my one to go to.

To my surprise Tosh GAVE me an extra one she had in the back. I know they probably cost little to make, but honestly, how often does this happen anymore! The lady with spectacles and cute smile don't remember her name but had to mention her here. I had bought 3 watches and went there to fix the fitting of them on my wrist. The whole experience was smooth like butter.

I have a number of Fossil watches, as do my mom and sister, and and we always go back because of the amazing service. All of the staff there is great but TOSH in particular is excellent to us every time we go in. She is kind, honest and a good problem solver. I also like the layout of the store and how easy it is to find exactly what you're looking for. When I want a new watch, Fossil in Southgate is my first stop!

I love my Gen 5 watch. I was so sad when it stopped working. But the Fossil team saved the day! Tosh, Chantel, Anne and Sophia were wonderful and between my phone calls and when I came to the store they all helped replace my watch! Thank you! Went into buy a wallet for my father, the staff were incredibly helpful and informative with helping us decide what would be the best purchase.very knowledgeable and interactive!

Poor attitude. Tried to force us to use sanitizer when we have a medical condition that precludes us from doing so.

Staff are always super helpful and friendly, quite good selection. Only downside is it is smaller than other stores (like West Ed).

Awesome customer service. Really glad how they assisted each customer. Also they are being very cautious in this pandemic. A lady and a young guy helped us with our queries, both of them are really helpful and friendly. Also their collection is really good. Everyone should check this store.

I came in today and Chantel helped me out and it was fantastic! I bought 5 watches and I was really happy with how I was treated as you don’t get great treatment like that anymore. Chantel was even nice enough to hold me bags for me while I shopped elsewhere in the mall.

Went in today asking to get the battery replaced in my Fossil Smart Watch. I was told, "we don't replace batteries in smart watches". I was just about to express my displeasure with this, when I was told, we can replace the entire watch. I was stunned. Then the guy behind the counter confirmed that I have had the watch less than 2 years and went and got me a new watch. Outstanding customer service.

I had an amazing experience! I came in looking for adjustments and got exactly what I needed, Jamie was so sweet and helpful! The other co worker was also sweet as well! Recommend to go there! 10/10 customer service.

The ladies here were super helpful, really great price point and I got the engraving done free, for a first time watch buyer I'm super happy I picked this location to go to and will definetly be back next time I ever need another watch

The customer service in this store is amazing due to the Manager. She is 100% customer service orientated and works to please her customers. This is so wonderful to see these days, since so many stores do not understand what real customer service is.

I loved shopping at this location. Anne and Chantel were such true saviours! They guided me well to upgrade to Gen 5 as I had issues with my Gen 4 battery. Loved their sales service and this is going to be my goto location for Fossil in Edmonton!

Outstanding experience. A wonderful young man named Riley helped my wife and I pick out a watch for her birthday. He was patient, attentive, polite, and exceedingly professional. He helped us pick out the perfect watch, and even though he was relatively new (his words) he was able to size and engraved her watch and led us through the entire sale. The customer service I received while buying my new smartwatch was incredible! I was helped by Lorraine, who was incredibly patient and even helped me set the watch up with my phone! I love shopping at this location, it is always such a great experience.

I went into the store to send my watch away for repair and was told that I would probably be able to get a new one after they looked up an appraisal for my 9 year old watch. I was in total disbelief when they said that my old watch was worth about $165.00. I left the store with a brand new watch which was worth $155.00 and a $10.00 gift card.
Customer service was great from Ezra and Sharma hopefully I spelled their names correctly.

Cool staff and an awesome store. Got a fossil handbag and also got my name and initials etched on to the leather and key. I love it now.

This is one of the better stores in Edmonton. The staff are friendly, and very accommodating. The fact that they do in store embossing is also amazing and great for personal gifts. Lorraine did such an amazing job! 10/10 would definitely recommend this store for everyone.

I had the best experience ever in Fossil Southgate today! Went in with a broken watch, came out with a new one at an 'out of this world' deal I could NOT refuse! Lorraine and Chantel were both outstanding - blew my mind with the Fossil deal and with the perfect engraving! Made my day!

I was at this Fossil store on May 31. I had the most excellent service from Sharna. I had got a smart watch as a gift and I notice I was having issues holding a charge, so she checked and confirmed there was an issue and replace my watch with a new one and suggested that I choose one with a different band that was lighter and suited me better. She suggested that I keep my gift as I was contemplating exchanging and regifting back to the original gifter. I know worst sister move ever. Also she registered my information so if I have any issue it should be covered under warranty.

On June 15, I returned to the store because it was not responding to touch or reset, and behold Sharna was there again. She was super patient with my watch issues. She took the time to make sure it was working properly again before sending me on my way.

Thank you Sharna, I will definitely come back (not only for problems) and recommend shoppers to the Southgate Fossil! Friendly staff and super helpful and accommodating.

Every so often I meet someone in a customer service role who goes above what I ever expected. I purchased a Fossil crossover from The Bay over a year and half ago. I have several purses and switch often and hadn't used this purse a whole lot before the strap started to wear and peel up.

I stopped in this store yesterday to purchase a new colour of watch band as I like to switch them out. I mentioned the strap to the sales lady and asked if she knew where I could buy a replacement. I explained the issue and said i had been looking on the internet trying to find one like mine to order. She went in the back and brought out 2 straps in the colour I needed and one was the same as mine. She gave me a replacement! I was so thankful.:) The young man working along with her was super nice as well. Keep up the great work!

Had an issue with my watch bought in Calgary. Came in with no box and my email receipt. Did an immediate exchange without any problems. Very very very good staff. Definitely where I will go when in Edmonton for anything fossil.

Absolutely cannot recommend this store enough. I was having issues with my Fossil Q Venture watch and decided I would bring it in to the store to see if they had advice. The staff was so friendly and so helpful, and truly listened to me. I figured the best case scenario was they'd be able to send it out for repairs, but instead they were able to help me get a replacement watch! I was floored and so grateful; everything was done quickly and the staff was so respectful and informative. On top of that, the store is always impeccably kept, the watches, jewelry, and accessories are adorable, and every time (not just today) that I've gone, the staff has been incredible.
