What can I say its not often that you get to experience generosity and grace. This store provided me both and Ieft me speechless. I've been looking for the right watch for myself for quite some time. I didn't realize that I just missed a sale. We wandered in today to look around. It's my wife's birthday so after looking at the men's watches, I crossed the store with her to look at ladies watches. I didn't even notice the handbag on the ledge in front of the display but the lady came from behind the til and snatched it up like we were there to steal stuff. We've worked hard to afford the nice things in life. It's a shame because I was ready to buy. I'll go back to Southgate I guess.

Holiday hours are incorrectly stated on maps. Google sends business owners a default reminder email about updating holiday hours. Not stating correct business hours is unprofessional. Many businesses do pay attention to this. It saves people driving out to the store for nothing, saving time and reducing pollution. If the store wants to take itself serious as a business, customer service like this is important to attract and keep customer loyalty.

Love the place, if a tad pricey particularly at this time of economic uncertainty. We'll wait for their spring specials LCA

Alex and Ramona are the absolute best! They always give the best customer service and are very helpful with any price checks I need. Fossil employees here at Kingsway never push you to buy their products and would rather give you time to think about your purchase, which is very nice and considerate. No wonder I keep coming back here!

Scored a great deal. Only giving 4 stars because the two sales reps were hover over one gentleman. I had to wait a while to get any help with my purchase.
