Fountain Creations literally created the fountain of our dreams and turned our urban patio into an oasis! This was especially appreciated by us after we had previously tried - and failed - to create a fountain. Fountain Creations came in and saved the project! They completely redesigned, recreated & skilfully installed the fountain which we enjoy today. Felix has consistently been a pleasure to deal with; he always responds quickly & effectively to questions or concerns, and provides excellent service to keep the fountain operating in great condition. Highly recommend!

We have had our wall fountain a number of years now and are glad we chose Fountain Creations to do the install because we not only got to choose our own stone but they were very cooperative on the timing of the install during our home renovations. And we are equally impressed with Felix and family's ongoing service. We get follow-up calls and the Five Simple Steps documentation to maintaining our water feature on their website helped us to do it ourselves. We continue to really enjoy our fountain!

We bought our house 12 years ago that came with a water feature. Over the years it got a little beat up and then I broke the slate piece while cleaning. Felix was super responsive and did a beautiful job restoring the feature, found a beautiful piece of slate to replace the one I broke and has set up a maintenance program to keep it so. I recently Purchased an enormous wall fountain from a friend of mine. Felix was able to dismantle the fountain at her house and bring it to mine and install it within the next week. He arranged for the electrical to be done the same day and everything went very smoothly. Both he and his son, who works with him we’re extremely professional and also very friendly. They did a fabulous job on the install and also did some upgrades to the Fountain because it was a few years old. I would not hesitate to buy another fountain from Felix or have him do any of the service work. In fact, he will be building me a new one for outside in my yard next spring.

Although their Design has some minor flaws due to the type of water we have here in Calgary. The service is excellent and resolved any issue I had with my fountain.

My wife bought a fountain from Felix a few months ago for her psychology practice. The fountain was previously used in the Fountain Creations showroom. Felix took the time out of his schedule to personally deliver the fountain and run through the installation (as we wouldn't be installing it for a couple of months). He also made himself available for a few video calls and texts over the last week or so when I had questions, to make sure the install was done correctly. The fountain is now up and running and it looks great. We get lots of compliments and comments and it's a great addition to out office space.

Felix of Fountain Creations & Wellness was very helpful and most accommodating when I was choosing the wall water feature. At the time of purchase, I was informed it would take about two months to have the feature assembled and installed (the order was placed during the week before Christmas). The water feature was installed a little before the two months was up. Felix took great care in doing the installation which resulted in a perfectly placed and beautiful working wall water feature. My experience in dealing with Felix at Fountain Creations & Wellness was a very positive one resulting in an amazing addition to my home.
