I had an older car (2014 Rogue) serviced here that had a number of challenging and interesting issues. They went above and beyond to find options to troubleshoot and fix my car. Highly recommend this place.

Amazing people who helped us like angels do. We were on vacation and our tired got punctured near Hinton. Normally shops take advantage of this situation, but the way Fountain Tire helped us was incredible. We really appreciate their help, hospitality, generosity, and professional care. My experience with them has been bad. I punctured a tire with a nail and I had to visit them 3 times over the course of a week: we went twice to fix the puncture that kept leaking air, and finally they told me that the tire was irreparable and that I had to replace it. I wasted a lot of time and I also paid for the initial repair visit and the inspection/spare tire change. They were kind but not decisive, I do not recommend them.

We had an amazing service experience at fountain tire in Hinton. I would give 10 stars if I could.

It’s the second day of the labour day long weekend as we started our drive to BC. Our car had a flat tire between Edson and Hinton. While we managed to get the spare tire on and got to Hinton, we still had to either replace the tire or get a replacement tire at a proper shop. It’s already after hours on Sunday and most shops would be closed on Monday for holiday. We happened to drive by fountain tire and found that they have an after hour number. We called and explained the situation and Brent showed up after half an hour. He examined our tire and found a leakage. The tire was damaged unfortunately due to continuous driving on the highway. The car had a less than common tire size and it was not easy to find in the town. Brent and his manager Nygil went above and beyond. They looked through their stock and even called several of their competitors to help us to look for the tire. While we couldn’t find the exact match of the tire. They did come up with a solution for us and get us back on the road. We went in the shop at around 7: 30 pm and left at around 10: 30 pm on Sunday. We are really grateful to the service and effort from them. I’m sure this is just one of the many good stories they have. Thanks again!

Working in Hinton and ended up with an oil leak. It had been 1500km since I had an oil change at Fountain Tire Drayton Valley so I don't blame this on them, but my oil filter was loose and causing the leak.

I went to Fountain in Hinton and asked for some help. They had a mechanic help me get the filter tight, topped up 2L of 5w30 synthetic oil and they wouldn't let me pay them! It was all on the house.

Talk to Nigel there at the store, him and his mechanic treated me great!

Very satisfied customer. Amazing service both in the showroom and in the shop. I enjoyed a complimentary coffee while they looked over my vehicle as well as a free pack of hand wipes for my car. I will be back in the future!

I had a flat tire on a 1979 camper. Turned out the tires where incorrect for the camper application and I understand why. These guys went out of their way to help me and get me back on the road. I was turned away from two other tire locations in that town as well. I felt like a friend and that matters. I will be returning to replace the other tires in a couple weeks. First class all the way.

I can't rave enough about the after hours technician who came out to help us June 10,2022. An employee was lost up the willow creek road, with a flat tire and no cell service. The after hours tech went out, on a Saturday night, and not only found my lost man, but had him up and rolling again in no time. Thank you so much for going the extra mile in the middle of the night AND in the middle of nowhere! These guys are the best. Full Stop!

We were almost stranded in Hinton after a tire blew halfway into our journey to BC. After a roadside donut tire change we turned back to Hinton. Every shop was closed except CT who was not helpful at all.
Nigel from Fountain Tire went out of his way to meet at the shop to see if the tire could be repaired. Nigel completed the repair and had us back on the road in short order.

We are super happy with Fountain tire! We got an appointment on a time we needed that was very useful, because we were just traveling through the city. All staff were really nice and helpfull, front desk and mechanics as well. They perfectly fix the car for a reasonable price. We can only recommend them.

I always bring my vehicle here, they are usually the lowest price in town and if not they always price match or beat the competition, great staff and I have never had any issues with work I've had done here.

Blew a tire on my Mini Cooper in Jasper. Called multiple tire shops and they all told me no one had a run flat tire and that I was basically screwed and that earliest they could get me a tire was in 5-6 days. Ended up calling JP at Fountain Tire and right away he had a plan to get me and my girlfriend to Hinton and find me a run flat tire. Jp even offered to come pick us up from Jasper. He told me it was going to take overnight to get the tire so in the meantime he had lent me his truck for the night. The next morning JP texted me and told me my tire had arrived and that I would be good to go by 11am. The customer service at Fountain Tire and the generosity of JP was unbelievable, truly saved us from a bad situation. If you are ever in Alberta or Hinton in specific these are the people you want to deal with.

If you're in need of afterhours tire service, best drive on to Edson. Save yourself a lot of time and headache. Their call center can't even get these guys to answer their phones! So, if you're cool with sitting around their yard all night waiting for the tire guy, this is the place for you! If want to get the tire repaired, just keep driving to Edson.
