I came to Red Deer to start my trip south, after 100 km needed the lug nuts torqued so I stopped. As soon as the shop was open a mechanic came out, so I could get on my way.

I had the BEST service at Fountain Tire. After driving from Calgary to Red Deer in a car that was having issues I took it to the KIA dealership and they had a huge list of issues for $4500 and not the issue that was causing me to sway. Donny and his team did a diagnostic and all I needed was tires and a wheel alignment to get back to Calgary safe. The other repairs are not urgent. I’m so thankful for the AMAZING customer service and in the end saving me a ton of money! I will only go to Foundation tire from now on. He even had tires on sale! Thank you again!

Attrociously overpriced, made the mistake booking in gf's car for a simple winter tire change over and they charge over 2.6 times more than pretty much anywhere else I've ever seen. They charged $150 for just that. Everywhere else is around $60 with shop supplies included. I am disgusted by this bill and wish I had been the one there to deal with it as they would never have put a finger on it had I known ahead of time, nor will they ever touch another vehicle I own.

First time going here, I asked a million questions and was treated wonderfully. I will return for any future work needed and recommend to all. Thank you!

During a recent weekend road trip with my wife in a rental vehicle, we encountered a leaking tire. The spare in the vehicle was not suitable for long distance travel and we were 2 hours from home. We pulled into the Fountain Tire at 61 ave and 62 st in Red deer. As it was Saturday, later in the day and almost closing time, we were in a bit of a bind. Although there were two jobs on the go and only two techs on duty the manager squeezed us in. In no time at all, the techs discovered a faulty patch/plug from another shops previous work. We were back on the road in short order with much appreciation to the hard working techs and the manager on duty. Best thing of all, the manager sensed our distress over the whole predicament and cut us the best deal ever. Hats off to you gentlemen, you have my highest recommendation.

Thank you and much appreciation to the shift manager and tech staff working on Saturday Feb 26. We were driving out of town when our tire indicator came on in our rental vehicle. It was at the end of the day but they still made time to repair the tire, the tech found that tire on the Hertz rental had an improper repair done but fixed the tire very quickly and efficiently. Our out of town trip could have ended very badly but turned out happy instead.

I purchased a pair of winter tires prior to taking a vacation, as it turned out i didn't need them so never mounted them. I caught covid while abroad and had to extend my vacation due to quarantine. When I tried to return the unused tires, they essentially told me I was S. O. L.

Didn't end up getting any work done but the man behind the counter was honest enough to tell me they didn't want to have any liability getting my car on the hoist. Thanks for the honesty!

The people and service here are great. Especially Angelo he is the best, he kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle throughout the day and was very professional. I originally went in for an oil change and engine light check. They went above and beyond and did a thorough inspection to make sure my car was running safely. Appreciate the extra time and effort that they put in. They were very accommodating, and the prices here are great! I Definitely recommend Fountain tire for great service.

Picture this: Honeymoon Day 1 road trip. The car gets a flat tire outside of neilsburg. The tire is beyond repair and is an odd ball size. I called literally every tire shop and dealership from neilsburg to Red Deer.

Edna answered my prayers when she answered that phone. She had 4 tires in stock ready for my car and had me booked in at 8AM the very next day. Thank goodness the donut made it the 300km to Red Deer.

The staff here are second to none. The fellas working in the back greeted us as we dumped off my pos car.
They had that thing road worthy within an hour.

They got my summer tires in early and mounted them quick for me to bring home for storage! The next day I had some issues with my winter tires (not from them) got me in and fixed them up for a good price

So happy they were able to fix the side wall of the tire, made my day, friendly staff and a great setting to wait, keep up the great work.

I want to give a huge shout out to this location for their AMAZING service and staff! I’m a college student who found a nail in my one winter tires before I had a chance to put it on my car. I hadn’t noticed any leakage but I wanted to assure that I wasn’t going to end up with a flat in the middle of winter so I took it to Kal Tire first. Kal Tire refused to look at it to see if it needed a repair or not because it is older than 10 years old. They tried to sell me $1000 worth of tires because it would be ‘safer’ for me. I declined and called around Red Deer thinking I needed one new tire. The gentleman that I spoke to at Fountain Tire told me that I could bring it in and they will assess it for me and do any repairs necessary. They said it would hopefully be done today but if not, tomorrow for sure. I brought it in and the same gentleman went and filled my tire to check and see whether or not it would hold air once he removed the nail. It did so, for no charge, I can safely put my winter tires on my car. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOUNTAIN TIRE!

My vehicle had an appointment for 8 am and was in at quarter to 8 and my vehicle was done by 8: 20am. Fast service and Brian is always happy to help out his customers.

Great price to get my vehicles air conditioning recharged and they diagnosed and replaced the blown seal that caused the leak

Fast and friendly service, great communication, price and product (bought all seasons recently). Balance and alignment were right on. Had a flat the other day so brought it in and they guys were truly wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend!

Great staff who always help with our tires and mechanical repairs. I've never been pressured here, nor been told to fix anything extra that didn't need fixing.
