Awesome place, great service and fair prices. Back again and still the same awesome friendly guys that don't feed you bs quotes just give it to you straight and know their stuff.

I was having issues with my sprinter rv van. My valve stem extenders were leaking air. The staff gave me some great advice on how to fix the problem. Before I knew it, the extenders were off, new Gator valves installed and all pressures checked. Even when I came back for my re-torque, they checked the tire pressures again. Big thank you to all the staff for getting me on my way. I definitely recommend this shop.

Refused to book an appointment and a tire change took 2.5 hours. Worst tire shop I have ever been to.

I highly recommend Fountain Tire Truck Center. Although I don't drive a truck, Jim, Stash, and staff are always very helpful, informative, and they believe in good "old-fashioned" customer service. Recently I was not feeling safe to drive on winter roads with my previous tires. When I explained this to Stash, he gave me instructions on how to get some warranty out of my tires because they still had lots of tread left. It made a big difference in my wallet. I can't say enough good about the staff at the truck center. They are the only ones that I allow to work on my car. Thank you guys!

I had my tires changed out on my holiday trailer at the Edmonton Fountain Tire (Truck Center) 13520 156 St location. I was extremely impressed with the service I received. To start, the prices were fair. Secondly, being a truck center, there is a lot of space to pull in and no backing up required. The staff at front and the crew changing out my tires was pleasant and very efficient. During the tire change, I was made aware that my bearings, recently installed by myself, were loose and had too much play. A gentleman named Mark (maybe the mechanic supervisor?) came and chatted with me about the situation and said he didn’t feel right about me driving away with the wheels like this. Even though they were busy they made time, Mark and another mechanic came and did the adjustment. I can’t thank them enough; they even took the time to show my where I went wrong with the bearings.

I don't advise anyone to visit that place, because every visit they will charge you with crazy price, and repeat the same mistake, I advise everyone to count for millions before they step over there

Had my truck in twice to have a aliment done because it was pulling to the right and after the aliment it still pulled to the right took it to another shop and they found the upper and lower control arms where completely shot

Very disappointed that my dash cam was unplugged when I got my car back.
The front desk person said it was done by the mechanic for his privacy.
When I emailed the head office with my concerns I was sent an email from the franchise owner saying they would never do anything to abuse my car on a test drive with an exclamation mark at the end.
My car is a sports car, the tires in the back seat were thrown against the passenger seat indicating someone was having a ball during the test drive.
I can't come back to a place that I can't trust.
I don't give a bad review unless I'm really disappointed.

Walk in, got friendly help immediately. An hour later got my vehicle back. Got brake inspection and oil change. I will for sure go back.

I showed up this morning with a bulging sidewall. They took my car in right away, found a match for the tire and had me back on the road in a few hours. They even got me an Uber.

I have been coming here for 15 years. Why? Because they're the best. I have tried all the other tire shops. I drive for a living and put on a LOT of hard kilometres. I need their services regularly. Tim at the front counter is fast and knowledgeable. Rick is great. Jim the owner takes care of his customers. Usually I just show up and they get me in right away and NEVER overcharge me. I trust these guys completely.

I’d I could give this review 10 stars I would!

I brought a set of my 245/35ZR20’s to the KalTire on 170st in Edmonton a few months back now. Asked them to repair one of the tires and asked to get my 4 tires balanced. So all was good I came home with my newly fixed flat repair and my supposed to be balanced tires. Threw them on the car and noticed there’s a vibration at higher speeds 50km/h+ at lower speeds you didn’t really notice it. So at first I figured gee, I just put tires on but the car is older so it’s possible it’s the car. Checked everything nothing seemed to be wrong. Dad suggested I throw my original (stock) rims and brand new winter tires I bought on to test it out to see if the vibration was still there and what do you know. No vibrations what so ever car drove flawlessly. Tried the 20” rims I had one more time just to be sure and the vibration came back. So today I went down to the KalTire on 170st and said look. I brought the tires here to get all 4 balanced and to get a tire repair done. They even showed me the screen! Said my name and that I have only ever purchased a set of tires at the yellowhead branch and that I have only ever had a tire repair done. I said okay well I know I brought them here and the guy didn’t believe me! He said without an invoice I can’t do anything sir but I can balance them for you for $33.95 A TIRE! That’s $135.80 BEFORE TAXES!? He said he could make an “ALLOWANCE” and do the balancing on all 4 tires for $29.95 a tire, that would still be $119.80 before taxes when I left the door. I kindly declined and told them I will NOT ever be coming back to KalTire for tire services. Put my tires in the back of dads truck and we headed to the Fountain Tire off of 156st also in Edmonton where we went in 1 minute after they closed AND THEY STILL HELPED US! I told them what was going on and how KalTire had told me without an invoice they refuse to do any work to my tires/rims. And there was an employee there named Bryce who said back up to the first door man I’ll help ya out! (Bryce wasn’t even clocked in to be working) but he took the time to look at my rims and helped me out with the balancing issue I had. He done one tire and realized KalTire when they balanced them one of the tires was 4.00oz off another was 0.25oz off and one more tire 1.25oz off! That’s obviously why I was having the vibration. KalTire balanced them but they balanced them completely wrong. And they wouldn’t stand good just because they didn’t have a copy of an invoice? Obviously it’s not my fault as the customer that you lost an invoice copy or just never filed it proper. Thank you Bryce from Fountain Tire for being the best at what you do. I will for sure not be going to KalTire anymore and instead I will be going to Fountain Tire off of 156st, where they treat their customers right EVEN AFTER HOURS. They took the time to listen about my complaint not about Fountain Tire but about their competitor we have always went to in the past and to rectify THEIR mistakes. And the team helped us which blew our minds. Everyone pitched in and helped out and gave their insight into what the problem may be. Bryce assured me they would be balanced proper with the correct style of weights and the weights would be installed correctly as well because he said KalTire shouldn’t have put them on the way they did. Thank you Bryce once again I can’t wait to enjoy these rims balanced and riding how they should. I will definitely be recommending this Fountain Tire shop on 156st to EVERYONE I know

Fountain tire listens to what is going on and they won’t stop until your needs are more than satisfied. I know for a fact my expectations were beyond exceeded. This was by far one the friendliest, honest and helpful tire shop I know of! (10 STAR REVIEW)

The tire technician completed tire change on my 5ton truck cost me a lot more than expected. He destroyed the threads on 6 of the 8 lug nuts. He forced the nuts and i had to change 5 of them. They did not put two nuts on my truck and invited me to comeback to install new studs. They gave me a quote of $340.00 to correct their mistake. I bought the parts and completed the work with $175 through another known mechanic. The sup realized his staff’s mistake and never bothered apologizing or compromising. Be careful when you go to this location, complete a walk around before the work and after. Make a complaint if the work was completed wrongly.

Having to drive home on the Whitemud with a tiny spare tire going 70 km's was not fun. I needed a tire now! I called several places with no luck. Some places didn't answer the phone, some couldn't get my tire, some said I had to wait until next week and some were way over my budget. I called Fountain Tire and they answered their phone right away, were very helpful in helping me select tires, I got them done the same day and even $40 below my budget. They absolutely made my day. Thank you for your excellent service!
