Fountain Tire

I noticed I ran over a screw. I called Fountain Tire after my shop (Carline Automotive) couldn't fit me in right at that moment so they recommended them to me. I came here to have my tire fixed as soon as I got off the phone with them. They got me in right away and it was fixed and I was out within an hour. They informed me I also had a screw in the same tire I didn't notice and they fixed that up too.

Friendly, great attitudes and good service. I do 100% recommend.

We were headed to okotoks from 5 hours North and we had some tire troubles. They fixed us up in 20 minutes and we were on our way, it was very hot out and me and my horse were standing in the sun waiting and the most kind lady who worked there offered us to come in the show room to cool down. Went there to get the tires fixed as there was a leak in two tires. The guy working there was really nice sat down said what the problem was and what we can do to fix the issue if it was a on going problem, that’s why the 2 stars and not 1. They broke the door handle on the passenger side. It was glued on as it was popped out a bit. When we got it back it was completely off. They said that something should have been said about it. We have taken it in to a fountain tire several times (not that one and never again) never had the issue with the fountain tire we normally go to.it’s been like that for over a year and like I said it was never completely off now I cant use my passenger said door. In order for it to come off like that someone must have really pulled on it and the door was locked. Also my glove box was opened they were looking for something they needed, but never closed it and never mentioned they needed anything. A small thing but after the door handle maybe show a little more care, or say what was needed before asking for the keys

What a great team! Blew out our second trailer tire and called around 5 tire shops before finding a place with one in stock. They went to their warehouse and brought in two tires for us in less than 2hrs. Switched over both of our trailer tires so we had a matching set at no additional charge. I went to this location for winters on my Sebring just over a week ago, had exceptional customer service TJ (hope I got this right) I then needed some work on the suspension and once again I got top notch service and support from TJ and the team over there. I had a budget on what I could spend and they did everything to help me out and get me back on the road safely. I will recommend this location to everyone I know! (as a matter of fact I sent my son over to get his low-pro winters and he had the same great service) professional, friendly and repairs done in a timely fashion.

Took my car in for a tire swap. Ended up paying over $500. They threaded my tire screws and incurred labor charges without my authorization trying to figure out if the rims would fit on my car. Needless to say will never go back.

Fountain Tire works very will with their customers. First time at this location and they were professional and services were all taken care of in a timely manner. I would go back to them.

It's great I wanted to take my car in for a tire repair. I called beforehand but the lady set me up too far. When I arrived at the location they said I was booked at a different location. But he went above and beyond and took care of my issue. Great job guys and thank you for accommodating me.

What a great place to get a tire repaired. This was the most pleasant and professional auto experience I have had in a while.

Back on the road in less than 2 hours. They did not have the tire in stock and still got us rolling again FAST. Bad day fixed fast by the team at Fountain Tire.

Stopped in to get a nail hole fixed in my tire and they were able to get me in right away. They had a number of guys working the front desk so there wasn't even a wait to talk with someone. They had the tire fixed and my truck back to me in under a half hour, so it was great. The only thing that surprised me was the price for a tire fix must have gone up a bit in the last year or so, because it was a little more than I expected, but the quick service was worth the extra couple bucks.

Friendly, prompt, same day service to get new tires put on. Has access to a Calgary tire warehouse, so you don't have to wait for days.

It just started snowing today and I called a few places for tire change but none would be able to do it today. Luckily we called fountain tire and Phil said I can come now and they can finish it within two hours. I went there right away and the service was great and quick. Price is good. I had no complain. I would definitely go back again.

Ill never have business with this place again because they tried to scam me for a part that I knew that I didn't need.
I recently bought a tow truck from an action near this place and got them to do my oil and fuel filters because that truck was sitting for 5years. I also knew the batteries needed to be changed but they also said they did an alternator check and said it does not charge, the replacement with work will be $600 plus tax with refurbished alternator or it will not make it to winnipeg where I came from. From a two second boost this truck worked amazing with all the lights
Till we turned it off. There is no way everything would've worked good on this truck if the alternator was bad. At the end I changed the battery's and I never got an alternator, the truck made it all the way to Winnipeg with not one problem.
